Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Dear lybrate user, You should take seven tulsi leaves and one gran cinnamon powder, one glass water, boil it till it is half cup add honey and drink it thrice a day. Take light meal and rest do it two three days. You will be relaxed.

After following good dietary plan, if he is loosing his weight then he should go for liver function test, firstly he should find out the region of weight loss and cure it. For gaining weight, he can include good protein and carbohydrate in diet. Include milk and milk products, sprouts, chicken, fish, egg, whole grain cereals, dryfruits, fruit and fruit shakes in your diet. You should take small and frequent meal, like In early morning you can take 1 Fistful of dryfruits (3-4 Almonds, 1 Walnut, 2 Dates, 3-4 Raisins, 2-3 Cashewnuts, In BF- 1 Bowl Lobia Chaat / Veg Stuffed Besan Cheela/ Veg Stuffed Chapati with Veg / Curd ,In Mid morning- 1-2 fruit or lassi, I n Lunch- 2 Multigrain Chapati + 1 Bowl Chana Dal (For Non Vegetarians 1 Bowl Dal can be replaced with 2 Egg/100 Gms Chicken/100 Gms Fish) + 1-2 Bowl Allowed Vegetable + 1 Bowl Salad + 1 Bowl Curd, In evening tea- 1 Fistful Roasted Peanuts/ Roasted or soaked Kala Chana / Saute Nutrilla Chunks + 1 Cup Apple Shake, In dinner- 1-2 Multigrain Chapati (20% Besan + 20% Corn + 20% Soya Atta + 20% Oat Flour + 20% Ragi Flour) + 1 Bowl Allowed Vegetable + 1 Bowl Salad and at bed time you can have 2 dates with 1 cup milk.

Too much of raw rice means too much of carbohydrate. You hv to resist taking raw rice to stop gaining weight. No proper trtmnt only behavioural therapy.

Is it ankle pain, if so it could plantar fasciitis, you need pain killers, ultrasound therapy and memory foam slippers/ shoes. If not ankle pain but other small joint pain in foot consult a Rheumatologist.

In addition to a loss of appetite, it is common to experience nausea and vomiting after a traumatic injury. If these feelings are present, try these suggestions: Eat dry food in the morning, such as toast or crackers. Avoid taking medications on an empty stomach unless instructed to by your doctor/pharmacist/nurse. Avoid hot foods or foods with significant smells/odors if you are sensitive to the smell of foods. Eat smaller, frequent meals and snacks every 2-3 hours. Sit up for at least 30 minutes after eating. Eat slowly. Take sips of cold clear drinks like water, fruit juice, or sports drinks throughout the day. Stay on top of your bowel program to avoid constipation, which can worsen nausea. Avoid gas-forming foods like onions, cabbage, broccoli or dried beans.

Hi, contrary to general belief, masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone.

Yes you can join gym. U can also do Surya Namaskar 12 ashans. U can take Healthy nutritional food. Avoid spicy, chilli and junk foods. U can take Ashwagandha 2gm+Satawari 1gm+ Moosali 1gm with milk twice a day.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

If you are vegetarian for ethical and other personal reason, then you want to be sure to include plenty of high protein plant based foods. I do not encourage regular consumption of soy "designer" foods such as energy bars. Tofu and tempeh would be better choices. Over consumption of gluten - the protein portion of grains such as wheat and oats - is also not the best choice, especially if you experience any GI disturbances. Nut butters, such as almond, are good. I was vegetarian for a long time, but realize how much better a "machine" I am now that I eat eggs and fish. 2 eggs in the morning can carry me successfully for many hours. This is giving my adrenal glands the support they need. Fish provides those heart healthy fats we all need; salmon is the number one choice. You'll just need to figure out your approach, and get a food chart to see how much protein is in the foods you choose. All grains and beans have protein, it just takes more. Your diet is now more carb focused, so it does require more fine tuning to stabilize your blood sugars. You can include flax seed oil which might work for you, but folks with long standing diabetes often need fish oil. A multivitamin, B-complex can be purchased anywhere. Just make sure your vitamins are hypoallergenic, preservative free, etc.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
