I want to gain weight for my medical examination within one month, please help me out.
Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

I am 78 yrs. Suffering from knee-joint pain perticularly right knee from last two yrs. What should I do?

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Please report the progress after 5 days.

Old age with knee pain is most commonly due to osteoarthritis managemnt depends on the stage of disease and the clinical condition of patient. Ask him to use a walking stick. Kindly get his both knee x ray. And review.

आमाशय मे अग्नि प्रदीप्त होती है उसी को कहते हे”जठराग्न”। ये जठराग्नि है वो अमाशय मे प्रदीप्त होने वाली आग है । ऐसे ही पेट मे होता है जेसे ही आपने खाना खाया की जठराग्नि प्रदीप्त हो गयी | यह ऑटोमेटिक है,जेसे ही अपने रोटी का पहला टुकड़ा मुँह मे डाला की इधर जठराग्नि प्रदीप्त हो गई| ये अग्नि तब तक जलती हे जब तक खाना पचता है | अब अपने खाते ही गटागट पानी पी लिया और खूब ठंडा पानी पी लिया| और कई लोग तो बोतल पे बोतल पी जाते है | अब जो आग (जठराग्नि) जल रही थी वो बुझ गयी| आग अगर बुझ गयी तो खाने की पचने की जो क्रिया है वो रुक गयी| अब हमेशा याद रखें खाना जाने पर हमारे पेट में दो ही क्रिया होती है, एक क्रिया है जिसको हम कहते हे “Digestion” और दूसरी है “fermentation” फर्मेंटेशन का मतलब है सडन और डायजेशन का मतलब हे पचना|

I am having lots of pimples on my face suddenly and I do not know why. I have tried lots of home remedy like scandal powder, rose face pack, neem face pack, multani mitti, besan face pack, tomato face pack, even I applied potato on my face, I took massage cream of biotiqe oil and applied on regular day wise bht I seems to be no change. My face is looking bad and they are leaving marks on my face. Black marks of pimples and my face is looking very bad. Sir can you please suggest some thing so that it could be reduced and I also want to know that what should I eat and what should I avoid to eat so that it gets reduced. Also I want to know what should I eat to get glowing skin also glowing face. Please help me n suggest some thing.

If any of these (or any other fruit/vegetable juice/drink) is not as per someone's taste, can we add a Tea Spoon of Honey or bit of jaggery for taste? Will this affect or minimize the main purpose of such juices/drinks?

Hello,. 1/2 tsp honey or jaggery helps a lot in detoxification but you should use minimal quantity. Natural vegetables like carrots,beetroot have natural aweetness,you can consider adding them.
