There can be many reasons for you not losing weight.. Some hormonal issues. Metabolic disorder. Slow BMR. Water retention. You might not be eating right and right portion that is required for you.. You have done so much of crash diets that your metabolism has dropped. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I am a student my body weight is increasing day by day. Give me a suggestion to cut down belly fat.

Hi salauddin - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Since, it is only 2 months after your delivery, I would advise you to start with brisk walking for 45 minutes daily. You should eat healthy, avoid any junk food, drink green tea, eat fruits and vegetables, reduce intake of oil and ghee and stay active in one form or another. For example - you can climb stairs 2-3 times a day.

There is no spot reduction. Wherever there is fat in your body, it will get reduced if you follow a good nutrition program and exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. IMPORTANT NUTRIENTS DURING WRIGHT LOSS: Potassium (Lower Blood Pressure): You can get it from milk, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas, avocados, and legumes. It’s good for your blood pressure. Your muscles and nerves need it, too. Magnesium (Prevent Disease): Good source of magnesium, as are beans, peas, whole grains, and nuts (especially almonds). Put some or all of these foods on your plate, and you could do a lot for your health. Vitamin A (Healthy Eyes): Get this nutrient from orange and yellow plant foods, like sweet potatoes, carrots, and winter squash. It's also in spinach and broccoli. Vitamin A supports good vision, a healthy immune system, and tissue growth. Vitamin D (Strong Heart and Mind): Your bones, muscles, and nerve fibers all need D. The vitamin also helps keep your immune system in its prime. Your body can make vitamin D when you get enough sunshine, best to get it such as salmon, mackerel, and mushrooms exposed to ultraviolet light. There are small amounts in liver, cheese, and egg yolks. Milk, some brands of orange juice, and many cereals are fortified with it, too. Calcium (Strong Bones, Teeth, and muscle): There’s more to this mineral than healthy teeth and bones. It’s also key for your muscles, including your heart. It might even help you avoid getting high blood pressure. Dairy is an excellent source. Other foods that have it include canned salmon, kale, and broccoli. Remember, you need enough vitamin D for your body to absorb calcium. Vitamin C (Boost Immunity): This vitamin, found in many fruits and vegetables, has other benefits, too. It boosts the growth of bone and tissue. As an antioxidant, it might also help protect your cells from damage. Fiber: Get loads of benefits with fiber from whole grains, beans, and produce. A high fiber diet can help lower your cholesterol and keeps you regular. Plus, it might lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. And additional fiber is great if you want to lose a few pounds. It fills you up, so you eat less.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) All the best!

Sometimes going to gym or even doing regular excersies or following a certain generalised diet plan can't help us to remain in our perfect body shape. The main reason behind this could be that, our body's metabolism is not as good as it is supposed to be. In such cases we would like to recommend you to follow the panchkarma & naturopathy ways to loose the unwanted & irritating weight. The therapies focuses on initially increasing the metabolism & than to stabilise it. This helps you to loose the weight not in any miracular way but in a slow & steady way. The weight you are going to loose by these processes will not bounce back. So don't loose hope - loose your weight

I have to burn my body fat from all over the body. How to burn it and be slim and fit?

1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it’s advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight. 2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that. 3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. It is not easy and everyone’s cup of tea to have a control on diet but half the battle is won, if you can deal with this dietary change. Your diet should be low in calories, with less carbohydrates and less fats. 4. Have Mint Leaves: Taking mint leaves in warm water half an hour after taking meals will prove to be beneficial in losing weight as it helps in proper digestion and boosting metabolism. 5. Drink Green Tea: Green tea, an antioxidant by nature can go a long way in helping you reduce weight. So, prefer taking green tea, if not more once or twice a day. 6. Switch To Lukewarm Water: Drinking lukewarm water Every time you are thirsty will reduce fat deposits in your body, so you must go for it. 7. Make Homemade Food: Prefer eating homemade food and avoid fatty and fast food.

Is it good to take herbal tea leaves & sake like products &pills to reduce my weight.

MSc

Green tea is full of antioxidants and helps to reduce weight naturally. Green tea have so much other benefits than fat burning ability. Other than weight loss. One cup of green tea will not help for weight loss. If you want that green tea will help you in weight loss than you have to drink two to three cups of green tea. Also, it is important point that green tea is not an replacement of any meal.
