I'm 23 now how can I Loos my wait in easy way. I'm using hot water with honey it's good for loosing body wait.
Just by drinking lime water with honey you will not lose fat. You will have to exercise and eat clean. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

How I can reduce my weight without taking medicine only by exercise or walking or by another natural resources.
Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Sorry, but you have misconception that you r morbid obese. You r just 8 kg more than required. You will need diet control in form of reducing oily things, avoid free sugar and take lot of salads. Do regular 1 hr exercise. Thats all you need.

Hi Piyush There could be many reason of weight gain. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken.Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. I am suffering from thyroid and thats why my weight is also high what can I do for loose my weight.
Hypothyroidism is the main reason why the weight is increasing. If tsh levels are brought to normal, preferably between 3 to 4 milli units/ ml, then efforts to reduce weight will be fruitful. So firdt thing is to control hypothyroidism, bring tsh levels down to 3 to 4 milli units/ml, take a restricted diet, that gives exact calories based on ideal body weight, (47 kgs), daily exercise of at least 1 hour is needed.

Hello, your work is mostly sitting for 8 hrs, that's why you are gaining weight. Change your lifestyle. Your physical activity is low. Increase your physical activity. Do regular physical exercise or walk daily about 45- 60 min as per physician advise. In the diet always eat balance diet. Diet should be low in fat. No saturated & trans fatty acids to be included in the diet. Fried foods should be avoided. Junk foods like pizzas, chips & french fries should be strictly avoided. The diet should be low in sugar. If you are non vegetarian the diet should be- red meat should be avoided. Fatty portion of chicken should be discard. Restrict use of egg yolk (egg yolk contains cholesterol) & egg based dishes eg. Mayonnaise. Animal foods like meat and pork which contain high amount of saturated fat should be avoided. Inclusion of fish in the diet is beneficial as they contains w-6 fatty acid. The diet should rich in fibre. Heavy meals should be avoided. Eat small & frequent meals.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. Thank you.
