Dear user, first of all you can not reduce weight only from your chest, so you have to work out your whole body. Do cardio daily, and chest exercises three times a week - like chest press, push ups, bench press, dumbbell fly etc.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 after lunch and dinner. Avoid fermented food. Spicy food. Junk food. Eat green vegetables. Fuits. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Sleep for 7 hrs minimum. Do pranayama early morning. And do exercises.

They are all useless; You need to go on a diet of 2000 Kcal per day and increase your exercise. Stop all sugar intake (use Sugar free, equals, splenda) to sweeten your tea/coffee, eat only two cahppati / slices of bread with each meal, or one bowl of rice. Fill your tummy with fruits like Papaya, apple and guava, or salads like cucumber, lettuce. You can eat any amount of vegetables cooked in small amounts of oil. Take the white of two boiled eggs evry day and white meat like fist / chicken, also cooked in very small amount of oil. Please maintain a diary for your daily intake and go for a run / walk for 45 min every day. Please also get your thyroid profile checked at any good lab .

Its anti antioxidant .no its not necessary . Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For more details consult me privately.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

This is bcoz of the temp difference your body suffers when you sudenly enters a hot enviorment from cold one or vice versa. Always do turn off ac 5 min before you leave the room so your body will adjust according to hot climate.

Hello you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. (go gym) cycling, dancing, swimming, skipping are the good exercise. Diet control and exercise are equally important. Timely and balanced diet is as important. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Increase your physical activity as yours is a desk job go for walk, take stairs instead of elevators, follow some exercise plan make changes in your diet by including more veggies n fruits, whole grains and dals. Hello, For a diabetic exercise is very important -- walking, yoga, swimming, jogging, aerobics. It controls your sugar levels. Eat more veggies -- non starchy ones (no peas, potatoes or corn) and minimise your salt intake. Eat whole grain foods. Take fish at least twice a week and have beans or soy products or skinless chicken instead of meat. Eat fresh fruits -- apple, papaya, pear. Eat healthy fats in small quantities. No butter or creamy stuff. Avoid chips, fatty snacks. Stay hydrated. Avoid full fat dairy products, fried foods, foods made of white flour, jams, canned fruits, sweetners. And DON'T starve yourself. Remain stress free.

I am 31 years old, I was obese was 92 now I am 73.5, I lost my weight with proper diet plan and regular exercise. I have hypothyroidism and pcos too.
