Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

No further investigation needed if you know that sugar is under control. After all more investigations will not have corrective properties. It will only analyze the damage. Neuropathy, retinopathy etc progress even when sugar is under control by allopathic drugs. I recommend support of herbal combos for strengthening nerves and combating general weakness in sugar patients. Initially your current medicine shouldn't be interrupted.

Dear lybrateuser, -After soaking beans it is better to cook them as raw beans are difficult to digest & can cause stomach upset, flatulence & acidity.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout.in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule. Yo dint mention yo gender and height. Weight should be in proportion with the height. Anyways here are few tips for you: 1. Eat peanuts soaked overnight in milk on an empty stomach do not discard milk. 2. Consume green gram n raisins soaked in water overnight on empty stomach. 3. Mixture of fresh milk and banana pieces taken as breakfast make sure you eat healthy stuff like multigrains fruits veggies and not junk stuffs. Quantity of food is not imp but quality is imp. Good sleep of 8 hrs is beneficial

Dear user please follow the following dietary instructions avoid fried foods avoid packaged foods colas n bottled beverages to be avoided as they will further weaken your bones go out for sunlight if you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken n fish in your daily diet. Green leafy veggies specially cabbage and other veggies like cauliflower n brocolli should be part of your daily diet include soya, tofu, soyamilk and nutrella in your daily intake caffeine n caffeine containing products like coffee n colas to be avoided take small n frequent meals also include walnuts, flaxseed oil or olive oil in your daily diet.

The +2.50 power that you have is normal for your age. It is called presbyopia and it is due to the notmal weakening of the ciliary muscles which occur with age. No special precautions need be taken as regards to eye, except of course good diabetic control and yearly reguler checkups
