Start having 1 teaspoon of flaxseed per day and 1 walnut. Limit your salt intake, include lots of green vegetables and do regular exercise.

(1) kayakalp qwath--200g sarvakalp qwath--100g triphalla powder -100g mix well all of them, take 2 tsf and boiled it in 400g of water till it reduces 100g then filter it and take it 1 hour before meal twice a day.(2) medoharvati 2-2 tablets with above qwath (3) laukiamla swaras -50 ml with 50 ml lukewarm water on empty stomach twice a day.(4) anulom vilom kapalbhaati 20 -20 min twice a day alonwith 45 min brisk walk twice a day (5) take small and frequent meal in every 2 hrs (avoid carbohydrate and fatty diets) and increase your water intake least 5-6 litre in a day.

Add flax seed with luckwarm water early morning and do exercises like running and suriya namaskar for reduced bally fat.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Oh young man. Be active. Have 45 minutes walk. Some jogging. Deep breath. Calculate your bmi. Food without fats. Lot of leaves (leafy veg), salads. Gram roasted. Negative calory balance. No starving pl. Of course some herbs with harmless qualities. You have to follow sincerely for some time with patience and instructions.

It's only traction and exercises those help. If it aggravates, you may not avoid surgery which should be avoided. Pl take full precautions for that. Ayurveda Panchakarma is important and effective tool.

Hi I'm 42 years old and as a profession I'm director of a school working hours almost 11 hrs seating. Weight is 78 kg and height is 5 feet 11 inch . Morning walk around 1.5 km and light workout daily. But I'm not aware about food habits.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Drink 3-4 liters water in a day. Timely and balanced diet is as important. Avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. Have adequate, timely, good night sleep. Avoid junk food and oily food. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Include protein rich food in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Having low calorie high nutritious diet would be the best way to reduce your weight. Avoid having fried, fatty food. Stop eating junk food completely. Less of milk and milk products such as butter, ghee, paneer, cheese etc. In the breakfast have lots of salads or fruits. In main meal consume less of carbohydrates (rice n roti) n more of proteins n minerals n vitamins (dal n vegetables n salads) you can also start triphala guggul 2 - 2 - 2 which is an ayurvedic medicine for little help in yoga. Kapalbharati is very good for you.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily from tummy if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol or eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. Sleep early and rise early to feel energetic to do exercises in the morning. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. 4.Yoga has a really amazing effect on those who want to lose weight. Along with yoga do cardio like running, jogging, cycling, climbing stairs etc. 5.Take break between the office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch to have space and heat to digest and absorb. Do some stretching in washroom if you are shy to stretch in the office. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 6.Eat healthy and Eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of strong Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Panner & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello, if a person with hypothyroidism wants to reduce weight, it is essential to first control tsh levels. Unless tsh levels are brought down between 3 to 4 milli units, no effort to reduce will benefit.

I am not having hunger I can not like eating and only I eat 2 or mostly 1 time a day but when I do I eat a whole lot, becoz of which I have developed a huge stomach what should I do I know that I should eat in small amount in over 4 to 5 times a day but, simply I can't, I do not like eating regularly, I eat once around 3 or sometime around 5 pm and can you have any medicine this which I develop hunger frequently or your advice on this please, I would like to hear about this from you:-)

When ever you feel hungry eat food which is low fiber and easy to digest. Due to this food will digest very fast and you will feel hungry again I think your whole biological clock is disturb. Manage your biological clock. Like set your wake up and sleep timing. Make time table for your self like I will be wake up 7 a. M in morning and go to bed at 11. P. M. So same with lunch time. Right now if you can`t eat 4 to 5 meal it is ok. Fix your timing for main two meal for lunch and dinner. Lunch at 1. P. M and dinner at 9 p. M. Try to follow this time table. Your biological clock will be set automatically. And your whole problem is going to disappear slowly.

60% of human body is water 

Around 60% of the human body is made up of liquid. The liquid that we have in the body is called body fluid.

The body of a normal 70kg adult holds about 42 litres of body fluid.
So you may even say that human beings are made of fluid.

Even on a quiet day, people lose about 2.5 litres of body fluid each day, while on an active day people can lose much more. It is important to replace the lost fluids to keep a balance between fluid intake and fluid loss.
 
Humans cannot survive without body fluid. If the body loses just 3% (about 900ml in case of 60kg adult) of its fluid, dehydration symptoms such as fatigue will occur. With a 4-5% fluid loss, humans experience headache and dizziness. It can be fatal if more than 10% of body fluid is lost.

So go ahead replenish your body with adequate water.
