There is no scientific study that has proved go mutra is effective in weight loss. You can do daily exercise, brisk walk and eat plain, simple food to loose weight.

Homoeopathic treatment for losing weight B-TRIM DROPS ( SBL) Drink 30 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily 20 minutes before meals PHYTOLACCA BERRY 3X ( WILMAR SCHWABE) Chew 2 tabs twice daily THYROIDINUM 200 and CALCAREA CARB 200( BOTH Medicines of Dr.RECKEWEG ) Take 5 drops of each one of the medicines in 1 spoon fresh water at night alternately every week.Means to start withtake Thyroidinum 200 today night nd after 1 week take 5 drops of CALCAREA CARB at night nd again next week Thyroidinum nd so on. I am 27 year old Male, my height is 5.6 feet tall, my weight is 87 kg which is not good. I have to reduce my weight upto 10 kg. I workout regularly 1 hour 30 min for past 2 month but can not loose 1 kg of my weight. Can anyone suggest me what to do?

You are doing workout regularly it sounds great, but not working. My suggestion is to improve your metabolism and monitoring of calories will produce wonderful effect. You can take Ayurveda medicines with tremendous results for do so.

Please avoid rice, spicy food, besan etc take salads and fruits more before lunch devlop a habit of walking daily at morning and evening do yogasanas daily pawanmuktasan is very helpful take cap trikatu by himalaya 2 after food cap triphala by himalaya 1 1 all for 3 wks re consult me on lybrate after 3 wks.

Aim for long term weight loss. Don't look for short term solutions. Focus on Simple Natural Diet + Daily exercise..>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. >> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim..>> Reduce outside food. Only once a week its permitted..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

Many physically mature guys don't finish developing a fully adult beard until their early 20s or even later. If you're still young, remember that your beard may continue to get thicker as you get older. Many guys notice their beards growing thicker, denser and faster when they enter their 30s and 40s. Give it time. Increase the amount of protein in your diet. Protein found in meat, fish, eggs and nuts will grow facial hair faster. Take biotin daily. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
