I feel pain while defecation, I think I have problem of anal fissure. So please suggest me some home remedies for the same.

Sit in leuk warm water filled in tub 10-10 min morning & evening. Apply vaseline or ghee after passing stool. Avoid spicy foods totally. Drink more water & take plenty of fibers containing thinks for soft stool.

I am Ashok Jindle from Bathinda Punjab. In my urine 3 proteins are shown and it was informed that due to this my urine passes out slowly. This problem is for the last 4-5 months. Earlier my sugar level was 130 but now it is 103. I have high BP problem but it is in the range of 90-140 with daily dose of one tab. Of Amtas M 50. Please suggest me the possible remedy for 3 proteins in the using.

Slow passing of urine is not due to proteins in urine. It may be a sign of prostate. You will need a usg (sonography) with residual urine to rule out prostate. Urine proteins suggest either infection or slight kidney damage due to diabetes or blood pressure. Please do 2 tests s. Creatinine and microalbumin to rule out these pathologies.

Yes stent related symptoms - resembles the same as you are describing - you can take some antispasmodics - your pain becomes better once stent removal has been done.

Hi lybrate-user kindly exercise and reduce weight apply sucral ano cream thrice daily drink plenty of water and eat fibre rich diet and .vegetables avoid meat and chicken try to meditate donot strain at stools use stool softners like duphalac twice daily most importantly take sitz bath thrice daily discontinue taking pain killers and the jelly you are using as it will not help please visit a surgeon. Increase daily water intake to 3 litres. Avoid having constipation. Can take cranberry juice about 3oml daily maintain good hygiene, wear cotton undergarments. Have a wash with water before and after a sexual intercourse.

Do following 1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely. 2.Wipe from front to back after toilet 3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine 4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products 5.Try to take shower rather than bat 7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans
