WEIGHT 1. Whole-grain bread. Hi, lybrate-user I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, where as when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) सामान्य स्वास्थ्य नियम 1.खाना खाने के 90 मिनट बाद ही पानी पीये। 2.पानी हमेशा बैठकर धीरे2 घूंट-घूंट करके पीये। 3.सुबह उठकर बिना मुह साफ़ किये १/२ से 1 ग्लास पानी पीये। 4.फ्रीज़ का ठंडा पानी कभी ना पीये। मोटापा कम करने के लिए। 1.त्रिफला चूर्ण 1 चम्मच और शहद 1 चम्मच सुबह शाम खली पेट खाओ। 2.कम केलोरी वाले खाद्य पदार्थों का उपयोग करें। जहां तक आप कम केलोरी वाले भोजन की आदत नहीं डालेंगे ,मोटापा निवारण दुष्कर कार्य रहेगा। अब मैं ऐसे भोजन पदार्थ निर्देशित करता हूं जिनमें केलोरी कम होती है। अपने भोजन में ये पदार्थ ज्यादा शामिल करें-- नींबू,जामफ़ल (अमरुद),अंगूर,खरबूजा,जामुन,पपीता,संतरा, तरबूज,बैर,स्ट्राबेरी सब्जीयां जिनमें नहीं के बराबर केलोरी होती है-- पत्ता गोभी,फ़ूल गोभी,ब्रोकोली छोटीमूली,पालक,शलजम,सौंफ़,लहसुन 3.दही,उड़द,आलू,नमक,शक्कर का उपयोग कम करें।

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

You should keep your weight in control by regular exercise and diet control. If possible get a sonography. Start minimum 45 min of walk daily. Reduce sweets, fried, oily food. Take whole grains and include proteins like pulses, curd, soya in your meals.

I am following this diet plan and I need your advice Morning lemon honey water 10 am cow milk with cornflakes 12 o'clock lunch (2chapati without ghee, tomato) 3 pm green tea and anar (pomegranate) 7 pm dinner (2chapati) Is this diet plan ok as it reduces my weight without any exercise but in late night I am hungry so what should I eat after 10 pm.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly cornflakes or green tea don't cause weight loss. Secondly there are long gap between meals. If you are deciding to follow a restricted diet to lose weight understand that it will mostly be muscle loss. Do try to do some form of workout. In case you are having an early you can have milk, curd, salad, nuts late at night.

Dear siraj, it appears that you are having allergic rhinitis. Since it happens every morning or when you sleep it is most likely due to dust. Please see to it that you avoid dust. I would suggest that you change the bedsheet on which you sleep every day or put a fresh towel or a bed sheet atleast on the pillow you take. This will restrict the dust inhalation and you will should feel better. Regarding body weight for 167.5 cm 50 kgs is not overweight. Do you feel bloated or puffy? it might be due to lack of sleep and allergy. Please do the changes suggested it should help you.

Hello A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen every day. Slow and steady wins the race.

First of all - size does not matter as only outer 1 inch of vagina is only sensitive out of the total 4 inch size of vagina, so any size penis is able to satisfy a female. Female satisfaction is more dependent on foreplay. And you will not have a issue with baby because of size. But you are obese, your normal weight must be height in cms - 100, that means it should be 75, you have 30 kg excess weight. First loose your weight, as due to fat penis size appears small, and excess weight is one of the reason for erectile dysfunction and loss of sex desire also.
