It canbe due to constant sitting and you get up in between and take short walks and make small exercises by stretching or moving the body and legs

Back pain at your age is most likely due to facet arthritis (arthritis of joints connecting adjacent vertebra in spine). This is age related degenerative disorder. You should consult a pain specialist for evaluation and diagnosis. This condition can be easily treated by injection into the facet joint in operation theatre. Meanwhile do the following for relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen for 3 to 4 days. 2. Start back stretching and strengthening exercises once pain is decreased. 3. Avoid lifting weights. 4. Keep pillow behind knees at night time when sleeping. 5. Diet rich in calcium and vitamins. 6. Proper ergonomics at computer work. For further details consult again.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days,

I am 27 year old & I got a pain in my shoulder after workout. It was strong in the beginning but now as I gave my shoulder rest for 2 weeks pain is less. But the pain is still there. Shall I continue my workout & gym now. Or what should I do for a faster recovery?

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. You need to build up your muscles and strength by gradually increasing your training. And do get your vitamin d3 levels tested. Antioxidants tablets will give you relief.

There is a constant pain in my heel bone. Its maximum in the morning when I get up.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have cervical pain from last 2 months. I had get many treatment but I did not got any benefit. By doctors advice I had also consult physiotherapist. Actually in day time its better feel when I seat. But unable to sleep. When am going to sleep the whole right hand getting bite too much. Please advice any medicine. please Please

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitamind (60000iu) once a week for six months and get an xray done to rule out spondylosis and continue physiotherapy treatment till recovery for a long time.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Hello, tk, a leave for a few days from gym. Use the under noted homoeo medicine for relieving pain. @'arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate yourself. Tk, protein rich diet, apples, cheese, milk, soya been, rajama, almonds, walnuts, potatoes, spinach. Ensure sound sleep for at least 7 hrs. Avoid, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol, junk food. Tk, care.

Take prasaranyadi kashayam 2 tsp with 2 tspn water 1 hour before food in the morning and night. Amrutadi guggul 1 tab thrice a day after food. Massage with prasaranyadi oil followed by hot water fomentation. Avoid potatoes, brinjal, pulses.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress and strain or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6.
