Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Best of luck.

Dear lybrate user you should do regular exercise & take healthy diet & meditation too. Follow some tips eat handful of almonds daily with a glass of milk, take milk milk before going to bed too soaked 6 dry figs in water overnight, eat next morning. You can also eat one banana every day in the morning and follow it up with a glass of warm milk sweetened with a teaspoon of sugar. Take up yoga or breathing exercise to help you de-stress your body. Once you learn to de-stress and relax, you will find it easy to put on weight. Most important eat 3 meals & 2 sncks per day consume low fat food high in calories & nutrients such s starchy vegetables (e. G. Potato, nuts, seeds etc. Avoid consume of products that are made from white flour & sugar. If possible take afternoon sleep for 30 min, don't sleep late at night.

To gain weight, eat food with extremely high caloric value. Try to increase your food intake without consuming too much fat and sugar. Regular meals, especially breakfast are important if you find it difficult to gain weight. Eat late - having snacks at bedtime may help to gain weight. Relax after having meal. Eat frequently- eat five or more meals a day. Do regular exercise. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day.

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Consult for further advice

For gaining weight you need to consume calorie and nutrient dense foods including dried anjir soaked & boiled in milk, raisins, dates/banana/mango/chikoo milkshake, bel sharbat, peanut/til chikkis, whole egg/omlette/egg curry/ scramble, cheese, premix, malted drink. Eat every 2-3 hrs. Walk for 10-15 minutes before meals to increase appetite. Avoid drinking water with or just before meal as it curbs appetite.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Generally, people take wrong path to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods. One can gain weight but results would not be favorable at all. These things may lead to low metabolism, weak digestion system, apart from that high blood pressure, high sugar and other heart related issues may occur. So this is not at all a good way to gain weight common issues due to being under-weight are: ? Bone loss ? Heart problems ? Infertility ? Anaemia and ? Starting eating more chapatis and rice with butter or ghee. Take creamed milk upto 500 ml daily and also eat milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also take dry fruits daily like 4 to 6 almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Eat fresh and high calorie fruits like apple, banana, etc. And vegetables like spinach, etc. You can also take fruit juices. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 or 3 pcs, of chicken or red meat daily. Take salad with your every main meal. Also do exercises daily as it increases your satiety.

Hi some points will help you to gain weight. 1. Soya bean:- Meeting your protein requirements every day can be tough when you are trying to gain weight. Hello. your BMI is around 31 you are in obese 1 category. according to your height your weight should be 43 to 57 kg. you should decrease your weight as overweight is also a causative factor of polycystic ovary. According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice you take jeera 2 to 4 tsp after each meal, it will help in pcod and obesity both

Hello! convince your mother to take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200gm fruit (not juice. Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Do 30 min of exercise a day. Consult a dietician for diet plan.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them.
