I am suffering from pain full mouth ulcer from last few years. Kindly suggest me.
The exact cause of most mouth ulcers is unknown. Stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers. Certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer or make the problem worse. Sometimes a sharp tooth surface or dental appliance, such as braces or ill-fitting dentures, might also trigger mouth ulcers. The exact cause of most mouth ulcers is unknown. Sometimes a sharp tooth surface or dental appliance, such as braces or ill-fitting dentures, might also trigger mouth ulcers. Some cases of complex mouth ulcers are caused by an underlying health condition, such as an impaired immune system; nutritional problems, such as vitamin b12, zinc, folic acid, or iron deficiency and gastrointestinal tract disease, such as coeliac disease and crohn's disease. Avoiding foods that irritate your mouth, including acidic or spicy foods avoiding irritation from gum chewing brushing with a soft-bristled brush after meals and flossing daily, which will keep your mouth free of foods that might trigger a sore. Avoid smoking, tobacco chewing. Seek medical advice about mouth ulcers if you have: unusually large sores sores that are spreading sores that last three weeks or longer intolerable pain despite avoiding trigger foods and taking over-the-counter pain medication difficulty drinking enough fluids a high fever with the appearance of the mouth ulcer. Take becosules for 10days daily once (one cap) apply dologel on the affected area. Gargle with betadine mouth gargle.

Check how are you breathing from nose or from mouth. Because mouth breathing is one of the common reason for malocclusion, foul smell, breeding from gums. If it exists, break the habit.

Hello, Oral submucosal fibrosis is a progressive disease and no single treatment is absolute. It requires a multimodal approach. First stopping tobacco intake. Steroid injection, PRP or PRF injections combined with Laser give good results. The results of laser need to be maintained with good physiotherapy like mouth gag at night. For advanced stages there are surgical options too. Consult a oral surgeon.

Hello sir How to keep teeth clean & white I brush thrice a day but still it dnt get much clean.

Dentist, Mumbai
Hello sir
How to keep teeth clean & white
I brush thrice a day but still it dnt get much clean.
That's good lybrate-user that you are brushing thrice daily. For keeping your teeth clean and gums healthy you should go for scaling once in five to six months. If still you feel the yellowish discoloration than go for bleaching once at a dental clinic. Avoid any beverages such as tea coffees just after using a mouthwash, if you are using any.

Dear, you said you are suffering from gums teeth problem and using cavisan tooth paste, it is fine. Please visit dental surgeon for checkup. Keep yourself well hydrated and use hydrogen per oxide for gargles and take tab b complex one in a day for a week. Treatment to keep mouth healthy is cleaning and polishing of teeth and maintenance of oral hygiene. Use colgate total paste and listerin mouthwash twice a day.

How can I reduce the size of my front teeth and how long takes to reduce size of teeth.

How can I reduce the size of my front teeth and how long takes to reduce size of teeth.
minor adjustments can be done in one sitting by just reducing your teeth structure. but if more reduction is needed, than you might require to go for rct n cap or composite veneers to prevent sensitivity.
