I think you should never give up mentally. Your body can be pushed more than what you are currently doing with it. You can join a Yoga class or get a Yoga instructor to your home. Also go to the park daily in the morning and evening and try to walk for 30 mins. Even if you are using walker, does not matter, but keep your limbs active as much as possible. Use 1 liter water bottle as dumbells to strengthen your arms. Eat whole grain or multigrain atta rotis. Eat fruits like apple, papaya. Eat dals, beans, mushrooms, lobia etc. Aim to live healthy for at least 50 years more. Life is precious! Never give up!

If you think that you are underweight, then doctor can find out the proper cause of it. It may be for poor intake of nutrition, stress, lack of exercise or disturbed sleep and also genetical factor. • You should take healthy balanced diet in which proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and fiber are there. Take these nutritional foods regularly at proper time like almond, egg, nuts, dried fruits, banana, milk, whole grains, using low-fat dairy products etc. • Don’t drink water when you are eating. For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

What type of diet you r taking. It depends on your weight and digestion. Daily morning start to take half tsp of turmeric powder with water. Be alert about your digestion and constipation. Take herbal tea and soup daily.

Change your food habit.Take extra food more frequently.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Drink whole cream milk or milk shake.Eat Banana,4-5 pcs/day.Dense vegetables,whole fruits will help you.Take extra refined foods with unrefined foods.Take extra amount of protein to gain weight.Add healthy fat more.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Do exercise like push ups,weight lifting and muscle building exercise to gain weight.These basic things will help you to gain weight.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Hye, thanks for the query. You have to understand that weight loss is about eating sensibly, about earing right. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating, so if you have lost weight on scale by crashing your intake or restricted intake or skimping on a particular food group or over exercising, then be assured that you have not lost fats but muscle mass and water. This, once if you get back to your old routine, is going to show up as a gain, which is infact much more than what you lost.       These methods and fads also cause rapid loss due to loss of muscle mass, leading to a very lowered metabolism, which will cause reduced fat loss and further fat deposition.            Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets, singular food remedies like doodhi juice or green tea will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. If this is the way by which you lost weight, you can't maintain it for sure. So, if your weight loss is by any of the above methods, you are bound to gain all the weight you lost. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits which you can sustain and maintain for life. Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and moderate exercise. 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkand churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu- jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record weight before treatment and after every month.
