Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink lots of water through out the day to keep yourself hydrated. Keep check on your food intake. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

Regular exercise like yoga,swimming,skipping,plank,push ups,sit ups.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice these leads to fat.Eat more whole fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take more protein foods for weight loss.Take healthy fat but in small amount.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Eat small amount of food.Take dates,yogurt.Drink water before meals.Use lukewarm water 5 mins after meals.Proper rest.

Things to Follow 1. Take Honey ? 20 ml daily in the morning with normal water. 2. Take Medicated water (nearly 2500 ml ) daily in lukewarm state. You can make medicated water with Ginger or with Ardhbivvam Kashyam choornam. 3. Take Spouts with black salt/ black pepper in during day time. 4. Take Papaya with black salt/ black pepper in during day time. Citrus fruits are again fruits of choice. 5. Take dry fruits occasionally 6. Take green leafy vegetables 7. Take more of salads again with black salt/ black pepper in during day time 8. Add ginger, black pepper to your tea rest you need to consult a ayurvedic doctor

take medicines to reduced thyroid.Standard treatment for hypothyroidism involves daily use of the synthetic thyroid hormone levothyroxine (Levothroid, Synthroid, others). This oral medication restores adequate hormone levels, reversing the signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism. One to two weeks after starting treatment, you'll notice that you're feeling less fatigued. The medication also gradually lowers cholesterol levels elevated by the disease and may reverse any weight gain. Treatment with levothyroxine is usually lifelong, but because the dosage you need may change, your doctor is likely to check your TSH level every year. Determining proper dosage may take time To determine the right dosage of levothyroxine initially, your doctor generally checks your level of TSH after two to three months. Excessive amounts of the hormone can cause side effects, such as: Increased appetite Insomnia Heart palpitations Shakiness If you have coronary artery disease or severe hypothyroidism, your doctor may start treatment with a smaller amount of medication and gradually increase the dosage. Progressive hormone replacement allows your heart to adjust to the increase in metabolism. Levothyroxine causes virtually no side effects when used in the appropriate dose and is relatively inexpensive. If you change brands, let your doctor know to ensure you're still receiving the right dosage. Also, don't skip doses or stop taking the drug because you're feeling better. If you do, the symptoms of hypothyroidism will gradually return. Proper absorption of levothyroxine Certain medications, supplements and even some foods may affect your ability to absorb levothyroxine. Talk to your doctor if you eat large amounts of soy products or a high-fiber diet or you take other medications, such as: Iron supplements Cholestyramine Aluminum hydroxide, which is found in some antacids Calcium supplements If you have subclinical hypothyroidism, discuss treatment with your doctor. For a relatively mild increase in TSH, you probably won't benefit from thyroid hormone therapy, and treatment could even be harmful. On the other hand, for a higher TSH level, thyroid hormones may improve your cholesterol level, the pumping ability of your heart and your energy level.

1. Dinner whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple. 2. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 3. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning.

Hi lybrate-user, the weight gain is quite due to your sedentary lifestyle. Try to burn maximum calories throughout the day by indulging in any kind of physical activity you like e. G. Brisk walking, cycling, dancing etc. For at least 30 minutes a day. The most important thing to remember is to be regular and consistent. Experts say'sitting is the new smoking' so please get up from your seat/desk as often as possible e. G. May be to fill up a water bottle, go to your colleague's desk to discuss office issues instead of sending an email, do not use lift/escalators wherever possible, go for 10-15 minutes light walk pre- lunch etc. Eating healthy and small meals every 3-4 hours is equally important to boost the metabolism. Avoid processed foods and stick to healthy homemade meals. You can consult me for a detailed diet plan and exercise regimen. Good luck!

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Hello, High calories foods are recommended daily shakes banana shakes, chiku shakes + honey and mango shakes, Eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. beans, pulses, eggs, fish, and meat and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

As per your height you need to reduce only 2 kgs. Take breakfast everyday. Eat small & frequent meals. Drink lots of water. Post lunch & dinner walk for 15-20 minutes daily keep check on your food intake and keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Hi, you have not mention your weight. Plz, opt the following norms, to achieve some possitve result. # take plenty of water to regulate your bowel to establish, d metabolic action, properly. # go for a walk in d morng for an hr/dly. # cut your meal by 20%. # avoid junk food, ghee. Butter, sweets. # take coconut, apple, carrots, green leafy vegetable, almond, walnuts, regularly. # go for meditation for inhalation of ample volume of oxygen in order to monitor the fats. Cells, deposits. Homoeo-care* @ calcarea carb 30--5 drops, thrice/daily. @ focus vas q--20 drops with 1/4 cup of luke warm water just 1/2 an hr before, each meal. Report after 1 month take care.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
