General diet tips right nutritional behavior and dietary choices are needed to achieve dietary goals. The following 15 dietary guidelines provide a broad framework for appropriate action: 1. Eat variety of foods to ensure a balanced diet. 2. Ensure provision of extra food and healthcare to pregnant and lactating women. 3. Promote exclusive breastfeeding for six months and encourage breastfeeding till two years or as long as one can. 4. Feed home based semi solid foods to the infant after six months. 5. Ensure adequate and appropriate diets for children and adolescents, both in health and sickness. 6. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. 7. Ensure moderate use of edible oils and animal foods and very less use of ghee/ butter/ vanaspati. 8. Avoid overeating to prevent overweight and obesity. 9. Exercise regularly and be physically active to maintain ideal body weight. 10. Restrict salt intake to minimum. 11. Ensure the use of safe and clean foods. 12. Adopt right pre-cooking processes and appropriate cooking methods. 13. Drink plenty of water and take beverages in moderation. 14. Minimize the use of processed foods rich in salt, sugar and fats. 15. Include micronutrient-rich foods in the diets of elderly people to enable them to be fit and active.

Hi Md Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce belly fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear user There are no medicines available which can reduce the size of breasts, at least with any proven result. Breast reduction is the surgical procedure done for breast hypertrophy . It is mainly recommended for heavy breasts or symptoms due to hypertrophy mainly back and shoulder pain, excessive heaviness and difficulty in playing sports. However , it is not a scarless procedure , but the relief obtained is tremendous and the results are excellent. Consult a plastic surgeon for this problem. Reduce rice products at night or else switch on wheat/otes products. Reduce fruit juice esp sweet fruits, ice creams, chocolates, junk & fried foods. Avoid day sleep. Start a day with 400ml of warm water. If you r non veg resrict twice in a week. Try for 2month. If not responding then consult dietician for review.

As per your height your weight should be 64 Kg. For weight loss, you may try the following tips: 1. Have small frequent meals (6-8) instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly without TV/ computer & chew your food well 3. Drink 3 litres water daily 4. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ canned/ fired/ sugary foods, soft & hard drinks, energy drinks, glucose 5. Replace refined carbs like potato, sugar, maida, biscuit, white rice, white bread, noodles, sewai with complex carbs like whole fruits (with peel), vegetables, whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, oats, barley, bajra, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (soybean, rajma, chana, mung gota, moth, sprouts, safed matar) 6. Have enough fibre & protein in all your meals 7. It's very simple. Drink green tea at least 3-4 times in a day. But do not drink along with meals as it inhibits the absorption of other nutrients. Boil water and add green tea bag or leaf and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, add fresh lime juice and consume.

Stretch mark can be removed by laser therapy. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

Hi, First, be regular in exercising! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly.
