If it is the pain condition due to accident then it could be soft tissue inflammation and it is the question of healing which takes bit more time although depends upon the will power of patient and pain bearing capacity, better to get done the imaging study if not done yet.

It's been two months. And I have something happening in my throat. It's like my throat is getting choked and I have to readjust my throat. I don't know what this thing is called in English but it happens when we catch cold, affects the throat, cracks voice, it's similarly like that. And sometime I have breathing problem. Like very mild which I mostly feel occurs due to eating badly which causes gas. But this throat issue is constantly staying, increasing while sleep.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user Youre symptoms are suggestive of GERD - gastro esophageal Reflux Disease, In simple terms it is excess acidity which is coming up when you're lying down and the throat mucus membranes are getting affected so I suggest that you follow the below given diet and regimen > Take dinner 2-3 hours before your bedtime > Avoid taking fried spicy foods especially at night > Try taking good amount of fruits in the evening instead of Tea Coffee or snacks at least three times a week > Drink at least 4-5 litres of water per day because 70% of your body is with water and the toxins have to be eliminated only with the help of water Since you're just 19 years of age with these tips you can get back to normal But if you need further medical advice you can contact me

How Ear Problems Can Cause Dizziness

How Ear Problems Can Cause Dizziness

Dizziness or vertigo is a feeling of being off centre, which makes a patient feel like there is lack of balance. This is especially apparent when one is at a height or while wearing footwear with high heels. It may be caused due to a variety of causes, and ear problems are one of the primary causes of this kind of dizziness.

Let us take a look at the various ear problems and how they can cause dizziness or vertigo:

  1. Infection: The bacteria or virus that causes cold and loose motions can also cause an ear infection. This can give rise to temporary vertigo which may last up to six weeks or more. Dizziness or vertigo happens in such cases because the viral effect spreads to the inner ear which causes a ringing and off balance sensation. The general physician or ENT specialist will usually prescribe a round of medicines only if the condition becomes too severe to handle.
  2. Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo: This kind of dizziness is also known as BPPV and may be caused due to the motion of a calcium particle known as otolith, in the ear. This can cause a fluttering movement that gives the sensation of falling down or losing balance. This usually takes place in the part of the ear that catches the sensation of gravity. The movement of the otolith can make the patient feel as if his or her head is turning or swaying, while in reality the patient may be stationery. This problem can be fixed with the help of a two minute therapy known as Epley Manoeuvre, which can be conducted easily in the ENT specialist's clinic.
  3. Meniere's Disease: There is actually a specific condition that is characterised primarily by dizzy spells and vertigo. The other symptoms of this ear bone condition include ringing of the ears, loss of hearing, and the feeling of fullness or pressure build up in the ears. This can be fixed with therapy and drugs as well as hearing loss aids.
  4. Dandy's Syndrome: This is an ear condition where the patient constantly feels like he or she is bouncing up and down. This condition hits patients who are on antibiotic medication for any kind of infection, and it subsides once the medication is done with. It occurs in such cases because certain kinds of antibiotics may be toxic for the ear. One may also see natural improvement in the condition over the passage of time.
  5. Tumours: Other reasons like tumours and strokes can also cause vertigo on a temporary or permanent basis.

Dizziness due to ear problems can be due to a number of mild to severe reasons. It is best to get these causes checked.

After 6 months if you develop these symptoms those are not medication side effects. Antidepressants usually get washed off in 4-8 weeks. Your present complaints are most likely due to recurrence of Depression, consult your psychiatrist for remedy.

Surgery of the nose is called Rhinoplasty, all the surgery is done through the nostril holes so there is no scar outside. It takes 8 months to a year for best results and the results are lasting Yes some changes are possible with fillers which can be done in the clinic. For major changes surgery may be the only option Nose correction or Rhinoplasty is one of the most frequently performed surgeries and we are the pioneers in central India since last 30 years. We have to assess the nose from inside and outside to know its conditions. Surgery is the only answer. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc.

7 Ayurveda Tips for EarAches and Ear Health

Treat Earaches the Natural Way

Earaches can cause great discomfort. Most of them occur due to infection in the ear. As a result fluid may collect in the middle ear that causes pain. Some other reasons may be physical damage to the inner structure of the ear, buildup of wax in the ear, blockage of nasal passage or may be common cold. Sometimes these may call for medical intervention.

However, simple earaches can be treated with the help of these easy natural home remedies:

1. Garlic

Garlic has antibiotic and analgesic properties that help to relieve earaches.

- Crush a small piece of garlic and heat with 2 teaspoon of sesame oil. Filter and cool it.

- Put 2-3 drops in the infected ear.

2. Ginger

Ginger too like garlic has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

- Take 1 teaspoon of ginger juice and mix it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Put 2-3 drops in the hurting ear to get relief

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

A potent substance, apple cider vinegar works well for all types of health problems including earaches

- Put 2-3 drops in the infected ear

- Repeat again after 12 hours to get relief

4. Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree oil with its anti-bacterial features is also effective remedy for earaches.

- Add a few drops to a tablespoon of olive oil and warm them

- Take 2-3 drops of this oil and put it into the infected ear for relief

5. Juice from Mango Leaves

Mango leaves too have an antibiotic action and can relieve earache.

- Extract juice by crushing 3-4 fresh mango leaves

- Slightly warm up this extract

- Put 2-3 drops in the ear that hurts

6. Drink Herbal Tea

Herbal Tea made from Chamomile or Holy Basil provides warmth and can help to get rid of infections. With relaxing and healing properties, these herbal teas can be used to get relief from earaches.

7. Rubs for Earache

- Mix 10 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil along with 10 drops of Lavender Essential oil in ¼ cup of Olive oil.

- Rub few drops from this oil around the ears to get relief from inflammation and infection of the ears.

- You can also rub Lemon Balm instead of essential oils to ease pain in the ears.
