1. Poor Sleep Habits: Be early bedder
2. Eating Right before Bed: If you want a great way to gain weight, eat before going to bed. If you want to lose weight, eat at least 2.5 hours before bed time.
3. Too Many Snacks: If you are over weight, then you are metabolically broken. So limit snacks, it can cause weight again. 3 balanced healthy meals a day should be enough.
4. Lack of Lifestyle Change: Diet and exercising cannot do the entire job, you must make a lifestyle change and change your eating habits. Without it you will not succeed long term.
5. Processed Foods: Let’s face it, they’re garbage. Bad oils, preservatives, chemicals and additives are all ways to ruin your health can cause weight issues.
6. Carbs, Carbs, Carbs: Stop over doing carbs!!!! People tend to count calories yet overdo the carbs. Meals should have balance – good fats, protein, some unprocessed, good carbs and lots of healthy veg!
7. Not Enough Fat: People fear fat! While you should avoid bad fats, including all vegetable oils, you need healthy fat. Good fats are animal fats from pastured animals, coconut oil, palm oil, avocado, olive oil, MCT oil, ghee, grass fed butter, etc.
8. Wrong Fats: Stop choosing bad fats such as canola oil, vegetable oils, peanut oils, hydrogenated oils, etc. They are very pro inflammatory, high in Omega 6’s and have zero health benefits.
9. Underlying Health Issues: Thyroid problems, high cortisol and hormone imbalances can make it more difficult to lose weight. Find a great functional medicine doctor and get checked out if you seem to have unexplained weight gain or have trouble losing weight.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part like hips, thigh or abdomen .There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take ¼ of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello, May be she might not be dieting in a good way. Thyroid medications might also be needed sometimes to manage it. Brisk walking or power yoga might help. Ensure she is following a healthy diet chart.

take iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day. eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga. It can reduced over weight. you can share with me your reports.

for weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I m giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. You are on a Crash Diet, which is not advisable. Such diets show some results in a week or two but over a period of next 2-3 months, you will come back to your normal diet and normal weight. You should try to reduce gradually. Eat more fruits, reduce sugar, reduce fried stuff. Drink more water. Do intensive exercise i.e add joggin daily. Aim to improve fitness. Aim to be healthy. Rest everything will fall in place.

Along with regular physical activity for about 30 minutes duration regularly on same time regularly diet too plays an important role in weight loss

Some of the tips -

1. Add salads to your meals
2. Add soup made from vegetables
3. Eat fruits instead of fruit juices
4. Have green tea to boost metabolism
5. Use less oil to make meals
6. Cut out white sugar avoid colas
7. Drink 8 to 10 glass of water a day to remove toxic waste and accelerate metabolism to build more muscles and burn off fat
8. Have low calorie mini meal every 2 to 3 hours to keep metabolism high
9. Have whole grains and don't mix grain in meal

Good to know that you are exercising well. But with that you need to eat clean. You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Exercise atleast 5 times a week. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack in between. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly,

You need to have a high protein, low calorie balanced diet. You increase your dietary fiber intake. Take more whole grains foods compare to refined food product. Do regular exercise. Avoid fried and junk foods. Take smaller meals at regular interval. Ask for a individualized diet chart according to your age, height and your dietary pattern.

It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.
