Amenorrhea following delivery may occur for hoti 1 yr. But it's not always safe. Many patients may conceive during this period also. So do pregnancy test and take proper contraceptives.

Banana as superfood.

Banana as superfood.
You could call the fruit kela (banana) nature’s convenience food. They are widely available, inexpensive, and found in their own natural packaging. You don’t need to wash them, and you can eat them on the go and at any time of day. From a baby’s first weaning food to a snack that seniors with chewing difficulties can easily manage, banana can be enjoyed throughout your life.

Banana vary in size. According to the US Department of Agriculture, one medium banana will give you just over 100 kcal and 3 grams of fibre (around 10 per cent of your daily fibre needs). They’re rich in potassium (13 per cent of your daily needs), which helps to maintain healthy blood pressure. Banana also provide vitamin C and are naturally free from fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Three things to do with Banana:
•Bake them: Simply slit open the skin with a knife and pierce the banana with sliced almonds. Bake until soft and the colour has brightened a little. Serve with low fat yogurt. Katcha kela, or plantain, is used like root vegetables in savoury dishes. You can bake them too – they take longer to bake, but can be enjoyed with a sprinkle of chili powder and lemon juice.
•Freeze them: Freeze slices of banana and use them as fruity ice cubes, a snack to replace sweets, or whizzed up in a blender with milk and strawberries for a refreshing smoothie.
•Spice them: Heat mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a pan with a little oil; add thick slices of banana and sauté with haldi and chili (add a little water to prevent it from sticking). Top this with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti. A tasty sweet and spicy dish!

Most nipple discharge is either normal or caused by a benign medical condition. There are instances, though, when discharge from the breast may be a symptom of some forms of breast cancer. This likelihood is greater if your nipple discharge is accompanied by a lump or mass within the breast or if you have had an abnormal mammogram. One form of breast cancer that may cause breast discharge is intraductal carcinoma. This cancer develops within the ducts of the breast located beneath the nipple Also in literature we find second one is in ducts of the breast and then moves to the nipple. It may cause the nipple and the surrounding to bleed .Get tests for your secretion done and be dout free.

It depends on whether little semen went inside or not. This method is called coitus interruptus which has high failure rate. Everything in life has side effects but to get effects one needs to accept side effects so both are to be weighed properly. Failure of method can lead to pregnancy isthat acceptable side effect?

If she got period from 14-16/1 & if she has 30 days regular periods then this month she should expect around 14/2, if she has 28 days cycle then should expect around 12/2.

Light exercises you can start which doesn't put extra strain on your abdominal muscles but fasting is not a very good idea as you have yo feed the baby also.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user. Your question contains two parts. 1- you want to have a baby, 2- early discharge of your wife. Ans. 1- having sex during middle 15 days of menstrual cycle is optimal period to get pregnant.(normal cycle- 25-35 days). The day of starting period should be counted as day-1.2- a proper foreplay in a romantic atmosphere is key to success for healthy sex. It is not at all necessary to get discharge at same time for both partners. So don't worry.
