Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.

Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost. ***If you do not get results with this treatment then please revert me i will suggest you to go through some tests.*** Thanks.

Your body uses zinc to produce sperm inside your testicles. Supplement with 30 mg per day and you will see an increase in the size of your testis, due to increased sperm volume. You'll also notice an increase in the size of your ejaculations.

Excellent Sources of Protein for Vegetarians

Excellent Sources of Protein for Vegetarians

The most common dietary problem that every vegetarian comes across is protein deficiency. It was a widely acknowledged fact that animal products are the best protein sources. However, it is no longer so, and vegetarians everywhere can now rejoice!

Here are the 13 best sources of protein for vegetarians:

  1. Green peas: Green peas are legumes, which are a very good protein source. They contain 7.9 grams of protein per serving.
  2. Quinoa: Grains usually contain very little protein, but quinoa is unique. It contains 8 grams of protein per serving; and contains all nine important amino acids that your body needs for repair and growth.
  3. Nuts and nut butter: Nuts are a good source of proteins and healthy fats. However, eat them with caution, as they do contain 160 calories per serving. Butter made from nuts like peanut butter and almond butter is also a good source of protein.
  4. Beans: Beans are available in a variety of colours and shapes, but all of them have one thing in common that is the high level of protein.
  5. Chickpeas: Chickpeas are also from the legume family, so they also contain high amounts of protein; 7.3 grams of protein in only half of a serving.
  6. Tofu and tempeh: Tempeh and tofu are both soy products and they have the highest amount of vegetarian proteins, about 15-20 grams per serving.
  7. Edamame: Edamame or soybean is excellent for snacking. They contain 8.4 grams of protein in just half a cup.
  8. Leafy greens: Vegetables usually do not contain much protein, but eating green vegetables will significantly add to your protein consumption. For example, you can eat one cup of cooked broccoli as that contains 8.1 grams of protein.
  9. Hemp: Blend hemp seeds in smoothies or baked goods to get your daily dose of protein. Hemp contains 10 grams of protein per tablespoon.
  10. Chia seeds: Chia seeds contain 4.7 grams of protein per two tablespoons, making them excellent sources of protein.
  11. Seitan: This is a meat substitute made from wheat gluten and it contains 36 grams of protein per serving (about half a cup).
  12. Non-dairy milk: Milk made from soy (best non-dairy protein source), almond, rice and hemp are good dairy substitutes.
  13. Unsweetened cocoa powder: This will surprise you, but bitter cocoa contains nearly 1 gram of protein per serving (1 tablespoon)! If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

FOODS FOR GAS, ACIDITY & FLATULENCE hi biju •Eat your meals in a peaceful environment. Avoid eating when you are upset. •Eat slowly. Chew well. Stay conscious of the process. •Avoid heavy, greasy and spicy foods. •Honour your appetite. Eat when you feel hungry and stop when you are satiated. •Leave one-fourth of your stomach empty. •Sit quietly for a few minutes after finishing your meals. •Stay upright after eating. •Avoid smoking. •Avoid gas producing foods – heavy fried foods, excessive spices and chillies, papads/ legumes, milk products (if lactose intolerant). •Chew well. It is important to chew every bite of food 20 times. •Switch to de caf or restrict the intake of caffeine, by limiting tea/ coffee consumption to 2 cups a day. •Cut back on red meat consumption helps if you suffer from acidity. Lean meat such as chicken breast or fish, can take the place of acid-forming red meat. •Consult physician for medication (antacid) if problem persists. HOME REMEDIES Drink some water – As soon as you start feeling discomfort drink a glass of warm water. Ginger to relieve acidity – Make yourself a cup of ginger tea by mixing a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root in a cup of boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes and then drink. Chew a small cinnamon stick or chew 2 to 3 cardamoms help to relieve acidity . Avoid lying down immediately after meals – Eat at least two hours before bedtime. Mint infusion – Add fresh chopped mint leaves to a cup of boiling water. Let stand for a few minutes and sip slowly after meals. Cloves - Suck on a clove for natural acidity relief. Fennel (saunf) -Fennel is a digestive herb with many medicinal and culinary uses. It acts as a popular “after mint”.

Moderate knee arthiritis. I am regularly doing yoga antirhumatic practices. Can it be total reversal.Pain is less but swelling is there ? please reply

Yoga for knee arthritis can help keep the knee some suppressing flexible so that you can use the knee for asking and sitting. The loss of cartilage however cannot be reversed as per the remedies available today. Take medicines as well to control inflammation. This will reduce swelling. If pain, stiffness and swelling persist consider Total Knee replacement surgery.

When we eat chicken what type of decision we will come what the effect of chicken. When eat chicken.

Organic and free range mean nothing, nutritionally. Red meat isn't bad for you. Pork is not too fatty. (much of it these days isn't nearly fatty enough!) yes, some fish has small amounts of mercury, but there are safe amounts. To the main question the answer is yes. You can eat too much of anything. There is no substance for which there is not a safe dose, and no substance for which there is not a toxic dose. All you need is a varied diet. Having said that, and not knowing how much chicken you eat at each meal, it doesn't seem likely that you're having a dangerous amount of it. But relax, enjoy your food, eat a varied diet, and don't stress about it.
