It overflows in slight stimulus when you do not get it emptied in regular intervals. It is normal only. Either you masturbate or have sex to prevent this from happening or live with it.

Peptic ulcer can be due to increase in acid production in the stomach and it can cause pain after eating food and it can also bleed and I will suggest you to take tablet pan-d before breakfast and avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be taken to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food

Dear, first of all my wishes for the holy month of ramadan. By going through your history and what you have written one thing is sure you have an habbit of getting irritable very soon. Please try and relax as it also affects your blood pressure and sugar. Your weight is high 84 kg might be due to hypothyroidism (water retention) or you need to reduce your calorie intake and restrict it to 2000 cals. Regarding your question of daily walks, of course walking helps in calorie burning reducing the fat deposits which help reduce the insulin resistance in in type 2 diabetics. It is advisable to take a walk for around 1 hr daily covering 6-7 kms which will burn around 300 cals. I hope your queries are resolved.

what symptoms you are having like Itching/ rash/ redness/ scales Fungal infection need accurate diagnosis and require long treatment in form of ointment and anti fungal tablets and for Diagnosis microscopic examination of scraping may required so consult Dermatologist for further Management

Dear lybrate-user ji, if you have acidity since 5 yrs, it means that you need some investigations to find out the cause like h pylori infection in your stomach, because if you have h pylori infection in your stomach then it may produce on and off acidity problem, the second point is about kind of a diet - the more spicy and the more masala food you take there is a chance that the acidity content remains high ; also one should not put the body in long fasting status - like after getting in the morning - you should have a good breakfast; if you skip breakfast then it will harm your stomach and the system therefore for every 4 or 5 hours if you have some water or have some food - that is good for the system- there are certain aasanas which will help you to reduce your acidity, I suggest you to get in touch with some yoga teacher also who would guide you properly. If there is a h pylori infection as I said, you need to complete the course of the treatment which is at least a period of 4 weeks so unless you rule out certain abnormality through a gastroenterologist it is very difficult to treat longstanding acidity problem.

There are two possibilities. One is peptic ulcer disease and other is gall stones. Kindly review back with an usg whole abdomen. Avoid heavy, spicy, oily meals.

The summer heat can be unforgiving at times, especially with the humidity levels on the increase. As you sweat more in summers, water from the body is lost rapidly which may create complications if it is not replenished. Thus foods that contain more water should be emphasized on in hot weather to keep your body hydrated and healthy. 

It is also recommended to keep meals light so as not to stress the digestive system too much. The meals that you may enjoy during the scorching summer can be any or all of the following. Read on:

  1. Fruit salad: Combine various fruits like mangoes, apples and grapes in a salad and eat it during your snack breaks. The fruits provide your body with various macronutrients that boost your immune system and also do not put much stress on the digestive system. 
  2. Buttermilk: Buttermilk is a drink that is made from curd and various spices like curry leaves and cumin powder are added to it. The drink provides the body with calcium and soothes and boosts the digestive system to prevent various indigestion related problems.
