Try strengthening exercises for your back and abdominals. Try keeping proper posture especially when sitting for long period. Use cold or hot fermentation as tolerated.

Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Hello you are suffering from the back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Doctor, i'm having back pain (back to stomach) for quite a long time. Its getting increase after when I masturbate myself in bed. If I stopped maturation for few days, pain is much better. One has to induce by sleep inducing agents like make the room sound proof switched off the lights and electronic gadgets like tv, computer betc do not eat heavy dinner do not have water immediately after food at least for half to one hour have plenty of water by mouth. Try to read some book it will help go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises regularly. It will help. To get proper sleep an adult individual should have 6 to 8 hours sleep daily.

Identify the midpoint between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There is actually no absolute remedy but I always advise my patients to keep good posture while driving, try to avoid traveling on uneven surfaces for a long duration and avoid driving for long times at a stretch, take breaks in between, but the mainstay of your management remains hoe well you undergo physical therapy routinely. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. I am 60 years, diabetic for five years, on Metaforte-500mg, 1-0-1, I do pranayama, sudarshan Kriya yoga, morning my breakfast will be invariably protein shake (herbalife) and my sugar is under control (98 -110) fasting and 140-150 PPBS. HBA1c is 6.5. My problem is foot neuropathy, there is no total numbness, but lot of talking and burning sensation. My doctor says HBA1c should be brought down to 6. My BP will vary from 135/90 to 140/95. Please suggest some remedy for foot neuropathy.

Are you a member of herbal life? with diabetes you have to take more fibre, protein, variety of veg, 3-4 fruit servings in a day but in moderate amounts because of diabetes, very sweet fruits like banana, mango, sitaphal, cheeku etc are restricted.
