Hi. I have been doing workout from past 1 n half year. I consume egg whites, sweet potatoes, dates, milk, banana, sweet corn, etc as my diet. I don't take any supplements or any proteins. I don't see much growth in my body muscles. In terms of workout, I do almost regularly and with intensity. Could you please let me know where I am lagging in terms of protein natutat foods.

I have lost my weight upto 10 kg in 4 months. 1 hour workout in gym .skipping dinner. Having protein powder 1scope daily morning. Problem is that my weight has struck at 83 - 84 from last 1 month. I want to loose 5 kg still. Summer is best time to weight loss. Suggest me proper diet chart. That will be helpful for me.

Greetings, Today I have seen article on Iodine deficiency, the article described the symptoms clearly but not suggested any idea for improving the iodine levels, can you just brief some of the methods which can boost iodine.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Pussy sucking may be harmful for you in two regards. One that if its not in hygenic condition then it may harm you with infection. The second one is due to the fact that licking is super exciting for any female up there, it may reduce the pleasure and sensation while having sex. Its like when we don't touch a place in our body, it is more sensitive and if used again and again, the sensitivity decreases. For this reason it might be harmful for you in future that you may not be able to bring her to orgasm/or same leve of satisfaction with orgasm without your tongue so take due care for that, once in a while it can be considered good but not always. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

Hello lybrate-user, according to your height your weight is perfect. Can you please tell me if you are eating more of high calorie food or about your lifestyle. By the time you do tabata (check in you tube) exercise as well as surya namaskar and lower abdomen crunches and other yogic exercises like bhujangasana, dwichakrikasans, padvritasana and cycling in lying position.
