I am 45 year old Male, for sometime I going through professional rough time, I mean having tough time (as for sometime there is market recession), also some financial crunch (Money got stuck with business associates), cause of these two setbacks I am thinking a lot and not able to get it off my mind, may be I am thinking a lot cause of that I often get tightness in my stomach and incase I get up in the middle of the night then sleeping again becomes problem, I keep thinking and thinking that something will happen to me, my stomach often stays upset gas gets trapped and then more tension, I have noticed that when this gas gets released I intact gets relief, now I don't know it's this problem is cause of tension I am taking or because of stomach upset. Please help me to overcome this problem. Regards.

Your stomach upset is definitely related to the anxiety attacks you are experiencing. You may be troubling yourself unnecessarily and too caught up with excessive thinking. You must now act on these problems and only then will a solution appear. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen). You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted up on now. Accordingly you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react with anxiety. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. For this you need to develop a fit mind and body: The former, by meditation and mind exercises; and the later, by exercises and proper diet. You need good sleep too. Included in the development of the mind is the handling of emotions, in your case, fear. These changes will give you a handle on life and your perceptions and responses. Prayer is really powerful, if you are a spiritual person. Repeat some personally framed affirmations that are geared to calming you down and building confidence. Do a personality course too. Anything that develops you personally will be of great assistance in building resilience.

Hello sir, I am 40 years. Dry vagina pain during intercourse and burning itching always . Stomach pain after intercourse. Irregular periods. Mood swings and feeling very depressed. What should i do?

Your symptoms look like you are going in to menopause. Try using lubricants liberally during intercourse do some yoga and meditation to control your mood swings and depression. If not improving consult your doctor. May prescribe some hormones but after thoroughly examining you and blood tests and definitely you will feel the improvement.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat healthy diet. Avoid fatty foods, carbonated drinks. If overweight.reduce weight. If cholesterol or triglerides high,need medications. Exercise daily. ..have active lifestyle. Hope this helps u

Yes heavy intake of coffee discolours your teeth. These discolourations may not be successfully removed by scalling alone n hence may require bleaching. Meanwhile reduce coffee intake n try snowdent toothpaste.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Hi- alternative could be proper diet 1000-1200 kal/ day diet. Right medications. Fre hand exercises. But should be practicing as per diabetologist's advice, proper suggestions & of course if these are really fit for you. But still patients can improve like this way as we are noticing.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days. 2. Ferrum phos 6x (3 tabs) thrice a day for 2 days and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily.

Dear lybrateuser, to lower your bp you have to do some lifestyle changes -have salt restricted food -avoid fried food, junk food, foods containing saturated & trans fats -take more of fibrous foods like vegetables, fruits, beans, dals oats, whole grain foods like whole wheat bread, brown rice -do moderate exercises like walking, jogging, meditation in the morning, this will help in keeping your bp under control, remove anxiety, relax your mind, you will feel better & energized throughout the day -listen to music, follow some hobby which you like -pray & get up with positive thouths every morning -meet your friends which will give you happiness -if not much improvement then consult a doctor.

Dear, To maintain BP normal and to get relief from low BP problem follow these methods and instructions: • Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate. • Eat an apple daily it maintain your BP normal. • Take your meal daily do not skip meal. • Drink 8 - 9 glass of water daily. Hydrate your body well with drinking proper amount of water because dehydration is also cause fall of BP. • When you feel that your BP is low then take 2 teaspoons of Glucon D and add a pinch of salt mix it in one glass of water and drink it. You can repeat it after 2 hours. This will maintain electrolyte balance and your BP. You can drink a cup of tea. • Drink a glass of milk daily.
