Dear pls send snaps of affected area for better diagnose and treatment,,B/W Rub a cut clove or clove paste directly onto the affected area several times a day. Hi there are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Exercising regularly and avoiding spicy foods can lessen the frequency of nightfall. Studies have shown that using testosteronebased drugs can increase nocturnal emissions, so try avoiding these if you suffer from nightfall. Here are a few more things that you can try to limit it. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed.

3rd operation means more adhesions in the abdomen , means the tissues which were cut and stitched back have started to get adhere to food pipe nearby and uterus has stitches in layers. during periods there are cramps but due to internal stitches the pain is felt more. regarding your excessive periods , normally it's not due to surgery but due to anemia associated with it. take a good tonic like dexorange syrup , get an ultrasound abdomen.you will get more guidance.

Hello Lybrate user. Thank you for sharing your health concern. Centralized obesity (belly fat) mainly due to absence of physical activity. Other causes may be sleeping during the day, intake of Kapha - increasing foods (heavy, sweet, cooling and unctuous food in excess). Over intake of food. Heredity and Pathology are rare causes. Tips to reduce Fat formation •Avoid excess eating, eating during indigestion or just after taking pervious meal. •Avoid day sleeping; sleep in the night after one hour of your dinner. •Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lethargic lifestyle. •Avoid eating excess sweets. Have lowfat /skim dairy products. Avoid product like chocolates, ice creams, cheese, paneer, sugar etc. •Take non-vegetarian food like chicken, fishes, eggs, meats etc. In moderate quantity. Remove fat from meat & skin from chicken. •Try to minimise excess oil & ghee in cooking, Use a non-stick pan for cooking. Avoid hydrogenated vegetable oils, Instead of frying things try to consume roasted things & change your cooking techniques a little. Grill or bake food instead of frying, cook vegetables without fat by steaming and boiling. •Use low fat spreads and chutney on wheat bread instead of butter and cheese. •Don't consume excess alcoholic drinks or water on empty stomach. •Avoid aerated drinks and excess water after meal. •Intake of fat and carbohydrates should be restricted. Rx Triphala ras 10 ml twice a day diluting with warm water Medohara guggulu 2 twice a day a/f for 3 weeks. For UTI Neeri tab 1 thrice A day a/f for 5 days.

The pioppi plan is based around avoiding added sugar and refined carbs, and instead building your diet around vegetables and fatty foods like oily fish and olive oil. The plan goes beyond your diet too, with recommended movements and stress-busting breathing exercises.

Eat more of these

Vegetables, nuts and olive oil, for starters. The guide recommends five to seven portions of fibrous veg and low-sugar fruit per day, and at least five of these should be the former. The pioppi plan also recommends two to four tablespoons of olive oil (with food – you don’t have to neck it) and a small handful of nuts every day. The pioppi diet is also big on oily fish like salmon and sardines (three portions a week as a minimum), eggs (ten a week; pioppi chickens aren’t slackers), full-fat dairy, coconut oil and dark chocolate (30g a day).

Avoid these

Sugar. Steer clear of all added sugars. You can’t get around this by opting for honey either – it’s banned, along with syrups and fruit juices. Refined carbohydrates, especially those that are flour-based, also make the pioppi diet’s shitlist. That includes pasta, bread and rice – if you're having them at all they should be viewed as an occasional treat eaten in small portions. You should also avoid cooking with industrial seed oils like sunflower, canola and corn.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
