Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

I am 27 year old male residing out of india. I have a backache from past 45 days or so. I visited a doctor in here and he prescribed me some pills for musculr relief. The problem seemed to have improved but it still persists. I later went on to take an x-ray, to see if there is any problem in that, but the doctor said your report is fine and its just suggests that your lower back bone is little weak. But I dont understand it, because the pain isn't exactly at that place instead its around my waist on the lower right side. (this problem actually started 7-8 years before, but everytime I was relieved of pain after visiting a doctor and consuming the prescribed medicines). Kindly suggest me what to do! thanking you.

See, normally there can be two reasons for lower pain, either it is from back region or it is from abdominal organ when it is causing flank rather than back pain. If you feel that your pain is not in back region, but more towards flanks, then you can get an usg abdomen with or without kub region to rule out and abdominal pathology. Pl inform which hernia was operated for. What was the anaesthesia technique used if you know? pl send full history. For the time being pl start taking pure turmeric powder, dried ginger powder and roasted pure asafoetida (roasted in ghee) with warm water. Later 10 herb root, withania somnifera etc combo may be planned for you on getting full info. Massage (gentle) with herbal oils are also advantageous.

For cold decoction of Tulsi (Holy basil leaves), black pepper, ginger pieces to be boiled, mixed warm in honey and sipped regularly. For back pain pl take juice or decoction of Harsingar leaves. In the meantime get X-ray done.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You are suffering from periarthritis due to uncontrolled diabetes.Take pregabalin75 mg bedtime.Do very light exercise of shoulder not more than 2 minutes along with hot fermentation at bedtime.More importantly control your sugar.

Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. For eyesight problem check your eye with an ophthalmologist. Best wishes.

Hi, u need to get ur vitD3 level checked. improve ur sitting posture maintain chin chest distance do hot fomentation as pain subsides, do neck muscles strengthening exercises.

Depending on site of tuberculosis affected treatment will be decided and it will be fixed regimen unless .intolerant to some medicines then alternate drugs will be prescribed. Main things will be in treatment is monitoring of side effects by regular check ups and watching for any drug intolerance. So unless we will not know complete events happened from since day 1. We can'tjudge and finalise or any change of medicines required.

Calcium and vit d3 deficiency will lead to osteoporosis (porous bones). Therefore, please undergo bone densitometry test of the whole body to assess the severity of the disease. Take calcium supplements everyday. Expose your body to early rays of the sun in the morning for about 15-20 mins so that your body will absorb vit d3 from the sun's rays. Drink 2 glasses og milk everyday.

I have with my knees. I feel pain during running and using stairs. I have consulted many doctors and have done some exercise for quads but there is no relief. Is there damaged cartilage. Please sir give me some advice.

Sudden severe exercises can start symptoms like these. Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build & up stamina. It could be oa/obesity do hot fomentation. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Contact me again if needed. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Sir actually I have a bed in my room and the bed is made up of 2 plywoods. An one damage in my bed that the one plywood among the plywoods are still break and one plywood is upper side and second plywood is lower side. The problems is occurs from last 3 months that in the bed the the small pain in my backbone in lower side of backbone where hips are located. And I think that this problem is arises whenever I am going to sleep in the night either afternoon daily and when I wake up the pain is occurs. But the pain is small but whenever I am going to put my body towards the floor the pain is increases and irritating. Hello. Firstly you have to do a x-ray lumber spine. You may be suffering from lumber spondylosis or like these conditions. Sleep on steep surface. Give some warmth to lumber region 2 times/day. Also do not try any lumber exercises on your own. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times regular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Take Sound sleep at night. Do not sleep during day. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance & medicines needed.

Knee & Joint Pain - Know Its Ayurvedic Treatment!!

Gone are the days when mostly septuagenarians complained of joint and knee pain. The problem today has become common among all age groups. Knee or joint pain at any stage of life is painful, however the health problem striking early on is scary as one just dreads of living with it in the so many years to come.

Ayurveda is a very old system of medicine, which originated in India. Using herbs found in nature to cure various illnesses, knee pain and joint pain can also be permanently cured with this method indigenous to India. Arthritis and Joint pain are among the most prevalent problems faced by adults, mostly old people. As per ayurveda, 'vata dosha' Is responsible for joint and knee pain.

Here are some common Ayurvedic remedies, which help reduce knee pain:

  1. Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha is medically known as Withania Somnifera. In the West, Ashwagandha is popularly known as Winter Cherry. Also, it has a lot of therapeutic properties, which include reducing joint pains.
  2. Banyan: The Banyan tree's medical name is Ficus Benghalensis. It has a sap very similar to the form of rubber known as latex is derived from the Banyan tree. The Banyan tree's sap is externally applied over the joints and the pain usually disappears after a few regular applications.
  3. Garlic: The medical name for garlic is allium sativum. Five to six cloves eaten everyday has proved to reduce knee pains.
  4. Ginger: Ginger is biologically called Zingiber Officinale. These can be easily included in your diet and go a long way in curbing knee pain.

The following are some ayurvedic home remedies that can be utilized to treat joint pain:

  1. Hot & Cold Compress: Cold and hot compresses can be utilized to ease your joint pain effectively. Heat compression decreases the pain, increases the blood circulation and relaxes the swollen joints and muscles. On the other hand, cold therapy lessens the inflammation of the affected joint. Place hot and cold towel alternatively on the affected area to achieve immediate relief from persistent pain.
  2. Turmeric: Add a pinch of turmeric and a teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink this solution on a regular basis for a week. Turmeric contains anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which makes it an excellent remedy for treating joint pains.
  3. Healthy diet: A balanced diet that comprises a lot of green leafy vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits is good for your joints. The uncontrolled intake of fatty food, dairy products, and high sodium diet must be avoided in order to avoid arthritis and joint pain.Prevention is better than cure and in order to follow that it is always beneficial to get your complete body check up done from time to time. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.
