as far as I can understand, you had a fracture in your hand as a child. If you are still experiencing pain in your hand, you should consult a hand specialist. A plastic or orthopedic surgeon can help diagnose your problem and help you get better.

1.Increase intake of oily foods that are easily digested, sweet things, purified butter, vegetable soups, milk and almonds.
2.Avoid rice, refined flour, kidney beans, and other foods that cause flatulence.
3.Avoid physical and mental exertion...
4.Get a good night’s sleep.
5.Have regular, gentle body massage with lukewarm sesame oil.
6.Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for cervical pains.
7.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening.
8.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag).
9.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

1) correct your sitting posture.
2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily.
4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Get a mri done to pin point the cause and site of pain. Meanwhile go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also.

Firstly I request you to consult and take one secound opinion with any orthopaedic.
As if you taking medicine for heart related problem pain should not b there now.
And as pain is still there take all repoets and consult orthopaedic Dr. as he will tellu the reason. And tell your father stress is not good. Do yoga.
