Hello, Whey protein consumption has to compliment good diet. Whey protein won't help you get results, you might get temporary results. Have natural diet to ensure all the nutrients are present in an adequate amounts.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. Hi, ap roj exercise kre. Din m 2 banana and 1 glass milk le. 4-5 almonds, 2 figs (anjeer) (overnight soaked krke le). Protein rich food le like soyabean, sattu ke sath milk, eggs, sprouts, dal, curd, peanut butter. Khate samay pani na piye. Din m thoda thoda krke 6 baar khaye.

Hello lybrate-user Ideally more than half your plate should be salad. Try and make it as colourful as possible with at least 3 or 5 veggies each of a different colour. Salad should be eaten at least half and hour before your regular meal so that it gets digested well. Include fruits in breakfast or midmorning snack and keep the vegetable salad for before lunch. You can add taste to your salad by adding yoghurt or olive oil or lime juice. Please feel free to ask if you have any more queries.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals you must make a habit of not consuming water 30 minutes before the time of your meal. You need to take a balanced diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet. You should take 2 banana with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like a soyabean, sattu with milk and milk and milk products, egg, combination of cereals and pulses.
