Yogurt and fruits are good combination, as antioxidants are retained there. Whereas fruit and milk when mixed together have antioxidants loss.

I have under weight problem I eat 90 gram protein per day 1000 calories a day with good diet but not improve my mass n weight I try every thing but I do not no why I can bulk.

First of all 1000 kcal and 90g protein is not a solution. The amount of calorie protein you require must be calculated according to your height and weight. Secondly, the reason of being underweight is to be seen. Whether it is sudden weight loss, genetic, or secondary to any medical issue etc. And you have to take help of exercises as well to tone your body. Ideally should weigh around 63 kgs. You would approximately require 1800 kcal and 70 g protein.

Hello sir, Could you please suggest me rich source of protein, carbs, healthy fat and fiber food.
Go for animal proteins like meat, fish and eggs, milk. Veg sources would include dals and legumes like chhole, rajmah etc. For carbs, have more of rice and wheat products. Healthy fat includes nuts. And for fibre have more of green leafy vegetables like spinach, lettuce etc.

Following are the suggestions for you- 1. Have small and frequent meals. 2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. 3. Water intake should be at least 10-12 glasses. 4. Include high fibre, complex carbohydrate and protein rich diet. 5. Use 3-4 tsp oil in a day. 5. Exercise daily for 30-45 minutes. 6. Avoid high starch and fried foods. 7. Avoid sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, honey, sugar, etc.

I am a student. I have to sit for 10-12 hrs. At the start of the day I don't feel energetic. I feel sleepy. It was not like that before. Few days past I suffered from cold. The tablets I was taking as prescribed by doctor was Arokast-L. Please suggest me medicine so that I feel energetic again.

For gaining weight and muscle mass, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test. In diet include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Go for weight gain exercise.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. 8.
