It is very easy to put on weight but reducing weight will be difficult detailed history and eating habits needed veg. Non veg home food / outside food cooking oil used what is your job and its nature sleep pattern smoking / alcohol /tobacco use stress at work / home family historyof obesity ,bp, diabetes, cholesterol what blood tests have you done so far and their result do not use dairy milk-It is for calfs only and not human start juicing with organic foods preferably ,eat a high fiber die there is no magic bullet or short cuts to good health Do not buy any advertised supplements. Do not use any weight loss supplements and shakes sold in the shops. They will create more damage. What you should focus is how to avoid getting lifestyle diseases like diabetes, bp, cholesterol, cancer, obesity etc with lifestyle and dietary changes. Doing the right tests and getting advice from the right doctor who also has a nutrition knowledge is very important to keep you healthy Take a consult because advice should be personalized and not generalized. We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. Dear lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, and fermented foods 4) avoid late night sleeping habits. A) take 20 ml of ginger juice and fresh lemon juice along with 20 gm of jaggery before meals. B) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyavardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 60 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for thirty days, it gives you good result, reply to me for further suggestions. Thanks.

Do exercise regularly like yoga, push ups, sit ups etc. These will help to build muscle and healthy body without extra body fat. Eat plenty of water specially before meals. Take lots of watery fruits, vegetables. Avoid fast foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take stress free rest. Use lukewarm water after meals.

Hello, having protein when you workout will give you more energy and metabolism. You might not take the supplements he is giving you, but you may take proteinex or another protein shake that you like. If you already have a good diet, just avoid oily, junk and sweet food. Take more protein. Burn more calories than you consume,
