Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

For healthy weight loss (2-3 Kg/month), you may follow these tips: 1. Have small frequent meals at regular interval of 3 hrs instead of 3-4 large meals 2. Eat slowly chewing your food well 3. Avoid skipping meals 4. Have regular sound sleep 5. Avoid junk/ processed/fried/sugary/ canned/ ready to eat/ outside foods, soft, hard & energy drinks, chocolate, ice cream, sweets, glucose 6. Replace simple carbs- potato, sugar, sabudana, refined grains (maida, white rice, white bread, cake, biscuits) with complex carbs- whole fruits, vegetables, whole legumes (sprouts, peas, soyabean), whole grains ( atta, millets, oats, brown rice, atta bread, barley, jowar) 7.. Brisk walk daily & practice kapalbhati for 1 hr. 8. Walk instead of hiring transport, do household chores/gardening/ active sports-badminton/tennis, join swimming/zumba dance/aerobic/karate classes, avoid sitting continuously for an hr. 9. Avoid eating while watching TV 10. You may consider getting your thyroid level tested 11. Have 2-3 litres water daily 12. Healthy fast food choices- roasted chana (unsalted), unsalted air popped popcorn, sprouts, whole fruit with peel, salad, soup, stew, dhokla with green chutney, khandvi, idli with sambar, coconut water w/o cream, buttermilk.

It could be because of hereditary or health problem or food habits.So do medical check up.Eat small amount of foods.Do not skip meals.No sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take lots of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods.Extra protein will help you.Use healthy oil in cooking but not much.Use lukewarm water after meals.Take lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning and do exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat, because no pain means no gain.These will help you.

Diet and exercise are the key factors to reduce the weight. You should follow the calories based diet plan. Restrict your calories to 1000 per day. A lot of ayurvedic medicines are also available for obesity. Exercise regularly.

Obesity is mainly caused by improper life style, diet, stress, hormonal imbalance lack of workout unless n untill you wont correct you all these cause no medicine will help you at any cost so inspite of going to gym and taking harmful medicine you shud first correct the cause you will surely find the result try eating less n drinking more water taking care of nutrition is also very imp one can use honey and lemon in warm water above all acupressure is most effective treatment to cure not only obesity but all disease in the body one must learn acupressure at any cost

1200 Calorie Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu To Lose Weight By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). o A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + � cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10:30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or � cup melon (50 calories). Lunch (1 pm): o 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams) + � cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha + 1 bowl vegetable salad (345 calories). As per height your weight is good No need to dowan more. Do regular excersices. Avoid too oily ghee prepretions spacy fast junk foods. Dr. Tare.

To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Best wishes.

Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

He can do the following things: 1. Stop or reduce the intake of sugar, if diabetic shall follow the directions of doctor. 2. Add salad carrots, radish, cuccumber, sprouts in diet. 3. Shall avoid potato, oily/fried and rice in diet 4. Daily brisk walking for about 40minutes. 5. No dry fruits he can have some almonds walnuts though. 6. Should not stop any medicine without asking the doctor. These things followed for 3-4 months will give desired result.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.
