If you take medicine then argument with your husband it will not give any result. Problems remained next day also. You are under stress. Stress may cause depression in depression you may fight with your husband. Better to consult psychologist. First you should come from depressive status. Then you relaxed after that better to communicate with yourself. Lovely conversation may minimise your problems. It may cure your depressive status also. It is in your hands. If we are not unable to avoid the relations. It is better to love them. Take steps to come the status from your side. It is happen your lovingness only. Not on your commands. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase your weight you have to increase your muscle mass by having a well balanced & protein rich diet - have fruits & vegetables, protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like paneer, yogurt, cheese, butter milk, have whole grains, healthy fats, beans, pulses, nuts - do jogging, swimming, play games for 20-30 min, also do moderate weight lifting at least twice a week, also do pushups, pull ups to strengthen the upper body - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and other muscle building exercise. Avoid spicy and excessive oily foods. Eat foods more frequently with extra amount than before. Use whole cream milk. Take extra refined foods with unrefined. Use dense vegetables, fruits. Add extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Take proper rest at night. Use sandal on pimple. You can use neem and tulsi paste on this. These will give good result.
