Take High protein Diet. HAve small and frequent meals. Take Milk and Milk Products. Take 2-3 egg Daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. Hi there! eating less does not meal it will not make you gain weight. Infact when you skip meals or eat less or starve metabolism crashes just as car needs petrol in the same way body do need food. If lifestyle is good one can lose weight without physical activity too in the comfortable way by eating what they like to eat. Eat more fiber diet like cucumber during meal. Reduce water intake in whole day. Less water less weight gain. Walk daily in the morning minimum 30 minutes. 10 minutes fast then 5 minutes slow then again 10 minutes fast and then again 10 minutes slow.
