Exercise n walk is good to lose weight. Apart from this, eat less fat, more proteins. Do not skip meals but eat healthy. Eat less at night n try to have dinner atleast 2 hrs before going to bed. Thanks.

In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Avoid all kinds of fatty food, refienary, packkages product.

Hi, It's possible to loose weight with diet. But weight loss is a combination of 70% diet and 30% exercise. I can understand time must be a big issue, but at least some basic exercises at home can be started. For weight loss, keep all the meals on time, Take at least 5-6 meals everyday. Focus more on fresh fruits, salads, whole grains, protein rich sources like eggs, dals, sprouts.

Firstly, don't feel shy to go out when you will reduce your physical activity your weight will be increase. Do exercises. Ayurvedic Remedies To Lose Weight!

In India, especially the urban centers, obesity or even being overweight is becoming a new epidemic. The increases in consumption of fast foods, sedentary lifestyles and stress have increased the incidence of this problem. This has in turn, led to an exponential increase in the cases of diabetes, heart diseases and blood pressure among a host of other problems.

The Ayurvedic approach
Ayurveda is a discipline, which has been practiced over many millennia and contains the collective wisdom to effectively treat problems of obesity or being overweight without side effects. According to Ayurveda, the body is made up of 7 elements or Dhatus:

  1. Rasa (Lymph)
  2. Rakta (Blood)
  3. Maans (Muscle)
  4. Meda (Fat)
  5. Asthi (Bones)
  6. Majja (Nervous system)
  7. Shukra (Reproductive System)

However, if you are overweight then it means that due to an imbalance of the ‘Kapha’ dosha, you are accumulating more ‘meda’ or fat. Ayurveda has some very effective actions to prescribe through which you can lose weight very effectively. Some of these tips are mentioned below.

  1. Drink a mixture of lemon, honey and water first thing in the morning: Drinking a mix of lemon, honey and water helps to jump start your metabolism and boost your digestive system. Drinking this regularly over a period of a few months and would help reduce your weight very quickly.
  2. Meditate for at least 10 minutes a day: This is a very important step as meditation helps relax your mind, muscles and nerves and reduces stress. This enables you to take better decisions throughout the day. It also controls your appetite thus stopping you form binge eating. Meditation and relaxation have also been shown to contribute to weight loss by keeping the metabolism regulated.
  3. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise: It is important that you do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily as it would regulate your metabolism and help you to keep burning fat throughout the day. Incorporating light yoga along with a brisk walk is possibly the best way to safely and easily lose weight. Some of the easiest poses to lose weight would be
    • Dhanurasana or Bow pose
    • Setubandhasana or Bridge pose
    • Bhujangasana or Cobra pose
    • Vakrasana or Half spinal Twist pose among many others
  4. Consider your diet according to season: According to Ayurveda, you should be careful about what you eat during the various seasons as this will ensure maximum nutrient absorption without the deposition of fat.
  5. Eat three meals a day, not more: According to Ayurveda, you should have three meals a day without any snacks in between. Have a heavy breakfast as that tends to set the tone for the day, followed by a comparatively light lunch and an even lighter dinner. This is because your digestive system functions most effectively in the morning, fairly fast at noon, but it is the most sluggish at night.
  6. Go to bed early and rise early: This is often propagated as disturbances in the Circadian rhythm or the natural sleep and waking cycles are a big contributor to weight gain. Once this is properly regulated, it could result in weight loss because of your body metabolism being properly regulated.

To loose weight change food habites Avoid to oil end ghee prepretions fast end junk food habites over eating. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad take fiber foods. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you take Ķeva slim tea boiled for few minuties in morning 3o minuties before lunch end dinner (1/2 spoon in a 1 1/2 cup of water boiled turn into one cup filter than take it) one pack than consult me for further treatment.

Yes there is problem in loosing weight in hypothyroid persons. How much thyroxine you are taking. What other symptoms you have. You can start with coriander seed soaked overnight in plain clean water and drink in the morning for few weeks. Avoid soy, peanuts and packaged foods Add 3--40 minutes exercise in your daily routine.

Hello sir. 1) Don't skip breakfast. 2) Eat regular meals. 3) Take plenty of fruit and vegetables. 4) Get some exercise. 5) Drink lots of water. 6) Eat high fiber foods. 7) Take low calories foods. 8) Don't take junk food.

1. You can drink lemon with water since its good for health, but No tummy reduction by this. 2. Avoid honey since it is just more Sugar (calories) into your body. 3. There is no drink to reduce tummy. 4. Tummy is just excessive fat deposit which can only be burnt and shaped through exercise + proper diet.

your weight is excess as per your age and height. you need to reduce weight as well. you can start with any physical activity like walk, power yoga, Aerobics etc as per your schedule. you can start with high fiber, medium protein and low carb diet in your daily routine. take plenty of water during the day. for specific area reduction you can start with particular area exercise along with your normal routine only.

Homeopathy has a number of uses. It is a popular form of medication since it has negligible side effects. As with any homeopathic medicine, no one cure fits all.   • Calcarea carbonica: This is prescribed in cases where weight gain is due to thyroid problems and when fatty tissue is accumulated in the abdomen. They also have a slow metabolism and often suffer from constipation. It can also be prescribed to women suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Disease to trigger weight loss.
  • Natrum mur: Patients who have been prescribed natrum mur for weight loss have usually put on weight due to chronic stress and depression. Their weight is often concentrated on the thighs and buttocks. They also often suffer from anemia.Natrum Mur can also be prescribed in combination with Ignatia when weight gain is triggered by depression.

These people often suffer from indigestion with common complaints of flatulence and constipation. They are also very irritable and prone to overeating.Lycopodium and calcarea carb are often prescribed together to trigger weight loss in patients suffering from hypothyroidism.
  • Nux vomica; A sedentary lifestyle is one of the most common causes for obesity and excessive weight. In such cases, nux vomica is an effective form of treatment. People who can be benefitted by nux vomica often also suffer from constipation and intolerance to cold drafts.Nux Vomica can also be prescribed in combination with Alumina.
  • Antimonium crudum: This is usually prescribed to obese children who have a tendency to overeat. These children also often suffer from indigestion alternating between diarrhea and constipation.
  • Graphites and Sepia: This is usually prescribed to women who may have put on excess weight due to menopause. They can be used on their own or in combination depending on the personality of the woman and the symptoms showcased. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopath.

hello mam , take high fiber diet. do brisk walk and cycling daily. take luke warm water with apple cider vinegar with honey empty stomach early mor. avoid potatoes, juices, rice, fried food , oily food, junk food,sugars, sweet , cold drink , shakes. include veg. soup, veg. juice, veg. sandwich , luke warm water before and after meals, coconut water with lemon ,. don't skip your meals and breakfast specially .

hello you need to take proper balanced healthy diet along with regular exercise regime. take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. include seasonal fruits and vegetables and sprouts. take 3-4 cups of green tea. drink plenty of water. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. avoid zimikand, arbi, mango and cheeku. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. thank you for detailed diet plan you can consult.
