What is The side effects of masturbation and benefit of masturbation who I control that masturbation?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
What is The side effects of masturbation and benefit of masturbation who I control that masturbation?
Hello. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. If body is in the state of good health to recover, supported by healthy food, regular exercise and calm mind, this practice may cause no impact. Continued drain without enough nutrition reach can lead to weakness (trauma), reflected both in mind (lack of self confidence is the most common) and in the body (digestive disorders, hair fall, frequent urination etc). Causes: The most common cause of masturbation is sexual excess; other causes can be Hypersensitivity to touch (treatable), Constipation, indigestion, excessive tea /coffee, tobacco chewing /smoking. Medication: Take Staphysagria 200 and Alfaalfa Tonic - both twice daily for 3 weeks.

I am 25 years old. I am feeling better when I'm drinking codeine cough syrup. That I am fully addictive with this. Please save me. I want to forget it. But what shall I do?

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
That is the attraction to drugs: it makes you feel better. If that was not so who would take it anyway? Codeine addiction is worsened by increasing tolerance levels for the drug. If you are having a serious addiction and you cannot quit its use, you will have to admit yourself to a rehabilitation center and go through their program for a complete recovery. This type of treatment is ideal because it takes you away from the influences of people and circumstances that you have gotten conditioned to and will make it easier in a different geographical location. When you come out of the center you must continue with addiction counseling for three years at least before being free of the enslavement. You will also need to attend NA meetings regularly and get a lot of support from other users who are also recovering. You will need to make some lifestyle changes and work on the stress that is normally the reason most youngsters get addicted to codeine. There is also the oral issue, the rigid value system, the genetic factors, and the script issue that has to be worked upon with the counselor. You will need to start regular vigorous exercise, sleep well, and start on a healthy diet. You must follow a tight time schedule with interesting and productive activities. The counselor will also teach you new ways of finding joy without the use of chemicals. You should socialize with people, join new groups, attend conferences, meetings, seminars etc. to be involved with other important activities in your neighborhood. You will need to go for a thorough medical checkup and determine that there was no serious damage to your body because of the abuse.

It's always important which quality protein you are taking, at what time, and method of cooking, also matters. Soya, paneer, cheese, dals, lentils, lean meats, peas, eggs, fish, shell fishery also contain good quality proteins.

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology

What all food we can eat if you are diabetic?
Like to know the future, vegetables and non veg product which we can have.
Mr. Lybrate-user, a diabetic person has to take a balanced but restricted diet, which should include carbohydrates (50 to 55 %), fats (25 to 30 %) & proteins (15%. Most important is total caloric intake, it has to be based of ideal body weight (54 kgs), sugar levels and extent of daily exercise. You should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, sweetened aerated drinks, fructose corn syrup containing products and highly processed foods. Also avoid red meat, egg yolk, saturated fats. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads, permitted fruits (100 g a day). Use whole grain products and whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Do not use maida. Avoid alcohil and smoking. Non veg items could be once or twice a week like lean meat, chicken and fishes.

Hello doctor. I'm studying 2nd year MBBS. I want to know what is the best timings to study (either early morning or night) and for how many hours should I sleep as a medical student? As I hav to read a lot and I have my exams coming in December. please to tell me an accurate answer which will be very useful to me. Regards.

Hello doctor. I'm studying 2nd year MBBS. I want to know what is the best timings to study (either early morning or n...
The best timings and ways to study depends entirely upon you. At least 6 hours of sleep is necessary for proper functioning of the brain so if you deprive yourself of too much sleep then your studies will be affected even though you study a lot of time. Early morning from 6 to 8 am is a very good time for studies since there will be minimal distractions. If you have any more problems to discuss or have any doubts about your exams you can contact me again. Take care.
