Hi lybrate-user stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

Hello, Walking will help you to reduce symptoms of most rheumatic arthritis and hypothyroidism. In both the cases, the more ideal weight you maintain the better it is. You should not weigh more then 53-54 KGS, Body demands good 20 KGS weight loss. Eating balanced meals and eliminating refined and processed products will surely help. Optimising fluid intake will help you. Having plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables will also help.

Avoid heavy dinner. Dinner should be very light. Take walk after dinner. There should be a gap of 2-3 hrs between dinner and sleep. Take 3 cups of green tea everyday.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello. Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. It is said that the best time to consume dinner is before sunset but it is not usually possible in today’s scenario so it is advisable that you don’t eat anything heavy after sunset and you may have a glass of milk before you sleep, this will surely help you to lose your weight. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Thanks.

Liposuction does give good results but the results last only if you start working out and eat a healthy diet. Otherwise you will gain back the weight.

Do health check ups first. Do regular exercise and follow balanced diet for good result. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water. Eat small amount of food. Hi if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Many think that a combination of honey and hot water, green tea with honey and lemon juice is a healthy practice and that it will help to reduce weight.

The truth is that it doesnt. And even if it have had such an effect on some people, ut isnt healthy.

Honey should never be heated or mixed with hot food, drinks or water.
It will lose its good qualities and become incompatible.

It will result in decreased immunity or in allergic conditions in the person or in his/her generations yet to come.

So its a request to everyone not to follow such so called healthy practises which are actually not healthy.

Hello sir, you don't worry. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Go for cycling, aerobics, skipping and swimming. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food. Avoid overeating and late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals. I hope you are not suffering from any medical problems. You can get it check like tsh, fbs etc. In the mean while you can start with: any choice of active or passive exercise/ thrice a week. Less fat & high fiberous food some of protein rich meal too. Include some of antioxidant food like green tea &coffee beans with honey etc. Take frequent meals high metabolism always makes you reduce weight. Do check it and go further accordingly.

u need to take a balanced diet. do exercise its a very important for this. eat more vegetables and fruits. consume less oil. eat good fats. eat complex carbohydrate. do exercise.
