Hello you should do the following exercises to strength the eye muscles:- Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Use Cmd2 eye drops, 2 drop in each eye twice daily. If you want to remove the specs permanently then go for Lasik eye surgery. Thanks.

hello...i think u have allergic conjunctivitis..Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is to avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem.Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. I do not drink
I do not smoke I am vegetarian I do sleep for ...
Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles.. you will have to visit a cosmetologist who will find the cause and give medicines accordingly

Last few days i am suffering from irritation in my right eye and sometimes from left eye. One month back my right eye was red for aweek and used one drop and I recovered from that . But this new problem of irritation is disturbing me.

Most probably, you are beginning to develop dry eyes. Lubricant drops give relief, but the problem returns when drops are discontinued. Ideally, you should get a complete eye evaluation by an ophthalmologist.

Hello, redness of eyes may be caused by several things like an allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes, etc. Here are the most likely combinations. 1. Redness + itching: might be caused by allergy 2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: most likely being caused by an infection 3. Redness + pain: there must be an inflammation in the eye. 4. Redness foreign body sensation: this is most likely caused by dryness. Redness alone could be normal due to exposure to dust and temperature where eyes may be red in the morning. Another factor for redness is stress. I would suggest a few remedies for healthy eyes however they may not be effective for redness, they are? try blinking every few minutes? splash your eyes with fresh water? use cold compresses to cool your eyes? use lubricating drops eg flo-gel. This can remove the problem of dry eyes. It is best advised to see an ophthalmologist for examination and treatment.

Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.
