My sugar is fasting 126
pp 153
I feel so week and fall down on road and feel exhausted I am working women pls advise ...
It needs to be known whether the blood sugar levels quoted by you are with the dose of glycomet or without it. If these levels are without medicine on the day of test, then with medicine there is a possibility of further lowering of sugar levels causing hypoglycaemia. That may be the reason behind your falling on the road and feeling of exhaustion. You may consult privately with details of your reports.

Hi, your issues/ symptoms as you describe point towards some mineral/ vitamin deficiency unless there is some other issue that requires to be clinically examined/ investigated. I would advise you to consult a general physician in person who can discuss with you and advise tests suitably to see if you are deficient in something, especially need to check your calcium & vitamin d levels. At the same time, ensure that you have balanced diet and a streamlined lifestyle. Exercise/ walk daily in fresh air for about 30 minutes and relax/ de-stress regularly. Exposure to early morning sun rays for 5 to 10 minutes daily helps replenish the vitamin d levels. In case you are a student still, set realistic goals and give your best while being focussed on your present. Its extremely important that you relax/ de-stress intermittently so that you stay engaged and do not get fatigued. It is advisable to avoid oily and fried stuff. Rather, consume more of fresh fruits & vegetables and stay hydrated. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily. Cheese, yogurt, fish, fortified orange juice, soybeans, whole grain cereals, leafy greens are a few food items that you can include in your menu. Hope this helps. You may still connect with me for a detailed discussion should you require. All the very best. Sincerely

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Following is what I would recommend for relief - (a)'amla churna' (patanjali) - 1/2 tsp daily with warm water, preferably before lunch for next 1 month. (b)'bael churna' (patanjali) - 1/2 tsp daily with warm water, post lunch daily for next 1 month. (c) ripe banana with a cup of cold milk twice daily (d) stay well hydrated, drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. (e) streamline diet and lifestyle, exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, and stay relaxed. (f) restrict flesh foods, and focus more on leafy greens and fresh fruits. Try avoiding sweets, sour and hot/ spicy foods, drinks, greasy, oily, high calorie food stuff including fast foods etc all. (g) ensure that you reduce unnecessary mental stress and strain that often is the cause of acidity leading to ulcers. Hope this helps. Let know if your problems persist still. Take care and all the very best.
