Dear Lybrate User, *Drinking a cup of hot water with 1 tsp of honey and 10 drops of apple cider vinegar is a wonderful way to start the day. There is abundant information on how many negative effects these substances induce in the body. They can alter the digestive fire and create cravings for unhealthy foods. *Reducing dairy and meats from the diet. These foods are heavy, gross and can lead to slow, sluggish digestion which will increase the same qualities in the body. Therefore one will have excess heaviness, lethargy and poor metabolism with overconsumption of these foods. *Consume the largest meal at lunch – when digestion is strongest and keep dinner a simple and light meal. *Incorporate ginger pickles and teas in the diet. Ginger is an effective herb for stimulating digestion and removing toxins from the body. Sure, firstly you have to make sure you are avoiding junk, oily and processed food. Secondly for weight reduction start alternative fruit fasting. Means you have to eat seasonal fruit everyday, juices and water an no other thing and the other alternative day eat normal food. Try not to eat anything after sunset. If its not possible than dinner should not be later than 8: 00 pm. Start doing surya namsaskar daily and make it your daily habit of doing it, in morning empty stomach. For diabetes start eating fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in mornin. Put 1 teaspoon fenugreek seed in water in night and eat it in morning after surya namaskar. Eat for 90 days for permanent cure. Avoid sugar, eat khaand, mishri and gurh in place of it. Walk for 1 hour daily.

Please do some exercise or yoga and physical activity of your choice daily at least for 50 mnts to make yourself stressfree and your digestive system will improve slowly. Avoid high calorie food as well take lots of fibre in your diet.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

If you continue this scheduled so you can reduce your 10 to 15 kg of weight within 6 months you should not have to try reduce the weight instantly as it is harmful for your organs like liver, and spleen also. You must have to take leafy vegetables and fruit juice every day so your body can get necessary vitamins and minerals you should have to maintain your perfect nutritional diet ok.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

I do workout since a long time and prevent oily and junk foods as much as possible to reduce all my belly fat and to get abs, but its not working. I also take proper diet of high Protien and fat as low as possible but the fat is not vanishing on my lower belly and side belly fat. Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form. If interested for full regimen, inform us.
