Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

pain in the knee while climbing stairs is more likely due to patellofemoral arthritis (wear and tear in the knee cap joint). quadriceps strengthening exercises and avoidance of sitting on the floor and squatting helps. weight reduction makes a huge difference

Hello. As homoeopathy has wide range of medication, will need a detailed history of yours in regard to your nature, behaviour, likings, disliking, thermal reaction, appetite, thirst, etc. Management: increase your iron intake. The best sources of iron come from animal products - mainly red meat. However, we get a good proportion of iron from non-animal sources too. Iron sources include: red meat and offal - eg, beef, lamb, pork, kidneys, liver, heart, black pudding (note pregnant women should avoid liver). Fish and shellfish. Eggs. Cereal and cereal products. Nuts and seeds - eg, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, pecans, walnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts. Green leafy vegetables - eg, broccoli, spinach, watercress, kale. Beans and pulses - eg, baked beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas, black-eyed beans, kidney beans. Dried fruit - eg, raisins, apricots, prunes, currants, figs. Miscellaneous - eg, plain (dark) chocolate, cocoa powder, mango chutney. Meantime, prescribing you patent medicine - schwabe's millefolium pentarkan and biocombination- 1 - both thrice daily for a month. Revert me back after a month. Take care!
