Dear madam, very sorry to hear your problem. Cerebral palsy is one condition where the treatment journey is tough and requires a lot of patience and family support. The response of treatment is very slow and aim is usually to maintain the present health and prevent further complications. As parents only you can give the best care to the child. Hell Yes Ayurveda can. The common causes of insomnia is stress of work, family or improper sleep due to work load or other causes. Immediately go for meditation and use saraswatarista 10 ml bd. In starting stage we can manage otherwise it causes other serious disorders. You must revert your feedback. good luck.

Sleep has some type I tell you 2 type 1. Beta sleep = in which we are in dream if you take this kind of sleep it will not good even you take 8 hr 2. Delta sleep=in which we sleep very deeply if you take this kind of sleep then 4 hr is also sufficient 3. If genarly you ask me we should 3 hr or 6 hrs or 9 hrs because our sleep cycle is complete in every 3 hrs so you should tkae sleep ik this then only you feel energetic. In ayurveda there is mention panchakarma treatment. Panchakarma means five procedure for detoxification of body in this five procedure for insomnia you should do shirodhara treatment. You will get good result so consult good ayurvedic doctors.

It is a type of facial palsy called bells palsy. It is good that 90% has improved in 1 month. It will improve further over time. No specific medicine is required for that. Do regular facial muscle exercise as advised by your physiotherapist. But do it repeatedly and frequently you may continue facial nerve stimulation therapy and physiotherapy for few more days.
