go for a complete detox of ur body with the help of ayurveda's Panchakarma therapy. It includes Abhyangam (Massage with medicated oils) n medicated steam bath. this wud rejuvenate ur body - improving ur work efficiency and bettering ur sleep. It will also strengthen ur nerves and muscles. These procedures will take out the harmful toxins out of ur body - cleansing ur body. Also take Shirodhara which would completely take the stress out of ur body and u will feel light, fresh and full of energy. strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if u r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. try to keep ur bowel clear.

My age 41 year old my leg is paining every night and I do some work so I am very tired so pls answer me.

My age 41 year old my leg is paining every night and I do some work so I am very tired so pls answer me.
When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. 1. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. 2. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. 3. Do this a few times a day. Note: do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite. Also take a glass of warm milk daily.

Sometimes I have pain in half portion of my head at that time I have to grab painkiller Some Dr. Says that it is a symptoms of migraine effect stay away from hot weather.what to do

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause.

I am having a lots of pain in my stomach during hard work, and feel tired also. What should I do?
Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hi lybrate-user, thank you for asking the question. I will suggest few diet plan tips which will help you to lose weight, boost your fertility & increase your chance of getting pregnant. 1. Get a handle on portion sizes and total caloric intake: Figure out your Body Mass Index, and aim to get your BMI under 29. When you know your BMR, you know how many calories your body needs to survive and maintain your current weight. Now subtract 200-400 calories from that number and consider it your new goal for daily caloric intake. By eating 200-400 fewer calories than your BMR every day, your body will steadily lose weight. 2. Eat foods with a low-glycemic index like soya milk, apple juice, carrot juice, whole grain, oatmeal, low-fat yogurt and whole milk. Avoid eating waffles, white bread, cornflakes, baked potato. 3. Eat smaller meals, more frequently throughout the day: Eat snacks and mini-meals between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and don’t let yourself become ravenously hungry or cranky. Getting grumpy from hunger is caused by low blood sugar, and that’s bad for your PCOS. 4. Integrate more exercise and physical activity into your daily life: Exercise burns calories and raises your basal metabolic rate, meaning your body will burn more calories even when resting. If you hate exercising, try adjusting your self-talk around exercise. 5. Talk with your doctor about fertility drugs: Two popular fertility drugs, Metformin and Clomid, have shown promise in treating PCOS and helping women achieve pregnancy. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

My wife vagina is very loose please advice tightening cream and medicine. Because of this we are having problem in sex.

MCh - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Hello. Usually after the marriage and the child birth especially normal delivery, such kind of looseness is common. The creams act only on the superficial region and give only mild firmness. The vaginoplasty, either surgical or laser will give the best results. Such kind of procedures can be combined with the labiaplasty or o-shot procedures if required. U can consult me online for more details.

1. Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple 2. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, exposure to loud noise, bright light, strong smell inadequate sleep, continuous use of cell phone since it precipitates migraine attack 4. Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho (red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl. Don’t skip/postpone your meal, avoid hunger since it triggers the attack 5. Go for regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight 6. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis like propranolol/ vasograin after consulting physician 8.
