Hi. I'm 24 yr old woman. I was in relationship with a guy for abt 9 months. We both loved each other. But now only I came to know he is already married. So I had ended up the relationship with him. But I feel very bad abt myself. I'm not a type of person to love a married man. Really I don't know tat he is already married. If I had known before itself means I would not have spoken with him. Daily i'm crying. I feel like I want to commit suicide. Becoz I loved a married man. I always having the feeling of committing suicide. How to get rid of this thought. Please help me.

Sounds like you are very angry with yourself. It is okay to be angry with yourself for having being fooled around by this guy. Then you need to express it to someone, like you have done to me and the matter is over. I really admire you for breaking up with this guy after knowing that he is married. It is very difficult to be in love and then discover that you were deceived all this time. But you have done really well to be able to quit the relationship on the discovery. Now pick up the pieces and make good of your life. It was that guy who deceived you and he should feel all the guilt, not you. So be proud that you did the right thing and that you did not deceive anyone yourself. Do not be harsh on yourself and your life is very precious. No man is more important than your life. Get rid of all reminders of this fellow and do not frequent places, situations, or company that you used to keep with this guy for some time. Talk to someone else also if you need to, and go and do some vigorous exercise every day, and be proud yourself. I am.

My problem is bloating. When I consulted my local physician, he told that it is due to stress. When he gives medicine, I get okay but when I stress even a little again I start to bloat .What can we do to reduce stress. In food: avoid fermentated food, bread, maida items. Eat fresh vegetables, fruits n sprouts like moong. For stress start with yoga n meditation, listen to music n divert your mind to other stuff.

Memory power can be increased by repetition and recollection. Remove all tensions and worries and keep your mind calm when you study. Focus on what you study and understand. Then close your book and recollect what you studied. Write down several times. By this way you can increase your memory.

We generally forget things that have been crammed and not properly understood. Try to understand the concepts and then explain them to yourself or someone else in your own words - in high probability you will remember it for a longer time. Make points and revise them again before sleeping. To have a sharp mind - take a balanced diet, avoid junk food and have plenty of water. Exercise everyday for better blood circulation and increased concentration. Remain focused on your goal - set daily targets for yourself.

I am 26 years man. Many times I having stomach ache suddenly but after asking doctors there is. No particulars reason behind this. Due to this my studies get affected. What should I do. Definitely, yoga, exercise, good eating habit and sleeping hygiene, having a support network, family connections are the pillars of an healthy lifestyle. Definitely I don't think there is any use. Homeopathic medicines are of lowest potency and they may not even act on your body if taken along with allopathy medicines. But you can continue taking it if your homeopath suggest to do so. Schizophrenia is better treated with the help of medicines, psychotherapy and meditation. I need to ascertain and diagnose your current mental state. You could post a detailed private question to me to have a proper diagnosis. God bless you.

Dear Arjun, Welcome to lybrate. Memory and mind power depends mainly on three aspects. Understanding, storage and recollection. To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Creative way of learning can help you concentrate and understand easily. When you are able to understand and concentrate, it is stored within your brain. If you read more and more it will be store in long term memory. Third part is retrieval. Whenever you want to retrive what you learned and stored, your brain gets the request, searches the database and retrieves the information for you. The retrieval may prove to be difficult if you are anxious, stressed, worried or tired physically or mentally. Retrieval is more easy when you are relaxed and healthy. Brain needs nutrients to keep itself sharp. Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits provide much needed nutrients for your brain. Include at least one fruit in your daily diet. Physical exercises, entertainment, hobbies, relaxation, memory games like sudoku etc help keep your memory sharp and active. You may consult a psychologist online or in person for advice, counseling and therapy.Take care.

I am 16 years boy and I am suffering from severe depression .it seems my brain stopped working and also symptoms are like loss of interest, lack of thoughts, feelings,imagination .even I am not able to express my emotions. Inability to feel happiness, decreased interest in surroundings, persistent sadness, bleak & pessimistic view of future, suicidal ideations, disturbed sleep, self guilt are important features of depression. According to the mental health survey 1 in 40 indians suffer from this illness. This is treatable condition. Both medicine and psychological treatment are useful.

It can be made lesser only and only by speech therapy. So you should take the help of a speech therapist. Also, i'd suggest you to visit a psychologist as confidence plays a great role in dealing with this problem. I'd suggest you to speak very slowly, word by word. People may make fun of this but believe me, slowly you'll get better at it.
