Hiee. I am 27. I am facing problem loosing weight. Also I am taking facial laser hair removal treatment. So I had a mesh of hair on my sideburns. Chin.and upper lip. I am not taking any medications. As per your height and weight your BMI is 32.0 that is you come under obese grade 1, but do not get disappoint with proper exercise for minimum 30 - 45 minutes daily, start of with an activity which you can do for a long time and a healthy eating pattern your can definitely loose weight. But before that try to check your thyroid levels. Coming to the dietary pattern take small and frequent meals instead of 3 major meals, replace refined products like maida, white rice etc with whole cereals like brown rice and whole wheat flours and oats. Include more of fiber rich foods like raw vegetables and fruits. Avoid excess oil/fat consumption, deep fried foods, sweets and bakery items. All the best.

Hello lybrate-user, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv. Avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Drink sufficient water. Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. You can also go through a calorie counting diet chart with the help of a dietician. And most important thing don't get disappointed, always be happy.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi thanks for writing. Most of the people who come to us have this problem. Weight reduction depends a lot on basal metabolic rate. Your diet should have 3 to 4 low calorie snacking and three light major meals. If you follow this regime and do physical exercise also, then your bmr will increase and you will surely reduce weight. Sir, there is no ayurvedic medicine for weight loss. Ayurveda says eat sattvic food. That is simple food. Reduce oils, reduce sugar. Eat natural food. Eat slowly. Do 50 minutes of intensive exercise everyday.

Hello lybrate-user, if you gained 12 kilograms in a month, this is not good for health point of view. You need proper diet plan, so that you manange your weight. We can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners.

Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

Hello Lybrate user you can take sprouts, milk corn flakes, oats etc in breakfast than fruit, have dal, vegetable, salad, curd, chapati, rice in lunch, evening tea with some light snacks. Have your dinner n most important drink plenty of water avoid stress n do practice pranayam especially Loaum Vloaum to increase oxygen level of your body. U can ask for further information.

Do exercise daily in the morning, walk daily at night after dinner for an hour and never take water in between meals. Avoid potatoes, rice, sugar, dry fruits, fruit juices, creamed milk, fried foods, junk foods. Take small and frequent meals. Take salad with your every main diet (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Dear, age doesn't make us old or unfit, but inactivity coupled with poor eating habits and undisciplined lifestyle sure does. You exercise as a way of life and not as a boring chore you have to do. Understand that fit essential is not some statistical or mathematical measurement but an experience of freedom and jot within the body. Carrots and cucumbers, protein bars, sprouted lentils, fluids, herbal teas, timely meals, no processed n packed foods definitely help you.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.
