I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.

Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain depends upon factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Try these modifications for weight gain- a) avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) avoid late night sessions. C) wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) try to sleep at least eight hours a day.

Hi. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

Sir, Recently I was suffering from left leg vein problem. Swelling occurred in a spot below knee. I treated by a doctor for 20 days. Swelling comes down. But I went Kasturaba Hospital at Manipal, Udupi. There they suspected left vein Thrombosis. What is this thrombosis? What is the effect to my health? What is the remedy to nullify this thrombosis? Is it affects in future days because, I am 52 years old. Please reply Sir.

Hye, thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain or just because you join the gym, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. You have to create a demand and then fulfil it. You will only harm your body if you try to give it something that it does not really need. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight, it will be just fat, it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before you decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Hi Ajay., Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 or a weight. kg. - Medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk. Medicines you will get it on www.eguduchi.com. Tips:- 1.In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2.Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3.Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner .and then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - Continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4..ake a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar .Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.May be brisk walk,or just alittle bit of walking,dancing etc. 6.Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night .this should be taken empty stomach.It will also increase the Hb% .thus acts as two in one. 7. Try to remain calm and happy.this contentment is really required because this is always related to mind .Body and mind are interlinked...So well balanced state of body with mind is called as a healthy condition or the man is called healthy.

Hye. You need to eat smaller more frequent meals. Let eating be a pure activity. Avoid late nights and very late dinners. Avoid strong flavours and odours in food. Avoid excessive tea and coffee. Have a teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds powder before meals. Exercise daily to improve appetite.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore,research conducted by Professors Brian Wansink and Koert van Ittersum at Cornell University suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system...by digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system...take chitrakadi vati after meal...Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day..Take banana milk shake....Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day.. Take sleep after taking meal Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products.. Like butter...ghee.....

I have leg problem. what are solution?

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Some diet advice for you - In veg you can eat the following - Eat whole wheat roti, oats, daliya, brown rice etc. Eat more green vegetables and bitter leafy vegetables like methi. Limit vegetables which has lot of starch like peas, corn, lima beans, and potatoes. Eat Lauki, bitter gourd, carrots, beetroot etc In Non-veg - limit non-veg to once or twice a week. You should take deep fried meat. Fish is a good option, chicken tikka etc In dry Fruits - Almond, walnuts In Pulses - Arhar, moon and chana sprouts In fruits - Apple /guava/orange In Juice - Try to replace your juices with whole fruits.

For knee pain the best treatment course would be to undergo janu vasti at a panchakarma centre near u. After undergoing janu vasti, you shall be completely treated. If need the doc might prescribe you some ayurvedic medicines depending on your body type. Till then you can have drumstick soup daily. Also boil 2 pieces of garlic in 1 cup milk & 1 cup water. When 1 cup remains, strain & drink daily after adding 1 tsf cow ghee. If you want guidance on ayurvedic medicines
