No oil breakfast combo. For weight loss
An average healthy indian male with moderate work activity needs around 60 to 70 gms protein per day depending on his weight though.

In this combo, no fat, 13 gms protein from eggs, 11 gms protein from milk shake, so almost 25gm protein altogether. Makes it a very healthy option as breakfast is the important meal of the day, one can distribute the remaining required proteins in other meals,

Hi lybrate-user U avoid high carbohydrate food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U take high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. U take 1 microfruit and 1 cytofresh tablet after breakfast.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

1) at 6 am, 2 sugarfree creamcraker biscuit with liquer tea with less sugar, mainly green leafy tea.
2) at 8 am, take one cucumber with 2 pieces breads or one roti.
3) at 12 noon, take 1 cup rice, 2 rotis, 1 piece fish (60grams), dal and vegetable
4) at 3 pm, 100grams sour curd and 1 cucumber.
6) at 5 pm, 2 creamcraker biscuit and tea.
7) at 9 pm, 2 rotis, vegetable, milk (150ml)
Walk for 1 hour everyday.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

you can gym or do other aerobic exercise to get slim .take high fiber foods like all fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts etc to reduce fast but make sure you take enough protein for increasing your height.

Diet control is very important to lose weight. It doesn't mean that you have to stay hungry. In fact don't starve yourself. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits.

Your BMI is 29.35.in Overweight category. You can aim to reduce about 15 KGS in next 10-12 months. The best medicine for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. Add more fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. Its usually seen that household diets are full of oil/fried stuff and there's heavy intake of sweets/mithai regularly. One samosa has more calories than one hour walk can burn. So if you don't control your diet. Then Yoga or Walk can't help. Use max 4 teaspoons of oil and sugar per person per day. LimeWater does not create any weight loss. Don't waste time over it. Do 30 mins aerobics Exercise daily at home. You can copy 'Fitness Blender' videos from Youtube. Take time out for yourself. Its very important. Even your Children will respect you more when you become slim and fit. Never give up.

Hye. There is no need to opt for any kind of surgical treatments to get your vagina back to form. You can follow some simple, natural and very effective exercises that can tighten the vaginal muscles and reduce the size of the vaginal opening to a great extent. Kegel exercise. One of the most popular ways to tighten the vagina would be to opt for Kegel exercises on a regular basis. Often recommended to ladies post delivery, the exercise involves a woman contracting the muscles of her groin and then relaxing them after 10 seconds. Keep contracting and relaxing the groin muscles for at least 15 times and follow up with 4 sets of the same every day. Alternatively, you can try contracting your groin muscles while you urinate and hold back the urine for about 5 seconds before continuing. Do the same till you finish urinating. Repeat the procedure every time you need to urinate. Leg ups. This simple exercise requires you to lie down on your back on the floor and raise your legs upwards one after the other. Don’t bend the legs, rather keep them straight as you raise and lower them alternatively. A slight variation to this exercise involves moving your legs laterally as well. Keep the legs straight as you do so. Continue the exercise for about 10 minutes and do the same at least 5 times a day for best benefits.

Hi, I really appreciate you are so much concern about your body weight and the right means of losing weight! it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! yes, drinking warm water with lemon and honey helps in reducing weight. Brisk walking in morning hours will add to it in weight reduction. Drinking water is rather good for maintaining right weight (as 70% of body weight is because of water). Drinking tea wouldn't make you to put on weight per se, but tea prepared with full cream milk will do so! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Sometimes the body reduces metabolism when you crash your intake in the name of weight loss. This causes zero weight loss and in fact more fat gain. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Actually my weight is increasing day by day. What to do for that. Mostly I eat by 7: 30 to 8: 00 at night and I sleep by 11: 0 or 11: 30. Then to I won't get sleep. Mostly I sleep for 2 to 4 hours that's it. Thanks Vijaya.

Weight loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. Listen to soft and soothing music or practise meditation to relax your mind for better quality of sleep. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.
