Using knee cap is not a problem you can use it for long not an issue but remove it while rest. Strengthening & isometric exes play an important role in knee pain. Support help you to avoid stress & jerks on the joint while walking no harm.

I deliver a baby girl on 27th Jan 2017. I have been experiencing joint pain and fatigue. My pelvic area also hurts. Once I am in a lying position it gets difficult to get up. Hello Rachel. Thank you for contacting. A detailed examination is required. It is a common problem after pregnancy. Mild exercise will help in reducing pain in joints. A proper technique should be followed for lying to sitting. Posture maintenance is very benificial. Physiotherapy is very effective for joints and pelvic floor strengthning. I hope this will help you.

When muscles are torn, they have to be repaired by surgery. These muscles are called rotator cuff muscles. Supraspinatus, infraspinatus and subscapularis are main along with teres minor. Muscles are like rubber in tension. If they get torn, torn ends move away from each other and natural healing is not possible. More you delay the surgery, more difficult it becomes to repair the torn part. This surgery can be done best by well trained shoulder specialist orthopedic surgeon only. Please don't go to general physician or even orthopaedic surgeon without speciality in shoulder surgery.

Role of Homeopathy in Relieving Leg Cramps

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), MD - Homeopathy

Role of Homeopathy in Relieving Leg Cramps

Leg cramps is a very common condition which is characterized by tight and painful leg muscles. The calf muscles are the most commonly affected; it can spread further down to your thighs and feet. Once the cramping gets better, you might experience a tender leg coupled with a numbing feeling for a few minutes.

The causes of leg cramps are varied. If it is caused due to an underlying condition, it is known as secondary leg cramps. The causes of secondary leg cramps include vigorous exercises, pregnancy and usage of certain medications. The cramps cause the muscles of the leg to shorten and contract, thus making you lose control of the affected muscle.

How can homeopathy help?

Homeopathy is a system of medicine which is very holistic in nature. The goal of homeopathy is to focus on the causes of a disorder rather than just curing the symptoms. Homeopathic remedies do not yield any side effect unlike the conventional treatments. Apart from treating the symptoms, homeopathic remedies also help improve your overall wellbeing.

There are many homeopathic remedies that can be used to treat leg cramps. The remedies are focused on treating any underlying condition that may be causing these leg cramps, apart from relieving the symptoms. The first step of the treatment is to diagnose the condition, which is done by a trained practitioner. You will be asked questions pertaining to the cramps and your diet. Once the diagnosis is complete, the medications are prescribed based on the diagnosis.

There may be certain dietary restrictions that you may have to follow for the medicines to work at their optimum best. This system of medicine might also require you to not carry out any form of heavy work that involves the legs as rest is required to boost the process of recovery.

The various Homeopathic offerings are:

  1. Causticum

  2. Calcarea carbonica

  3. Arsenicum album

  4. Colocynthis

  5. Pulsatilla Nigricans

  6. Arnica montana

If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopath.

I am suffering from bone pain long ago I take rest pain gone but when play its back.
It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Shoulder pain & armIt is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.
