A person should eat balanced diet for good health. Don't eat uncovered and roadside food. Always wash your hand before and after taking food. If you are too conscious consult a dietician.

For perfect weight u need to do regular exercise or jogging-walking...have to take high protein..lots of fruits..lots of green veggies...walnuts,,almonds,,dates,,cashew...take soaked chic peas and pea nuts...

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
