Hello. You must concentrate on muscle gain not fat gain. Diet Plan Early morning- 30g dry fruits Prebreakfast- One banana Breakfast- Milk and 4to6 egg whites and a toast Or Paneer roti and curd 10-12 Soy milk and 5 almonds 12 to 1 Boiled black chana or sprouts Lunch- 4whole wheat roti and green vegetable and curd or Rice, 2 to 3 katori and any dal, 1 bowl or Idli and sambhar or Dosa and sambhar 3-4 Lemon water again 5 to 6 Apple or any seasonal fruit 7 to 8  Banana shake and figs or dates Dinner- 3 to 4 chapatis and Any vegetable or dal.

For your height your weight should be 80 kgs to gain muscle start strength training exercises post workout have protein rich foods like eggs, whey boiled Chana, milk+egg combinations, paneer etc. Have a high protein and calorie diet. Pre workout have banana shake. Include calorifically dense foods like nuts, milk n milk products, banana, chicoo etc.

Hi lybrate-user. What time do you eat this combination? Eating dry fruits in limited quantities along with healthy diet and balanced one won't make you put on weight as such. For your height you are a bit overweight. So advice you to have this combination but avoid overeating fried n junk foods.

Hi You need to have a diet rich in proteins and carbohydrates in proportion regularly. Keep yourself hydrated and add fruits and salad in your diet too. I am aged 69. My present weight is 41 kgs. Only which means I am underweight. I eat lots of veg. Fruits, cereals etc. I eat 2 bananas one in early morning and another at noontime. I drink milk also. Have foods rich in protein which are not expensive like eggs, have fruits like banana chicoo these will help you gain weight and are on cheaper side. There are no trust I am aware of which give free protein foods. Have chana, dals etc they will help. Along with this start exercising. Be positive there are some things which are not expensive but still beneficial.

Tofu is ok to have in smaller quantities but not too much. Try to get your protein requirements from milk paneer and mixture of dal and cereals. Include whey protein in your diet before and after your workout
