Hello, the problem may be due to gastric ulcer or gastritis. Hyper acidity, chronic use of allopathic medicines causes erosion of gastric mucosa leading to burning pain. Avoid taking oily spicy food, drink plenty of water, maintain proper bowel habits.

Hair loss happens due to various reasons and to treat it correctly the cause has to be known. There are temporary and permanent types of bair loss. You can try taking a multivitamin supplement with iron and zinc for a month to see if it helps. If your hair loss doesnt reduce with this you should consult a trichologist for further investigation as early treatment is the key to successful results in hair loss. Hair follicles once damaged or dead are difficult to be revived back so do not waste much time on trying shampoos or oils instead look for internal causes of hair loss. Have a healthy balanced diet and include sprouts, green tea, almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds and leafy greens in your diet. Avoid red meat, ghee, cheese, butter, smoking, fried food and sweets. Exercise regulary to improve the blood circulation to your scalp.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
How Lack Of Sleep Can Be Bad For Your Health

One in three people complain of poor sleep.
Sleep problems can occur due to long work hours, job pressures, career and family depression, seasonal or long term illnesses and, environmental factors such as extreme temperatures and excess of noise. On a slightly humorous note, poor sleep also crops up due to those minor tiffs with your dating partner, spouse or any of your office colleague or superiors who want to prove their one-upmanship over you.
What should you do in this case? Sit pretty and take positive action. Grow up, as it is time to address and solve the nagging issue of poor sleep before it causes any further damage to you and your happiness.

Negative Effects of Poor Sleep
Sleep deprivation can affect our mind, body and overall health, both physically and mentally. Let us have a glance at how it upsets our normal behaviour, working pattern and overall health:
Loss of Concentration: Often it is the nature of our task and work hours that leave us deprived of sleep. Sleep deprivation affects their speed, agility and alertness.
Obesity: Research shows that poor sleep due to our passive lifestyle affects our eating pattern, thereby increasing our food consumption and causing weight gain. Increased blood pressure, hypertension, and chances of heart attacks are the natural fallouts of poor sleep.
Reduced tolerance to stress: When you are tired owing to the workload and hectic hours, even minor things such as grocery shopping at a store close to your home or travelling in public transport to reach office might seem a huge task. The capacity of doing minor errand jobs seems like a huge burden on the shoulders.
Signs of Ageing : Lack of sleep quite naturally leads to puffy eyes. Since our body releases excess of cortisol (a stress hormone), it can cause breakdown of collagen which is the skin protein responsible for smooth and elastic skin in us. This over a period of time precipitates ageing symptoms such as fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles under the eyes, affecting natural beauty.
Hampered social interactions: Staying awake at a stretch due to a set of reasons affects our interaction time and connectivity with friends, family members and community. When this happens, it slowly and gradually sucks us into an isolated space which makes us feel withdrawn and alone. In the process, poor sleep negatively affects human relationships.
Increased Accidents: Studies have revealed that poor quality sleep in the night time is likely to lead to injuries and accidents while you are on way to work. That is because sleeplessness affects our concentration level when we are travelling and leads to mishaps and injuries.
Cardiac Arrest: Sleep deprivation is one of the reasons that can cause early heart attacks as per certain research studies.
How to ensure sound sleep?
Lifestyle disorders such as staying up late and watching television, chatting and internet surfing, making long distance calls at night to avoid hefty phone bills during daytime, catching up with books and magazines, making children study and complete their class assignments etc. contribute a lot to triggering insomnia. However, here are a few of home remedies that can be the best alternative to fight poor sleep:
Follow bedroom ethics: A bedroom is meant to sleep in so there should be no kind of hindrance in Try to avoid keeping TV, computer, music system and other electronic gadgets in the bedroom so that when you come back from work, you get into a zone of 100% uninterrupted sleep. This might sound difficult to follow, but is worth a try if you wish to get sound sleep.
Take a warm bath: Your body needs relaxation and rejuvenation after a tiring day. Give yourself the benefit of warm tub bath. This will help you wash out the stress of everyday life. Try and add a few drops of essential oil (lavender or chamomile) to your bath water so that you can enjoy the soothing benefits of aromatherapy.
Meditate: Hitting the sack is an obvious choice after coming back from work. But do spend some time to meditate and clear your thoughts. This will help in bringing you the much needed sleep and calm your mind and nerves.
Apply lemon balm: If you want instant mood uplift, get for yourself lemon balm. One of the ancient herbs used for centuries, lemon balm helps you get good sleep through its physical and mental therapeutic properties. A relaxing tea made out of lemon balm is good when it comes to mood uplifting.
Drink warm milk: Take a glass of warm milk before going to sleep. It relaxes your nerves and is a mild soother that helps you unwind mentally and physically.
Drink tart cherry Juice: This one is a natural sleep aid, so drink half to one cup of it.
Do Feng Shui: This is an art of living that is more than just decorating your living space. It teaches you the philosophy of how to arrange your room, furniture etc. to ensure maximum flow of energy in the spaces so that a positive feeling leads to sound sleep. Therefore, it is essential to keep the room neat and clean with least clutter and trash.
Cut down on caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco: Caffeinated beverages should be avoided at least eight hours before bed. Similarly alcohol should be avoided as it interferes with the quality of sleep. Avoid smoking at night as well.
A solid night?s sleep is very important for a healthy life. Make sure you follow the tips above to live life happy and to the fullest.

A Tribute to the Martian: Power of Solitude
We live in a world of seamless connectivity. Its a world where we pride ourselves being available & online 24 by 7! So, it has become quite a rarity when we find ourselves to truly alone. Even when none of our friends or family members are physically near us, they’re only a whats app or Hike text message away. While being so connected does have its benefits, but sometimes; it’s necessary to shut the world out and live in our cocoon of loneliness or solitude. Cutting a long introduction short, what can be the benefits of solitude?
We get Innovative & more productive: When we are truly & totally alone, we don’t rely on other people to entertain or otherwise enhance our life experience. Not only it forces us to think differently but we also don’t hold our self back in any way. Result? more new ways of accomplishing a task that we might not even had tried before, had we been working in a group. (Remember the movie & novel The Martian??)
We Work Harder: Remember school & college group projects?? I bet we all had near similar experiences where one or two members of the group put in all the donkeys work on behalf of group of four or five students! This group mentality of being Passive or “someone else will do it or should do it” doesn’t exist when we are alone. And of course, if we don’t do what we are supposed to, we shall be the one's taking the blame. But on the brighter side, when we are totally alone, we are completely free from distractions and can actually focus on getting work done with monomaniacal focus.
We are able to clear our minds better:We all need time to recharge. This happens best during periods of loneliness where we can sit back & objectively think about our problems, projects without the burden of outside opinions. History is ripe with tales of great ideas & inventions springing to life in serenity of solitude.
So next time, we should all welcome the prospect of spending ''that weekend'' or ''that trip'' alone all by ourselves!! Cheers!

Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. Home remedy:- wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. Apply Bio valley's skin lightening cream Apply rose water to your face at night. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your back and neck. Apply Multani mitti pack on the affected areas.

I am suffering from depression and I can't bear please help me please I cannot wait any movement please help me please.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd

I am suffering from depression and I can't bear please help me please I cannot wait any movement please help me please.
If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hi, great n be happy that your all test are normal, there is vast grey area bet'n great, normal n borderline n structural deformity, in this gery area you can reverse the things you may land if your pathology progressed. In ayurveda such condition is termed as bahu-dosh. I. E. You might accumulated toxic n non-toxic physical n emotional garbage. You just have to drain n lead stress free life. With ahar shudhi, achar rasaya, n rasayan dravyas. So take it head on. I really appreciate the modern medicine but current physician are trained to detect diseases n treat them. But at the same time now challenge of this grey area is increasing, as people are choosing to visit physicians well in time before pathology takes wrong turn. This grey area its being well managed by authentic ayurveda where you really count on so choose ayurveda Dr. Near by your residence.

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight. If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts, only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating, only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Cervical and shoulder pain is most commonly due to muscle strain from improper posture and ergonomics. Another reason being cervical disc bulge. Your pain character and symptoms are not described in details which are essential to reach a diagnosis. Rather than consulting a chiropractor, consult a pain specialist in your city as pain specialist will identify your pain generator and treat accordingly. In cases of myofascial pains intramuscular stimulation is done by pain specialist for relief. In cases where diagnosis is not confirmed on clinical grounds alone, MRI scan of cervical spine may be needed.
