All fruits are essential for our health. There are some fruits which should not be taken at particular time. For eg. Bananas can be taken in lunch but not at night as it will increase weight. Apple in breakfast but not night as it will be difficult to digest. Oranges, in snacks but not in breakfast as they are citrus fruits and will call acidity and gastritis if taken empty stomach in breakfast. And so on. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

no need any belt for exercise. di stretching exercise and strength exercise in gently process. tk calcium supplements and posture correction must. avoid toward bending.

Hello weight loss without any effort and activity should be checked by your family physician. As this could be due to thyroid hormonal imbalance. Weight gain can be due to balanced diet, physical activity for 30-45 minutes atleast 2-3 days/ week. Include pulpy fruits like banana, mango, sitaphal, chickoo. Nuts and oilseeds. Honey, jaggery to be included in your diet. Take 8-10 hours sleep.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight management, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. you should increase weight I suggest you some easy method for gain weight 1.do exercise alternate day 2.eat 2 dates with 4 tsp of milk at morning empty stomach 3.have all kind of food but specially drink mung dal at the time of meal 4.drink milk after dinner with turmeric powder 5.avoid over eating take sleep properly

Respected lybrate-user hi there is no emergency give boiled water plenty of liquids made from that like lemon juice coconut water butter milk. Avoid biscuits ice cream. Don't allow to put toys in mouth. Ors powder hourly in boiled water later then if required consult pediatrician dear thanks regards.

For relief take over the counter medicines i.e. take tab. Sinarest sos after meal. Gargle with warm water, Use nasal spray otrivin for sneezing or running nose. drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , feel high cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, Cold sponging in high fever . Hello, Everyone has his own ability or stamina to exercise. If you are new to this than start with 5-10 only. You can extend to 40- 50 - 70 depending on your fatigue level. Avoid excess carbs and stay away from junk food. Eat healthy, lean sources of protein to gain muscle. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.
