I have a problem like tiredness, weakness, so can you suggest me best solution for my this problem, this problem I have from many years, I think 2 or 4 years, let Mr. know what I should be do it.

Though a proper diet you can cure this problem. Take food more frequently. Increase your plate size. Eat fruits like apple, banana, grape, chikoo, jack fruit, mango etc. Eat dense vegetables like sweet potato, white potato, carrot, corn, beet etc than cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli etc. Use whole grain, whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread. Take bread with jam, jelly, butter, cream, cheese, honey, avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take protein like fish, egg, milk, dairy products, soy products etc. Take good fats like olive oil, fish oil, refined vegetable oil, almond, walnut, flax seed etc. No smoking as smoking cause of weight loss. No alcohol. Drink lots of water. Do regular exercise and lead a stress free life. Take sleep about 7-8 hours.

Myself undergone acl surgery, since 2 yrs backs rt. Knee joint, leg folding upto 105 degree .Original position is not obtained.Pain is there.

Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days l-carnitine 500mg od/bd x5 days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For Increasing Stamina Eat lot of salad and fruits and vegetables regularly. Take protein rich diet. Regarding size of the penis, Please note even 2 inches long penis can fully satisfy partner. It is an art. I can teach you. Of course vaccum device and oil massage will help you better.

Hi sanndhya Exercise depends on whether you want to lose weight or just maintain it. You can do 45mins -1 hr of exercise including walking, jogging,yoga and skipping. The best time is morning in fresh air, but if you cant do it in the morning do it any time but you haveto be empty stomach. Dont do exercise within 1 .5 hours of meal. Takecare

1. Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, sea food (sardines)/prawn 2.Avoid pulses, lentill, mushrooms, green leafy vegetablles like broccoli, cauli flower, cabbage, spinach, beans, peas 3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, black cherry, lime etc 4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily 5. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks, excess sweets cakes/cookies 6.Reduce weight if overweight 7. Take medicine after consulting physician.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. You can prepare a paste of methi powder with water and apply over your breasts for 20 to 30 minutes. Do for at least for 30 days. Another method is to heat a little cod liver oil and put a spoon of fennel in it. Appply this oil and massage the area with both hands. This will also help. Further do skipping atleast 15 minutes morning and evening. Eat fruits like apple papaya, guava, pomogrenate. Green. Vegetables. Even almond oil massage will help.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

You can prepare masala oats and mix some vegetables in that for lunch. If you want to increase weight than eating brown rice in lunch will help you increase weight, so do not stop eating rice. Also take cottage cheese, buttermilk and seeds in lunch.
