For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Every part of the body needs care in order for the entire body to work properly. And one of the most intimate parts on a woman?s body, should be no different. See some simple, but effective tips for vaginal health.

1. Wash with warm water only.
Maybe this may sound strange but PSA: your vagina hates soap! A healthy woman?s vagina stays quite clean on its own without the help of harsh chemicals and cleansers. Like many parts of the body, your vagina has a pH level that needs to be maintained. Soap and other cleansers such as douches or feminine sprays not only create an imbalance in your pH often causing the growth of unhealthy bacteria, they rid your lady parts of the good bacteria that helps you fight off infections! So ladies, lets not underestimate the power of H2O.
2. Stay EXTRA clean during your period.
Your chances of getting a vaginal infection increases when you are menstruating due to the blood and pH imbalance that comes because of it. When your time of the month comes make sure you are being even more cautious of your hygiene habits, especially when it comes to how long you are wearing sanitary items. Make sure you are changing your tampons and pads several times a day.
3. Wear cotton underwear.
Cotton underwear dries quickly and allows air to flow freely through the fabric. This prevents the development of damp conditions that promote the growth of yeast and unhealthy bacteria that might lead to an infection. Underwear made from synthetic fabrics, silk, lace or other materials doesn?t breathe as well. F you like wearing underwear made from fabrics other than cotton, make sure the section of the underwear that will be touching your vagina has a cotton liner.
4. Pee after sex.
At the very least, pee after sex, even if you intend on washing, too. When you have sex, unwanted bacteria can travel up the urethra, which is connected to your bladder. Peeing after sex can help flush the bacteria out of the vaginal area, promoting general health and helping you avoid UTIs.
5. Eat lots of fruit.
Cranberries, pineapples, strawberries and other fruits help to freshen the smell of the liquids secreted by the vagina. Eating fruits won?t make your vagina smell like a tropical island, but it can help you develop a more pleasant scent if that?s something you?re concerned about. Fruit also has a high water content, and staying hydrated helps flush the body of toxins that can lead to bad smells.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity.

Avoid milk n cold things. Consume moongdal khichri with fresh curd. Also avoid fruits. Take oatmeal. Buttermilk.is better option for u.

Hello, To increase your appetite, first thing is check your digestion. Then are you able to notice your hunger signals. If they are ok then start eating easily digestible foods and yellow coloured fruits and vegetables like lemon, pine apple, cucumber, banana. Use spices like ajwain, cumin, fennel after meals. You can make your own hair fall-preventing medicine at home by frying some fenugreek (methi) seeds in coconut oil. Strain this mixture and apply it in minimal amounts, rubbed gently into the hair roots. Alternatively, you can boil some henna leaves in mustard oil. After cooling and straining this preparation, add drops of it in your coconut oil container that you are using for regular massaging.

Hi! If your hair is thin, damaged, dry or brittle some simple changes into your daily nutrition needs & hair care can give you thick, bouncy and shiny hair. While your hair type mostly depends on your genetics, stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair healthy and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma.

Hypochondria (health anxiety) is a form of chronic psychological stress that millions of people around the world suffer from on a daily basis. 1. Allow yourself to feel these feelings - the first step in overcoming such an issue in one's life, is to first accept the way you are feeling. Many people with hypochondria tend to be very anxious of the fact that they have health fears! yes, the psychosomatic nature of this condition truly knows no bounds! it is important that you consciously accept the way you are feeling, rather than unconsciously fighting against it, which only creates further internal stress and conflict. However, when you allow yourself to feel your feelings, you release resistance and open to the healing process. 2. Surrender to uncertainty - we all have to live with degrees of uncertainty in our lives. One of the core roots of hypochondria is the fear of death, which is something that every human being must confront at some point in their lifetime. When you begin to surrender to the uncertainty of life, you free yourself from the chains of fear, and instead, begin to embrace your divine awareness. 3. Stop googling your'symptoms' - this is by far one of the most notorious habits of someone suffering with hypochondria. However, freeing yourself of this habit is one of the keys to success as it helps to neutralise the pattern that one has ingrained in their consciousness over many years in their life. This is the pattern of seeking reassurance or validation outside of oneself. There is a big lesson to be learned here, and one that will become clearer to you as you begin transmuting such habits. 4. Trust your own judgement - although this is one of the fundamental challenges for someone dealing with hypochondria, it is something that can be very effectively addressed through gradual steps. In your day to day life, for example, when doing certain individually assigned tasks at work, just become conscious of when you ask other people for their opinion or advice on whatever it is you are doing. As you develop more self-awareness of this, begin to make small-scale decisions based purely on your own judgement. At first, this can seem very daunting, but you will be surprised how powerful your intuition really is! understand that even if you do make a'mistake' that's ok! everyone makes mistakes! how would we truly learn anything without making them? 5. Go for a walk in nature - it's one of the simplest tools, but one that can absolutely transform your day from one of doom and gloom to one of optimism and self-empowerment! get those legs moving, get those lungs breathing that clean fresh air, and get out in nature. I assure you it will help to purify your body, mind and spirit of any negative energies. Become conscious of what is around you. Pay careful attention to nature - she can teach you many wonderful things about her laws and the bliss it will bring to your life by living in accordance with them. The key here is to listen with your heart, rather than your ears. I hope that you find benefit in applying these to your own life, and remember, it's not how quickly you are able to transform. Rather, it's the patience and kindness you have with yourself for making an effort to positively change your life, one step at a time! peace of mind to you warm regards,

Platelet count can vary from time to time. But since your is on the lower side I would recommend that you get all your blood tests done to see the cause of low platelet count. I would like to know if there is any pain in your knee. I would suggest you get your x ray of both the knees done for further treatment.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. Surya namaskar is also best asan in back pain. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly . *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or ,syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor. .• Practice Yogasana like Chakrasana & Pawanmuktasana daily under the guidance of yoga expert. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4 , TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.
