Hi, Take medicine RITE-HITE (SBL) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals. Do pranayam,Suryanamaskar daily. Do swimming and stretching exercises daily .Do this regularly as you have a better chance of growth till 25yrs of age.

I am 47 year old man, my diastolic pressure observed since last 5 years is above 90 and sometime observed 106 as well? Now I have started medicines since last 3 months to control and it is about 88, but sometime still observed 95. What could be the reason and how to control? I diagnosed cholesterol in March 2016 9total 189, but triglyceride was 219 instead of limit 150, I am taking Tonact Tg to treat and now it is @128, shall I continue medi to control cholesterol as well?

Mr. Lybrate-user usually ideal bp should be maintained around 120 - 130 systolic and 70 to 80 mm hg of diastolic. Higher than recommended diastolic pressure is no good, does not allow proper relaxation of the heart. As regards triglycerides, which are in control with 128 mg, still it is better to continue the treatment. Also it is essential to exercise regularly, which help in maintaining lipids in normal range. Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Hops you have no other health issues.If not you can do massage with neelibringadi cocanut oil on the scalp and leave it for half an hour and wash it off .Take 15 grm chyavanaprasam along with 200ml luke warm milk one time in the morning and one time at bed time also.Do it 15 days and inform the result.

You have to take homoeopathic medicines and you can also increase your height without any side effects. Please take following medicine:- Carbonicum - 1m/ 5 drops in little water twice a day for one month. Regular stretching exercises at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Revert back after one month with feedback.

Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water. And laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching.

Hi. I go for a morning walk at 5.30 and come at 6.00 thn I take homemade protien shake at 6.15 and after 15 min at 6.30 I start doing some Arabic zumba yoga for 1 hour. After 2 hr I take my breakfast. Its okay for weight loss for taking protien shake before workout.

Continue above work out for 6 to 8 months. It will help to reduce weight. “ Weight loss: Diet ” 1.Morning: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. 2.For breakfast: pohe, uppit, paratha, rawa dosa, thalipith, etc. In small quantity. 3.Milk products should be avoided: butter, paneer, cheese, meethai etc. 4.Fermented food should be avoided: idli, dosa, uttappa etc. 5.Tea should not be consumed more than half cup and 2 times day. 6.Lunch: one chapatti of wheat with any of the following vegetable. Vegetables: Snake gourd, ladys finger, cauliflower, cabbage, bottle gourd, red pumpkin, ash gourd, cluster beans, drumstic, green peas, radish etc. Rice should be taken only once a day, in half of the current quantity. 7.Evening: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. 8.Dinner: as per lunch. 9.Non-Veg and addictions like smoking drinking etc should be avoided. 10.Salt and weight: 1 gm of salt retains around 60 ml of water in human body, hence, salt intake should be reduced substantially for good result in weight loss. 11.Diet should be strictly followed for 3 to 4 months along with the medication and adviced Panchakarma Procedures. 12.Salads of radish, carrot, beat root, onion leaf, tomato etc. Should be used. Oily Skin - A Perfect Skin Care Regimen!

With oily skin, the constant feeling of stickiness, excessive pimples, and never-feels-fresh can be extremely stressful. The skin, by its nature, has oil and sebaceous glands in the underlying layers, and an excess amount of these glands can lead to skin being extremely oily. There are, however, various products available in the market that are specifically meant for oily skin types. In addition, there are various things that can be included as part of regular skin care to manage oily skin to leave you with more glowing, less oily appearance.

Read on to know more.

  1. Face wash: Regular cleaning, at least twice a day, is one of the best skin care regimen to manage an oily skin. Warm water and soap or a non-soap cleanser should be used to wash the face. These contain substances like benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and you might have to try a couple of products to see what would suit you best. If you have acne, benzoyl peroxide would also help control acne. In the initial days, it might cause some redness and itching, but will soon subside. Also, be careful not to overwash it in an attempt to wash off the oil constantly. This can cause dryness and irritation too. If the oiliness is too much to manage, then using blotting pads or even regular tissue paper to remove the oiliness during the day can be useful.
  2. Choosing cosmetics: Using oil free or water based cosmetics is more beneficial and helps control the oiliness. Also, choosing a right moisturizer and applying it rightly is very essential. The face is not evenly oily, some parts would be oilier than others. A moisturizer with petrolatum or lanolin should be avoided.
  3. Skin contact: With oily skin, avoid hair falling onto your face, as also hands, especially if you have nails. There is a high tendency to pick on acne which only increases the spread.
  4. Skin toner: An oil free, alcohol free toner can be used on the oiliest patch. This will be light on the skin and help reduce the sticky feeling. While using this, keep in mind the patches that are oily and dry and apply it only on the areas that are oily.
  5. Sun exposure: Limit sun exposure by using oil-free, water-based sun screen products. This is essential to block pores and provide sun protection.
  6. Exacerbating factors: While sebaceous glands usually become active during puberty and subside over a few years, for some, they may continue to be active into adulthood. This causes acne, and is aggravated by humid or cold weathers, stress, or by certain foods. Identify these changes and try to avoid them.

These simple, easy-to-follow measures will definitely help manage oily skin much more effectively.

Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. Grind the grated coconut and squeeze it to remove its juice. Massaging coconut milk (juice) on the scalp can also help in the management of hair fall.
