Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean sattu with milk and milk products and sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

It is a good thing that your boy is active and otherwise healthy. His weight may or may not be fine for his age. But most important thing is that he should regularly gain weight as per expected. This you can get in your vaccination card where you will find a growth chart. you can plot his weight against her age at regular intervals like say 3 monthly and see whether he is gaining weight normally or not. Normally a kid of his age should gain approximately 2 kg per year.

Please do not do all the exercises - you are not professional.
The main exercise is push-ups and squats/warm up - just concentrate on this very simple and effective exercises and you will notice change in a month.
Push-ups - 20/25/30 (times) - in three stages.
Squat - 20/25/30 (times) - in three stages.
Bench-press with the weigh you can bear - that to 15/20/25 (times).
Get back to me in 4 weeks for sure.
Also take milk 2 liters and 2 dozen banana daily/4 eggs/450 gms chicken daily.

Hye.
Thank you for your query.
Just because you started working out in the gym does not justify taking creatine supplement. Your workout does not justify that kind of requirement.
First start working out right till you reach an intensity level, improve your diet- that's very crucial.
You will only harm your body by giving it something it does not require.
