Hi, if you are healthy and do not fall ill frequently, d not worry too much about your weight. Eat balanced diet. Go extra on carbs, and anti oxidants like fruits. Protein powder is good for building muscles but only if taken in conjunction with weight training in the gyms. It is not the best for your kidneys, so it is better to take under guidance.

. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Try to manage at least 4 calorie dense meals in breakfast lunch evening snack and dinner. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. This is possible to manage even at work. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. But just exercise won't help. If you do not take meals properly you will just land up breaking muscle mass and lose even more weight. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will be of no use if your diet is not fixed. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal before you even go for a supplement.

Water is usually slightly acidic in nature and it reacts with copper to form copper sulfate. In mild form, it treats constipation provides minerals to body and to some extent purifies water. Permanent use of copper vessels can cause stress on liver for detoxification of excess copper consumed. For intermittent use, it is ok.

Proteins are the building blocks of life and every living cell uses them for both structural and functional purposes.They are long chains of amino acids linked together like beads on a string, then folded into complex shapes.There are 9 essential amino acids that we must get from the diet and 12 that are non-essential, which the body can produce out of other organic molecules.The quality of a protein source depends on its amino acid profile. The best sources of protein in the diet contain all the essential amino acids in ratios that are appropriate for humans.In this regard, animal proteins are better than plant proteins, which makes perfect sense given that the muscle tissues of animals are very similar to our own tissues.We recommend Daily intake of 56 grams per day for men and 46 grams per day for women, varying between individuals based on age, body weight, activity levels and some other factors.Protein powder should definitely be from an organic (and grass-fed if dairy based) source. Eating out of home, increased intake of junk foods, stress, not enough intake of nutrition as per body's needs and lack of physical activity is a mojor reason for weight gain. Being a student you have to take care to see that you eat right foods as per the nrrds of the body. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise or indulge in some sports at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.

Investigations adv: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 2 yrs. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. Aa-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. Firstly you try to improve your appetite, by routine exercise. Eat food that contains more protein like milk, milk products, fish, eggs, cereals etc. Avoid fatty and oily food. Avoid night watching. Sleep on time.

If one loses his semen by negative thought, anxiety or worrying, what will happen to his body. Because, I'm staying idle at home for 3 months, when some unimportant thoughts are nagging at my mind if I would get any disease , a clear and viscous fluid is leaking from my penis and in this consequence, my body weight is reducing and I'm feeling very weak with convulsion . Dear semen production started in your teenage like all other boys. Semen will go out of your body either in urine or in masturbation or in dreams, if you don't have a sexual partner. Nothing will happen to your body because of loss of semen. It will be produced again. And it will go on for life. You will not lose weight, nor you will become weak, not that is dangerous, if semen is lost. All these things may be happening to you because of depressive disorder. You are already taking sertraline tablets for it. Please go again to the psychiatrist and request him to put you on weight gaining antidepressant. You need talk therapy including sex education from a clinical psychologist. It may take many session. But it is worth since you will use your capacities to full extent, not idling at home.
