Loosing weight without exercise is impossible. Please don't depend only on medicines for that. You need to find time for yourself and its vital you do waking/jogging/ running/swimming/treadmill/yoga whatever suits you but no medicine can replace physical activity. Along with that, you can take tab medohar guggulu 2 tabs 2 times a day with warm water. Reduce intake of sugar and sweets. Avoid fried/oily food and junk food. Avoid fatty food stuff include salad in diet. Don't eat after 7 pm at night.

Hi , When it comes to Diabetes, weight management is very important. Reducing fat will help the body to utilize insulin better. However, you must do it with great determination and small steps day by day. Do not go for any short cuts or fad diets for weight loss. Start with lifestyle modification. Cut out junk foods, stop oil fried foods, cut down sugar, eat more varieties of cereals, include at least 2 servings of fruits everyday and loads of vegetable salads. Do not miss out on calcium sources such as milk and curd as we need calcium for weight loss and also for diabetes management. Keep fueling yourself every 2-3 hours but have a watch on the portions.

At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) try to take liquid diet only for few days 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. 5) walk upto 4-5 kilometres daily. 6) do yogasan (pacchimottasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, halasan, bhujangasan) and pranayam regularly. Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Mr. Lybrate-user, first thing is hypothyroidism has to be under control. For that tsh levels should be between 3 to 4 milli units /ml. Plus you have to exercise daily for more than 1 hour. Diet has to be properly planned giving exact calories based on ideal body weight (height in cms - 100 = kgs, 65 kgs), your bmi is 30.88 kg/m2 showing grade 1 obesity. First get hypothyroidism n good control and then work on your weight.
