Take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid alcohol consumption and non vegetarian.

Few months ago my father felt stomach ache and after reports the result was that his liver was swelled 5times and pus in gall bladder. So he was on 3 days Ventilator and 15 days admitted there. So my question is he have to remove his gall bladder or not. Because it is spoiled inside body.

It depends on wt was the cause of the gall blader swelling and liver enlargement. If it was due to gall stones or any other infection!

Grasp the tip of your ?manhood? with one hand. Hold it firmly but focus on not causing yourself any discomfort. ? Use your other hand to place thumb at base of your penis. ? Then start to pull it away until you feel that stretch in it. ? Hold this position for around 10-15 seconds, then release. ? Have a short break and then repeat this whole process again. You can continue doing this for 2,5 up to 5 minutes in one session. apply on small quantity of balaveerya taila it?s a herbal oil and its helpful to increase the blood flow and size and ashwagandha arista 3 times a day 15ml ? My advice: You can do one or two sessions during the day

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I am 17 years old and my height is not growing from last two years so how to increase height.
Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

I am unable to control my impatience, anger and anxiety, as a result I make the life of people around me difficult. I do not think my expectations are unrealistic. It's just that I do not tolerate chalta-hai attitude. People feel that I go into minute details. But then quality comes with details. Maybe I'm failing to carry people with me.

You probably are a high achiever, and do not like and perhaps cannot even tolerate people who are lackadaisical. While that is a good thing for you, people are all born and bred differently. A good leader is the one who can tap into each one?s capability and get the best out of them, not the best you want, necessarily. So it depends on the kind of people you have, and the ideal technique would be to bring the best of each individual, within their capacity. Impatience, anger and anxiety have never brought about harmony in work situations to produce the best. You must love your people and with love much more can be achieved. When you over-detail, you lose the larger picture. That is where you may be getting caught up with the minor steps, at the cost of the end result. There has to be a discrete blend between the process and the result. You cannot be stuck in one end or the other. You last statement is quite revealing and a very honest assessment: you have got to carry people with you. I think it is in Howard University that you are greeted with a huge banner that reads something like this: ?The bottom line of any organization is its people? In people, it is through good relationships. If you build good relations while getting work done, everyone will go home satiated and the work will get done excellently: details and large picture too. You seem to be the common factor, where the problem probably lies. If you don't believe me, then have an open discussion with the workforce and find answers. You may even discuss my response, to stimulate some openness.

Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

Hello. Laziness is due to dietary deficiency because when you not take enough nutrition your body feel week and it leads to laziness. Take enough calories needed by your body. Eat healthy breakfast which gives you energy in daily life. Take protein in your diet because its good for energy. Take milk and milk products in your diet. Eat nuts daily. It gives you energy. Drink plenty of water to keeps you hydrated. Take homoeopathic tonic alfa alfa daily. Take one spoon twice a day half an hr after meal. This will be help you.
