Hello, Me and my girlfriend broke up last year. In the course of time she said she fell in love with another boy. Who unfortunately betrayed and got engaged to another girl. I still have same amount of love for my girl, that I had on the day one. But some what I get a feeling she loves me but she haven't agreed to it. She some times talks well to, at times she picks up fight. Another thing what I have noticed she talks to me freely when her friends are not around. Does she still love me is my question?

Whether she loves you or not can be judged only by you. Well yes, there is no doubt that if you think she feels for you, you can try to have her back. Ask her what she wants, how does she feel about you? although, remember that once a person does something like this there is a chance that they might repeat it.

How can I make my mind sharp. I m losing my memory power plzz tell any solution for my memory power also. Or tell any medicine.

There is no medicine to help memory but your age is an important factor. I suspect that the adolescent issues with regard to hormones may be affecting your ability to concentrate and remember. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid junk food.

It is because of adrenaline rush don't be panic instead feel that you are getting exited and energize to face the challenge. Body is helping you if you are too uncomfortable and unable to do a task in hand, do deep breathing for five minutes. It will reduce your heart rate.

Hello, yes c pram can hve sexual side efects. But do not worry these re not permament, and if at first place c pram can be stopped you can gradually stop or change med. Do discuss it with your psychiatrist.

Psychiatric medicine has some side effects. In compulsory situation only. We go for medicine it is better to consult psychologist for psychological counselling. Or contact me for online counselling. I will help to you. It is safe to have a baby. No problem. It will not affect on your son also. But it affects you only. Because these continue usage of medicine. You feel drowsiness, head weight, lack of interest on work, excessive sleep everything comes because these medicine. If you control yourself then it is ok. Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 4 drops of water violet + 4 drops of impatiens + 3 drops of white chestnut + 3 drops of cherry plum + 3 drops of scleranthus. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every night once before sleeping.

Hey doctor I just wanted to confirm I have a habit of smoking in starting I smoke 1 or 2 cigarette but now it will converted into 4-5 or sometime more than that. From few day I have pain in neck (throat) its not paining too much but I feel the pain and it disturbing me. Whenever I want to take out cough but its not coming some time something black is coming. I am smoking for last eight years. Help me out.

You must visit a doctor and determine the nature of this pain. Any which way, you must quit smoking for your own sake and health. You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged on. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check-up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact, these conditions can exist all through the day, unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heartbeat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact, it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chew gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. You could also join twitter2quit program and enjoy its success to give up smoking.

Hypertension is defintly a cause of unhealthy heart. Usually the blood pressure is considered as 120/80 plus or minus 20. But it cannot be generalised. This normal value is taken by law of averages. Fact is the blood pressure or so called normal values ranges from persons to person and it cannot be treated by considering this law of averages. Moreover it is modified by different factors such as age, sex, timings, exertion, mental state, etc. You can listen to Dr. B m hegde the renowned cardiologist in who says gandhilji had blood pressure of 220/110 and it was normal for him and he died of gunshot not by stroke. So if the person has any symptoms associated with this pressure he needs treatment. Otherwise no. Moreover as per homoeopathy blood pressure rises not without any cause. And this cause is depending on the sensitivity of a person and this sensitivity and proneness to hypertension has to be treated for a permanent cure. Otherwise he will become a slave of antihypertensives which only suppresses the blood pressure never cures it.

Hello, I want to ask for my brother he is 22 years old and tries to escape from his responsibilities. He does not want to do anything in our shop and feel very fear or hesitation some new things happend. He assumes himself he knows everything and does not accept his mistakes ever and tries to argue for his wrong statement always. He spent his pocket money anything almost in half month And he thinks to spent money in unnecessary things like eating junk foods not eating home made food. If anybody said him to take him to Dr. He get angry but he will be normal after 10 min shows nothing happened. He do his veham like hand washing again and again but if he is in outside world behaves normal in front of others.

My cousin is diagnosed psychosis. Her symptoms lasts for one month. She is under treatment of doctor. Doctor has prescribed respideral 1 mg. She became normal within 10 days after taking this medicine. But She is still taking this pill. She has taken respideral 1 mg for 2 month and now doctor has reduced to 0.5 mg. In some people they will become totally normal with no relapse. Some may relapse on reducing and stopping. Some may relapse after many years, following some stressor. Whatever it is, follow your doc s advice. He seems to be doing a wonderful work.

It is natural to feel low and miss the person you have lost. However if it is interfering with your sleep, studies or general well being, or if you feel suicidal, you need to consult a psychiatrist. It is common to feel low, cry, feel like you are alone, or lose your self confidence. Usually time is the best healer. However if things are too difficult to handle you should talk to a psychiatrist or counselor. Confide in someone close to you, who will support you in this difficult time. Daily alcohol would produce liver damage and also other organs, smoking though u do less, still increases the risk for various cancers

It is not good to use psychiatry medicine for long time. Up to that you are not consulted psychologist. Better to consult. After discontinue medicine then depressive thoughts comes again. You need to take psychological counselling. Precautions prevent depression is do not be alone. Be share all your feelings with familymembers and friends. Be sociable. Be happy all the time. Do not think too much on any aspects. Take it easy. Practice yoga and meditation. Puja also helps very much. Walking, watching t v, going movies, attending spiritual meetings. Spend most of the time with your agemates. Be happy all the time. Do not think about past days. Feel always comfortable. Be happy. Ok best of luck.

As I have taken many antidepressants from 4years fr bipolar now I have lost my libido no any other problem very less erectile may be some time. Know I m taking stablon once a day for depression mood disorder but still in stress fr sex is their any good remedy which help in it. What is this problem to whom shoud I consult pls help. Dear Sanjay, BIpolar and Clinical depression or depressive disorder are neurochemical disorders. These are usually treated with a combination of psychiatric medicines, psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation and exercise. Some drugs do cause low libido. To regain your libido, you need to taper off the drugs. Once you make the necessary amendments in your life with the help of the above said therapies and life style changes, learn how to manage the depressive episodes without medicines and learn to relax, the medicines can be weaned off over a period of one year. Please consult a psychologist online or in person for advise, counseling and therapy. Take care.
