Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Apply hot fermentation manage your weight, upper body weight also stress knee joints do morning & evening walk get x-ray of knee joints to rule out whether its arthritis do knee isometrics- lie straight, keep a towel roll under your knee, press it downwards hold for 3 sec & relax, 20 repetitions each leg, twice daily sitting on a chair or side of bed lift leg up hold for 3 sec & relax, 10 repetitions each leg, twice daily, ensure that while sitting back should be straight sitting on a chair do ball kicking- take a basketball or football & do 10 kicks each, twice daily avoid long standing or walking for long distances avoid floor sitting, squatting position &crossed leg position should do minimal stair climbing.

You have to eat clean and the right food for losing fat. The whole days plan has to be perfect and in the right proportion. Just by having curd at dinner will not make you fat. You have to manage all the meals well. You also need to exercise to lose body fat.

Hi,all Tell your mother to take homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - after every 2 hrly during menses. And giving you names of general tonic which will maintain her calcium and iron levels better - Five Phos. /thrice daily and Avena Sativa Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water - both medicines to be taken regularly for 1 month. There after revert me back.

To gain weight eat more food more frequently.Eat 5-6 times with extra.Take banana 3-4 pcs/day.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Drink whole cream milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take dense vegetables fruits.Take extra refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat extra protein in diet.Add more healthy oil cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.These basic things will help you.

For pimples -- apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. Also take kali brom 30 - twice daily.

  5. Directly reverse the general roles you both play: The roles each of you is accustomed to play in bed could be directly reversed to humor and excite both the partners. I need to know what my mental health issue is. I have not been diagnosed but I have depression and social anxiety. I have symptoms of borderline personality disorder as well. I might be bipolar, but I can not tell. Sometimes I feel absolutely on top of the world and suddenly I feel like I can not do anything. Sometimes when I feel good I do risky things like try to go on top of buildings or act hyper. I have most control but also have thoughts of stealing cars, running away for no reason etc. Since im young, it could just be my hormones but its extremely confusing and tiring.

From today onwards, keep stomach light at night, eat light food, once a week clean the stomach by herbal chooran, start deep breathing exercise, start meditation. After a week start brahmi tablet and shankhpushpi syrup as directed. Then report every two weeks. See response in six months. U ll be positive person.
