Get yourself a proper consultation. This might help- you can try 1) steam inhalation 2-3 times a day. 2) drink lots of water (around 2-3 litres/day) & keep yourself hydrated. 3) anti-allergic, antibiotics medications only after doctor's advice. 4) also take proper 8 hr sleep a day. Avoid late night studying/work. Note, you should not ignore the, as recurrent episodes may lead to development of polyps in nose & different other problems like infection. Feel free to get in touch for any further consultation.

What is opacity in eye and how it can be cured.
What is the estimation fees for the operation.
Our cornea is transparent structure...sometimes due to trauma, infection etc. some/large part of it becomes translucent or opaque due to which light fails to pass through it depending on size , depth of opacity. opertion again depends on size and depth and location of opacity. Can u please forward me ur reports so that we can decide which operation suits ur disease

MD - Ophthalmology, MBBS
Ophthalmologist, Delhi
Future of screening of diseases specially glaucomas & diabetic retinopathy rest on successful and efficient use of Telemedicine in ophthalmology.

A fundamental aspect of eye care and the long-term prevention of vision loss for patients with diabetes mellitus involves the identification of specific retinal pathologies and the subsequent determination of the severity of diabetic retinopathy. Traditionally, this has been accomplished through individualized assessments by experienced eye care professionals, preferably following pupillary dilation. However, given that it is estimated that there will be more than half a billion persons with diabetes by 2030, necessitating nearly 2000 eye examinations per minute just to evaluate those in need once every year, this approach to retinal evaluation is unlikely to be sustainable by health care systems globally. Furthermore, despite multiple national and international initiatives to increase access and promote awareness regarding the need for eye examinations for all persons with diabetes, only approximately 18% to 60% of persons undergo examinations that attain the recommended ocular examination guidelines.

could be due to allergy.allergy can be controlled easily using eye drops. But there are many eye drops and specific eye drops can only be prescribed after seeing the eye clinically as treatment depends on severity. also dip a handkerchief in little cold water and keep over closed eyes.. you will feel better
