Hello, I'm doing too much cardio and dieting also. My weight down 8 kg with in 2 month, but after weight loss my weight continues down 4 kg with in month. Now i look like a skinny guy and i'm underweight. My skin look old, dark circle, too much weakness. Gaining weight can be achieved by good diet. Have a good diet with more rice and chapaties. Have abundant fruits and green vegetables to bring back the glow. Have a glass of milk daily before going to sleep and not in morning. Do not need to discontinue the excercise and the dark circles and skinny look is temporary and will vanish as body balances to knew shcedule. Diet plays a important role. Do more weight lifting excercises to gain muscle mass.

Diet plays a huge role in depression. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi, lybrate-user first to fall, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build chest muscles you have to have a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits & vegetables, wholegrains & protein rich foods like eggs, non veg (if you take), milk & milk products like cheese, paneer, butter milk, yogurt, soya products, tofu, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses, also peas, sprouts & nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, do pull ups, pushups, sit ups, crunches, also do yoga & deep breathing daily morning to develop your body & to keep fit - consult a dietician on forum for your exact requirement of calories & nutrients per day.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Change food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, salad, dry fruites, fruites, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help you. Take 2 spoon prosup powder in a glass of lukewarm milk after dinner. Take less food in night keep space for milk. Take 6 to8 hoyears sleep.

For growth of the body. Take balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, protein etc. Take more green leafy vegetables. Eat the food which is easy to digest. Don't eat heavy food, fast food, junk food etc which is heavy to digest. Manage the stress and anger. Drink 3 litres of water in a day. Regular walking or exercise five days in a week.
