Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Soak a handful of almonds in half a cup of water. Cover them and allow them to soak for 8 hours. Drain the water, peel off the skin and eat always good for health.

knee pain in teenage girls can be due to softening of the patellar lining. but if she has night pain then its wise to get it checked by an ortho surgeon to rule out other serious conditions like tumors which can occur in teens.

1. Skin moisturizing
Bananas have vitamin a, which is helpful in restoring the lost moisture of your skin. All you need to do is: mash a ripe banana and apply the paste on your skin. Adding honey to the paste would give you an even better skin. Just avoid getting this paste in your eyes.

2. Eye care
Yes, we mentioned that you should not let the paste in your eyes, but applying banana paste under your eyes for 20 minutes and washing it off with cold water would help you get rid of puffy eyes that we all hate. Don't we?

3. Feet care
Your heel is one tricky place to heal. Though we all use different creams to heal our heels but did you know that rubbing bananas over your heels and leaving it there for 10-15 minutes would help restore your heels to their former glory?

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. If severe loss of blood then the level of iron in body will be reduced. Test you require ultrasonogram of lower abdomen. Medicine: german / reckeweg sabina 200 daily 3 doses (4-5 drops in mouth. Sbl calcarea phos b12 x / 6 tabs 3 times a day will help you every way. Report me after doing ultrasonogram. Or after 5 days of taking medicine food: bannas 4 pcs dailym 2 boiled eggs. Mixed fruit juice 2 times.

Body pain could be due to a) stress/depression, severe physical/mental exertion, b) anaemia, flu, low vitamin d/b12/calcium, c) diabete/hypothyroidism, peripheral neuropathy d, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome 1. Test your blood for hemoglobin, vitamin d3, b12, calcium 2. Consult physician with report for advice and treatment.

My daughter is 19 years old. She is very diet conscious and eats only thetypical healthy food which comprises of Fruits (apple, banana) , small helping of rice with vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, beans etc. She avoids any sugar based items and only has these maybe once in a week and that too in small quantities. Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Almonds are rich in polyunsaturated fats, which add healthy calories to your diet. Add three almonds, two dates and one dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Allow it to cool and then strain the milk. Drink the warm milk and eat the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Do this daily for one or two months.

I'm 29 year old and I'm suffering from knee problem. Its very difficult for me to run and climb stair case. I feel pain in my joints and there is a sensation of friction between the bones. There is no smoothness in my joints. I feel my cartilage is damaged. Tried drinking milk and had bone soup too but still facing the problem from a long time. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Thx for the query. It's not clear you want to know abt gall bladder stone or stone of urinary tract. For gall bladder stone, you need surgery. Gall bladder removal. For urinary tract stones. The treatment depends on the size of the stone and the location. It might need surgery if stone is big in size. If small, only medications and plenty of liquids orally may be required. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.
