Taking small amount of normal rice will not create any problems for you. You can take a combination of multi-grain atta roti along with some rice. It is never the 'Rice' which creates weight but it is the Biryani or Fried Rice which adds to the weight. So if you don't like Brown Rice, just leave it aside. Try to add more fruits to your diet. Drink more water. Eat slowly and mindfully. Eat less but enjoy your food instead of feeling guilty. Food is meant to be enjoyed and relished. If you are looking for a simple - do able diet which can create permanent impact you can consult privately.

Hye, thanks for the query. Lack of energy is due to poor food intake. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Dear lybrateuser, -Yes you can take proteins but do take them as per the instuctions given on label of the product do not exceed the limit as too much protein puts a load on the kidneys -have your protein supplement before & after your workout but with the normal meals consume foods rich in proteins as they are better absorbed & digested by the body -have milk & milk products like yogurt/curds, paneer(small katori full), cheese with breakfast, non-veg -fish, chicken, eggs 2-3 per day, soyabeans, tofu, soya products, include an item in each meal, also you can have protein containg snacks like yogurt, sprouts, chicken sandwich, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachio, peanuts, all these will provide the extra proteins you need to bulk up -have 2-3 litres of water a day for good digestion.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result. take Alfalfa tonic 2 tsf , twice daily before meals to gain some weight.

Do physical exercise as well as follow a balance diet.Eat lots of foods whenever you get time and eat more often.Use more dense fruits and vegetable s,whole wheat,whole grain,brown rice,bread.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter etc with foods.Eat protein like fish,egg,lean meat,peas,peanut butter,soybean,tofu,mushroom.Take more nuts and seeds.Use good fat in cooking in extra amount.No water before and during meals.and do not skip meals.Take proper sleep.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /8-10 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Hi foods that are dense in nutrients and calories help in weight gain. Whole grains, nuts, butter of nuts, potatoes, bananas, beans rich in proteins. Make sure your meals are high on complex carbohydrates and proteins. Milkshakes with fresh fruits will help weight gain. Consider taking protein shakes. Please do not do all the exercises - you are not professional. The main exercise is push-ups and squats/warm up - just concentrate on this very simple and effective exercises and you will notice change in a month. Push-ups - 20/25/30 (times) - in three stages. Squat - 20/25/30 (times) - in three stages. Bench-press with the weigh you can bear - that to 15/20/25 (times). Get back to me in 4 weeks for sure. Also take milk 2 liters and 2 dozen banana daily/4 eggs/450 gms chicken daily.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly.
