I am not able to walk for a long as my knee start to pain, along my lower back a lot of pain when I bend myself slightly for a whole. Can not comb my hair for a long as my arm feels tiredness. A small interest in sex. I have done USG of abdomen that shows renal calculi of 6 mm and mild non alcoholic fatty liver. I am taking Notrip 20 mg for lost three most.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal and knee exercises. 3. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 4. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 5. Wear knee cap. 6. Use lumber spine belt. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum. Also take Glucosamine supplement if pain in knee Joint.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Helo mam. First of all I would like to tell you that It s an age factor related thing. So you don't need to sit on the floor. You must go for Physiotherapy that will surely help. A Physiotherapist will tell you all the Do, s and Don't s so better if you can go to Physiotherapy central nearby or get Physiotherapy at home thank you.

For migraine you can take ayurvedic migraine management drugs. Tablet sharah shul vajradi rasa is the best for migraine. You should wear phitocromatic goggles.

Get your vitamin and calcium levels checked. Eating fresh fruits will help. You can take simple analgesics. Physiotherapy will be good for your knees. If the pain persists see an orthopedic surgeon.

Hello, according to your height your weight should be in between 55_60 kg. For weight gain you need to eat often. Add milkshakes or milk in daily routine. Eat plenty of calories at every meal. Drink water. Concentrate on proteins. For proteins you can add eggs, milk, lentils, soyabean and cheese in diet. Have whole foods. Have sound sleep.

You may be having some breathing difficulty. Heavy breathing makes one feel tired and sleepy. It is very common in rainy season. Try to do bit of jogging in the morning, if it is very tiring then take medicine from your local doctor preferably a chest specialist.

Whenever I workout in gym my body becomes huge due to pumpness of workout. But 1 hour after workout my body looks very slim as if I never workout especially my hands. No, you are not doing anything wrong. When a human body lift weight, the muscles temporarily harderns for some time because of sudden pressure on the tissues. It is a natural process and does not happen with you only. Anybody who has not been lifting the weights for long will experience the same effect. Your friends might have already been into gymming for long, that is why now there muscles have already expanded and they do not experience this.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Threptin biscuits will be help ful. Take 10-12 pieces of dates. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, sprouts combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3 days also drink plenty of warm fluids. Avoid cold/fan/ac/cold food and drinks. Stay warm. Take rest. Take a glass of warm milk with rasins.
