Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Hi hair fall can be due to dandruff also, it can be due to dryness of scalp or can be due to oily scalp a condition called seborrhoeic dermatitis or can be due to fungal infection. Few natural remedies you can follow: - mix equal quantity of apple cider vinegar with water as per your hair length, apply on the scalp keep it for 30 minutes then rinse your hair with plain water. - apply aloe vera pulp and massage on the scalp keep it for 15 min, then wash your hair. - take 2 tbsp if coconut oil and add 1 tbsp.
