Hello, I got married 6 months back. My wife experiences pain whenever I try to finger her vagina. I am always gentle on her and I also tried lubricants but has no effect. Also, is it safe to perform oral sex on my wife? My wife sometimes has a vaginal odor and it sometimes turns me off. Please advise!

Hello feeling of pain may be due to apprehension and is subjective. For vaginal odor, you can take opinion of a doctor. Oral sex is safe but can not be replaced by normal vaginal sex.

Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc, white of egg (if you eat egg). Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback.

I have to go bathroom more than 10 times in a day normally I see that a person who go bathroom 6 or 8 times in a day so help me why I have to go bathroom more than 10 times in day. Please do not take excess water - drink water according to your thirst only. Do urine test for r/e & culture. Also usg of lower abdomen to find out if you are having enlarge prostate. Also if you are doing masturbation - reduce it to once a week only now. Based on the reports treatment would be suggested.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

I feel a pain at the top of the stomach after every lunch especially if I am so hungry. I can feel the pain to the left side too, bloating and I can hear noises from abdomen after few hours. Sometimes I get heartburn as well. I am having this since two years but I have noticed the pain is coming.

This is the case of hyper acidity. It may be due to food habit irregular and unhealthy fermented item or taking fast foods, if drinking water with meals also cause hyperacidity. Other things is working habit, like long sitting posture, stress induced etc. In ayurveda it is described as amlapitta and it is cure through medicine. You can takes 1. Avipattikar churna 3 gms before every meal (it is sugar based powder if you are suffering from diabetes, please do not take this medicine.

Yaa if the teeth root are there in the bone then go for the rct. If totally lost from the root then go for the implant or the bridge. No need to undergo any medicine but if pain is there then take following medicine tab-enzoflam 2 times in a day.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

My diet is not proper as well as I always use to feel weak. So I need help to recover the calories.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

I do not have any details about your age, weight and height. So I am giving you a brief on how to increase your weight and height. Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition, your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk. Products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking. Always combine a protein and a carbohydrate source for each meal. You will also have to do good weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

Tips to get healthy hair . Coconut hair oil only makes the hair free from frizzy. But it not helps in growing the hair. This hair oil is just as the conditioner for the hair. Almond oil is really beneficial to the hair. Apply the oils at night time makes your hair smooth and shiny to the next morning. Other oils like castor oil and mustard oil are also enhancing the hair and keep your hair scalp smooth. Tea oil is the best applicant for the hair. It makes the hair glow and shiny. Mixture of lemon , curd, tea extracts are widely used for the hair masks and conditioners. Apple cider vinegar helps for the bouncy hair. Apply the vinegar mix with hot water on the hair makes your hair bouncy. Bottle gourd juices is good for the hair .Apply the bottle gourd juice on the hair and wash after 3o minutes gives the best results. Olive oil is best for the split ends. Apply the olive oil at the split ends of the hair. Amla powder, castor oil and egg mix all of them and make as smooth paste. Apply if before going to hair bath. Avoid the hot water baths. Main Reason of hair loss - 1: Stress: Fast-paced and hectic lifestyles can sap a lot of energy out of us and increase our stress levels. Numerous studies hold stress responsible for many health problems ranging from smaller ones like a headache to life-threatening ailments like a heart attack. True, a good percentage of people who shed a bit of extra hair are susceptible to a lot of stress, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that stress is the only factor responsible for baldness. 2: Family history: As far as family history is concerned, there’s pretty much nothing you can do. You can only reduce your chances of losing a lot of hair by following a proper diet and lifestyle, and avoiding things that could contribute to accelerating hair loss. 3: Hair styling tools: Blow drying your hair after a shower may seem to be an easy and no-fuss method, but numerous studies suggest that blow drying your hair on a daily basis could contribute to a lot of hair fall. Other styling treatments like straightening and curling if done frequently, contribute to a few extra strands on your hairbrush. 4: Hormonal changes: Fluctuations in the levels of hormones, especially those during pregnancy and childbirth may also contribute to extensive hair loss. Thyroid imbalances, menopause and other hormone related conditions can also be held responsible for hair fall. 5: Frequent use of chemical products: Shampoos, conditioners and even hair oils today are loaded with chemicals that mess up with your hair in more ways than one. Most cosmetic products that we buy today contain harmful chemicals that contribute to weakening of the hair shaft, making your more prone to split ends, hair loss and other hair related issues. 6: Junk food: Junk food is criticized and held responsible for almost all health conditions, and it’s mostly because junk food hardly gives your body any nutrients. Living on junk food could lead to nutritional deficiencies, which may contribute to baldness. People having eating disorders are also more likely to suffer from extensive hair loss. 7: Harsh weather conditions: The air conditioner in your office and home may seem comfortable and cozy, but it may not be the same for your hair. Being fragile and susceptible to damage, hair responds most severely to any atmospheric changes. In such cases, a good way to prevent hair fall is to condition your hair as often as possible. 8: Gender: Though hair loss and baldness is observed in both the sexes, women tend to lose hair uniformly – all around the scalp, whereas men tend to lose hair in a distinctive pattern (the receding hairline). Auto-immune conditions, which most commonly occur in men, are also thought to be responsible for baldness. 9: Sleep deprivation: Sleep deprivation shows under your eyes as well as on your head. Insomnia, narcolepsy and other sleep disorders can influence the health of your hair, and over time, it may also cause baldness. 10: Medications and treatments: A severe life-changing incident like an accident builds up a lot of mental pain and trauma. To add to this, the treatments and medications that follow it only worsen the health of your hair. Overuse of certain drugs and heavy dosages (like that in chemotherapy) are linked to excessive hair loss and baldness.
