Few days after intercourse , I am facing problem with white discharge . White discharge is coming very thick . Do am pregnant or is it a kind of infection ? Please help me with this.

BHMS, DEMS
Homeopath, Pune
Hello .If you’re seeing white or creamy discharge, don’t panic. In most cases, this type of discharge is perfectly normal – especially if it’s odorless. Let’s take a closer look at the three most common types of white discharge to help you determine if your case is normal, or if it’s time to consult me .1. White milky discharge . 2. Thick white discharge . 3 excessive discharge (brown color) 1.White Milky Discharge Creamy white discharge is perfectly normal, and can be an indication of a few things. Many women experience this type of discharge during ovulation. If the discharge is stretchy and thick, it’s likely just a sign that you’re ovulating. In some cases, however, creamy discharge can be an early sign of pregnancy. For some women, this is the first sign they notice, and it’s referred to as leucorrhea. This type of discharge is either completely odorless or carries a very mild odor. 2.Yeast infections typically produce a white discharge that’s thick like cottage cheese. You may also experience itching and burning. 3.Most women experience thick, creamy white discharge in the early stages of their pregnancy. Do UPT TEST .IF UPT TEST IS NEGATIVE CONSULT ME . Homeopathic treatment will give best result .

I have an irregular period and intercourse was done nearly very close to the date of periods. The 2 nd and the 3 rd semen was consumed. What are the symptoms of pregnancy. Is the chances to get pregnant very less? And when does fertilisation occur and when is it okay to find the accurate pregnancy result. What's the percentage of getting pregnant as the semen consumed wasn't removed after intercourse.

If the semen was deposited inside the vagina pregnancy can occur. Ovulation occurs 14 days before the next expected menses. As you had irregular cycles no one can predict when is your ovulation day. So if you do not get menses 21 days after sex then you should do urine test. Also please take ipill asap.

Have plenty of fluids- water and fruit juice. You can dissolve electoral powder in 1 litre water and take it at frequent intervals . Usually diarrhea is self limiting and no medicines are needed. Important is to keep yourself well hydrated. Yoghurt/ curd is good as it contains lactobacilli that do good to the gut.

Irregular menses problems may be due to hormonal imbalance. Get ultrasound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile done to ruleout the main cause of this happening.

I got married before a year. This month my mensuratal has not come. Went for a pregnancy test it shows negative.
Pregnancy test comes positive only after 7 days of missed period and you need to wait for 5 min after putting urine into the card. And always purchase good company card. Single negative test does not rule out pregnancy. You need to keep repeating the test every week till you get the menses.

U seem to be suffering from urinary infection as well as vaginal and vulval infection. Pimples like cysts can be due to sexually transmitted infection too. U need to be examined by a gynaecologist and started on antibiotics and other medications. Get a urine culture test done. For constipation increase your fibre and fluid intake. For details for medications you can contact me if you like.

sometimes even a smallest retained products of conception doesn't allow the uterus to regain complete health ,which is why the bleeding happens, go for an ultrasound and confirm on this and I'm sure we will be able to advise you further on this in a private consultation.

Benefits of Beet Juice

Benefits of beet juice

Reverses chronic diseases

The raw oxalic acid in beet juice is known to be a good solvent of inorganic (= bad) calcium deposits in the body. The World no 1 raw food teacher David Wolfe suspects that inorganic calcium deposits are the main cause of most chronic diseases. This may explain why beet juice relieves many cases of disease related to calcification in the body, like:

Arthritis
Heart disease
Cancer
Kidney stones
Eye problems
Varicose veins
Arteriosclerosis
Like with other bad (or inorganic) calcium dissolves (MSM, fulvic acid, and zeolites), drinking lots of beet juice may result in strong detox symptoms. When calcium dissolves, heavy metals, toxic chemicals, and viruses are released from their hiding places.

Therefore, it is important to start with small amounts of juice (about 1 ounce). At the same time, boost your immune system by eating a raw food diet (rich in enzymes, superfoods, medicinal herbs), eat products that escort (chelate) the toxins safely out of your body (like clay and zeolites) so they won't be reabsorbed and kill viruses and nanobacteria that may be released (like garlic, cats claw, e3 live, reishi mushroom, etc)

Beet-nutrition
The relatively large amount of magnesium causes the organic (= good) calcium in the leafs to be absorbed well.

Reliefs skin problems

Drinking beet juice regularly may be beneficial in the prevention and cure of inflammations including skin inflammation like acne. The juice also helps eliminate blemishes and promotes healthy skin and hair growth.

Prevents cancer

One of the huge benefits of beet juice is that research shows the beet to be cancer-preventive. The betacyanin that beet juice contains helps prevent the formation of cancerous tumors and also detoxifies the body of all harmful toxins.

Together with dissolving the bad calcium these beet juice benefits may be extremely effective in the prevention and possibly reversal of many types of cancer.

There has been researching and success with leukemia, colon, lung and skin, liver, and spleen, breast, prostate and testicular cancer. This seems to be the case, even at a very low dose.

Prevents birth defects

100 grams of beetroot provides 27% of the RDA for folic acid known to prevent various birth defects in babies.

Eye health

Raw beet greens contain two carotenoids: lutein and zeaxanthin. Science reports them to be extremely beneficial for the eye - especially the retina. One of the benefits of beet juice (raw) is that you can absorb the carotenoids easily while maintaining the value - these carotenoids are easily destroyed when cooked.

Anemia

The combination of iron (14% RDA) (a strong oxidant - allows oxygen in the blood) in combination with the antioxidants (127% RDA) (prevent from damage from oxidants) in beet, make iron in beets a valuable source of iron. Therefore, beet juice benefits anemia reversal. (to treat anemia, it is important to also have enough vitamin b12 which is found mostly in animal food and some sea algae e. G. (e3 live and marine phytoplankton))

Liver health

The betaine is one of the huge benefits of beet juice. It stimulates the function of liver cells and protects the liver and bile ducts. Beet fiber increased production of detoxifying enzymes in the liver (sod, catalase, glutathione).

More benefits of beet juice

Further beet juice is reported to be excellent in healing gout, kidney, and gall bladder. It lowers homocysteine, improves production of stomach acid, reduce serum cholesterol and normalize blood pressure.

I am 28 years old and married for 1.5 years. This year beginning, I had a chemical pregnancy. Then we waited for a couple of months and then became pregnant again by May. But the scan showed that there's no growth for the baby and aborted using tablet in July. Now we are planning to get pregnant next year beginning. We did some blood tests and scans. But the results were all fine. I do not have pcod and my periods is almost regular. Now my doctor gave me siphene 100 mg to take on the 4th day of my periods and continue taking it for 5 days. Is there any problem in taking this tablet for 5 months continuously? What could be the possible reason for my repeated miscarriages? Please help.

Hi Divya, their are multiple reasons for abortion like genetic defect, blood coagulation defect, abnormalities of the uterus or some infection. You need to go through screening for all this before planning for baby. I wont advice you to have siphene for 5cycles how many cycles will depend upon your response and follicular study.

Deficiency of Iron in Children

PALS, MD, MBBS
Pediatrician, Delhi
Deficiency of Iron in Children

For the growth and development of children, they need an essential nutrient Iron. It helps in the transfer of oxygen from lungs to the body's tissues. Red blood cells contain iron in the hemoglobin. The hemoglobin carries oxygen in the blood to the different parts of the body. Iron has an important role to play in the development of brain and generating energy in a child's body. The lack of sufficient iron in the child's body can lead to anemia, which is a nutritional deficient illness and will require medical attention. When a child suffers from anemia, the lack of oxygen makes a child weak and sick.

There are certain symptoms of Iron deficiency in a child's body. These are:

  1. Infections and weak immune system can make a child suffer from frequent infections.
  2. Lethargy and fatigue is another common symptom of an iron deficient body. Due to deficiency of Iron it is difficult for the body to transport oxygen to cells in the body and hence it unable to generate enough energy levels.
  3. Breathlessness and increased sweating can be a sign that your child may be suffering from iron deficiency.
  4. Pica Children suffering from iron deficiency may find a special taste for non-food substances like chalk, dirt and clay.
  5. Lack of iron in the body hampers the physical growth of a child.

The deficiency of iron in children can be diagnosed through blood tests. Your doctor may recommend supplementing iron content orally or through multivitamin medicines. But the deficiency of Iron in a child's body should be taken care of with absolute urgency.

Proper steps should be taken to prevent the deficiency of Iron in children. Those notable precautions are mentioned below:

  1. Balanced diet: A well balanced diet is always recommended. For older children (within 9-12 years of age), red meat, chicken and fish would suffice as good sources of iron.
  2. Oral iron supplements: Oral iron supplements would be required for children with low weight at birth and who have a deficiency of iron in their daily diet.
  3. Vitamin C: Foods such as strawberries, tomatoes and potatoes help in providing the sufficient iron content when included in daily diets, thus reducing the chances of anemia.

Doc asked me to take duphaston 10mg from 24th day of the cycle and have contact from 14-24 by I miss understood and took duphaston from 14-24 for four cycles. I went o doc again she asked to stop all medicines as you took it in wrong dates it would have confused hormones. Doc said you try for one year reduce weight (i am 150 cm 54 kgs) diet and come after a year. She told take folic and glycomet tried for four monthly cycles were irregular 36 day 39 days like thatThen my husband went to onsite from sep 2015 - dec 2015i did not take any medicine then.
