Every time when there's giddiness is there fever also?? if nly giddiness give him homoeopathic medicine conium maculatum 30 4pills 4times 2days for giddiness n if fever is there give homoeopathic medicine FERRUM PHOSPHORUS 30 4PILLS every 4th hrly...if both means give him both medications n try to counsel him as these 2 issues daily is not possible,,atleast fever ll subsides in a day or two n moreover after finishing this medicines v shall start medicines for eye problem too..

Hi I'm 25 years old married having pcod n trying to conceive. I had period 2 months ago n I had 2 preg tests are negative. Doc suggest me deviry tablet 5 days to get period but after 8 days no period. Can this tablet cause pregnancy? Im I pregnant? What's the reason.

Hi lybrate-user. It can take up to 14 days to get periods after Deviry. So don't worry, and wait for some time. Deviry does not cause pregnancy.

Hi Jaya, some people gain max 7 kgs in pregnency , if the baby weight gain n growth is good then u don't have to worry. U need to inc protein intake , Take protein powder with milk twice daily, sprouts, soya, rajma, n other dals r rich in protein , paneer is also good. Inc the quantity of ur food intake , cont treptin biscuits.

Dear lybrateuser, -After bypass surgery you should be careful about your lifestyle including diet & exercise & your general well being -You have to stop smoking & consuming alcohol if you do so -take proper rest & sleep, do not exert, follow instructions given by your cardiologist regarding the extent of activities you can perform -in diet avoid fried food ,foods containing saturated & trans fats, have fish like mackerel, salmon, walnuts, olive oil for healthy fats -have more of fibrous foods like vegetables & fruits like apples, pear, watermelon,oranges, ( avoid banana, mango, chikoo) since you have dibetes -for good control of diabetes you have to control your weight by diet & exercise -meals & snacks should be at fixed time, so that your blood sugar does not fluctuate -have vegetables &fruits, beans, oats, whole grain foods to provide fibre, avoid full fat dairy , processed& junk food -check your fasting bllod sugar,after food sugar & Hb1Ac regularly as advised -exercise as advised by the doctor, donot exert, do meditation, yoga -take medication on time.

take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch nad dinner 2.amla juice 4tsp+2tsp sugar powder+honey 2 tsp by taking above remedies you will feel hunger and your diet will improve and your food intake will improve diet= drink milk with 2 dates empty stomach in the morning have nreakfat 2 chapat and fruit vegetable lunch and dinner take as per you hunger

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hello doctors. My age is 30 unmarried men one day I met a person. Both of us travelling in same bus became frnds and exchanged phone no. S we met 2-3 times for casual talking while talking he supposed to touch here and there one day he touched my organ I thought its accidental touch but he supposed to touch regularly am also feeling good and I was also enjoying. And it turned to masturbate each other. I was shocked by seeing his penis with 7-8 inches fat healthy penis comparing with my penis it is 3-4 times huge. I was attracted and not able to forget him. But didnt have any type of sex with him only mastrubation. From last 6-7 months I realised it was wrong and am not talking with him now I changed my phone no. And aware of him. Hello, kindly follow advises given below 1. Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered trainer) 3. You can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4. Maintain proper posture of body while watching tv/ studying kindly go for cervical x ray ap and lateral and review with reports consult orthopedician for further management

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Lybrate-user you hv oily skin as you say that so keep more care to your face. Daily wash your face with good and mild facewash. And atleast 6- 7 time wash your face. And take green vegetables and fruits like palak, mango, papaya and take plenty of water and apply neem facepck on your skin. If you going outsides please cover your face. Avoid spicy and oily food.

Your lipid profile is niormal followw the following instructions exercise daily for 45 minutes a day brisk walk daily at a speed not less then 5.1 km /hr daily for 15 minutes eat low salt food add fibres to you diet reduce your weight don't take ghee or butter use saffola or olive oil instead. Take low fat food avoid dairy produ1. No alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
