Weight increase creates many problems. To reduce weight requires strong mind. you have to cut short the food going into the body. No tea, coffee. Jawar, wheat, rice reduced. sprouts in plenty. fruits taken when hungry. No non-veg. No hoteling.Exercise a lot like brisk walking.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. Hi lybrate-user 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

I would need some more details before prescribing a specific diet. However, for now please have 5-6 small meals in a day. You should drink 2 glasses warm water as soon as you wake up preferably with lemon in it. This is like washing your body internally. Follow it up with a fruit of your choice and then breakfast with in 30-45 minutes. You should have home made conventional breakfast. Take a fruit or green tea or sprouts in between breakfast and lunch. Take a balanced lunch try and include protein carbohydrate and fats. Not to forget 2 cups of salad. Take a light snack in the eve an early dinner is always good when you are trying to lose weight. Make sure you are drinking enough water through the day. You also must exercise at least 5 times a week. If done regularly, you will definitely see results. All the best!

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

अपनी पसंदीदा रेसेपी को ना कहने से लेकर, सुबह जिम तक जाने की जहमत उठाने के लिए तैयार हैं आप। मोटापा कम करने के लिए आपने अपनी पूरी दिनचर्या को बंदिशों में बांध दिया है।आप अक्सर सोचते होंगे कि आप एक्सरसाइज भी काफी करते हैं, डाइटिंग पर भी अक्सर रहते ही हैं, फिर भी वजन कम नहीं हो रहा।
मोटापा कम करने के लिए छोटी-छोटी बातों का खास खयाल रखने से आप काफी हद तक अपना वजन नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं।

आइये हम आपको मोटापा घटाने के कुछ ऐसे छोटे-छोटे नुस्खों के बारे में बतायें, जो बेहद ही आसान हैं:
खाने का तरीका
मोटापा घटाने के लिए अपने आहार पर तो हम सभी ध्यान देते हैं, लेकिन आहार के सेवन का क्या तरीका है, इस बात को हम महत्व नहीं देते। खाने का सही तरीका है पहले सलाद व सब्जि़यां, उसके बाद दिन का या रात का खाना खायें। स्नै‍क्स को ऐसे स्थान पर ना रखें, जहां पर आपकी नज़र बार-बार पड़े।

प्रोटीन का सेवन
सुबह के नाश्ते में प्रोटीन का सेवन करें। दूध प्रोटीन का अच्छा स्रोत है, तो सुबह उठते ही एक गिलास दूध पीयें। प्रोटीन के सेवन के बाद आप स्नैक्स ले सकते हैं|
व्यायाम भी ज़रूरी है
व्यायाम को अपनी जीवनशैली का हिस्सा बनायें। सुबह हो या शाम, कुछ समय व्यायाम को ज़रूर दें। ज़रूरी नहीं कि आप घंटों व्यायाम करें, आधे घंटे का व्यायाम भी बहुत है। अगर आपको साइक्लिंग का, खेलने का या नाचने का शौक है, तो यह आपके लिए और भी अच्छा है।

फ्रूट जूस नहीं, फल
खाना मोटापा कम करने में मददगार होता है। आमतौर पर लोग बाजार में मिलने वाले पैक्ट जूस पीते हैं जिससे मौजूद कृत्रिम मीठा वजन घटाता नहीं बढ़ा देता है। आप केवल फूट जूस की जगह फल खाकर अपना वजन कम कर सकते हैं।

दही खाएं
दही खाने से भी वजन कम हो सकता है। ज्यादा दही खाने वालों का वजन तेजी से घटता है या कम बढ़ता है। दही में कैल्शियम और प्रोटीन फैट को कम करने में सहायक होता है, लेकिन दही या तो टोंड या स्किम्ड मिल्क की हो या फिर दूध की मलाई उतार कर जमाएं। दही रात को न खाएं। सुबह या लंच में बेहतर रहता है।

पर्याप्त नींद लें
नींद पूरी होना बहुत जरूरी है। हाल ही में नींद के संबंध में आई एक स्टडी के अनुसार कम सोने से मोटापा बढ़ाने वाले जीन प्रोत्साहित होते हैं। नौ घंटे सोने वालों के मोटापे के जीन सो जाते हैं

Here are a few tips to lose weight in a month. Set a realistic goal of about 5 to 6 kgs in a month and get set go!

  1. Food Diary: What you eat is the first thing that affects how smooth and effective your weight loss journey is. Remember to take stock of what you are eating in a day. Maintain a food diary for at least a week and take a look at it at the end of the week to realize where you may be going wrong. Remember to report even a bite of a snack or that piece of chocolate you took! You will be surprised with your findings. 
  2. Diet Alterations: Get your diet under control by dividing it up into five or six small meals. Include vegetables, fruit, grains, water and some amount of dairy. Try to eliminate meat and sugar from your diet for a month. Also, you can substitute white rice with brown rice or other grains like quinoa. Have oats for fibre and remember to drink plenty of green tea and water.

Your weight comes under a category of underweight. You need to increase some weight as well. The time you will increase your weight breast size also will increase. You can add high protein stuff like milk n all dairy products in your diet. Massage breast area either before sleep or morning with any nourishing oil.

How long you are having cough. If more than 1t5 days, then need xray chest, cbc esr and sputum afb to know cause. Increase exercise and decrease calori intake to loose weight.

During morning walk you could follow following diet for weight reduce for 8 weeks Week 1 8: 00 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of methi seeds water (soak 1tsp of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the methi seeds and drink the water. Helps a lot in water retention and bloating) 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch you don’t have to chew it just swallow it down. 9: 00 am – 1 toast (brown bread) with amul lite butter / hung curd dressing/ salad and chutney 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. The fibers in the salad fills you up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes you overeat. 1 bran chappati (mix wheat flour and wheat bran in equal proportions.) with 1 bowl (normal sized katori) of dal. Generally at my place dal is cooked at night so I used to store the dal made at night for the other days lunch, you can do the same. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits (just marie, no other biscuits)/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn (not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 1 bran chappati with 1 k vegetable (any vegetable not rajmah, channa or kadhi) Week 2 8: 00 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of tulsi leave water (soak 5 tulsi leaves in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the leaves and drink the water.) 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch. 9: 00 am – 1 toast (brown bread) with amul lite butter / hung curd dressing/ salad and chutney 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 1 sandwich (2 brown breads with paneer filling, if you are a vegetarian and egg whites, if you are a non vegetarian.) 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits 7: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 1 bran chappati with 1 k vegetable (this week you can take rajmah, channa or kadhi) 8: 30 pm – one fruit of your wish This week I lost just. 9 kgs Week 3 8: 00 am – 2 glasses of methi seeds water. 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch. 9: 00 am – 1 glass of milk and a fruit 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – 1 bran chappati and any vegetable 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn (not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7: 30 pm – 3 pcs steamed or roasted chicken or fish + salad (non vegetarians) Any one of the following for vegetarians: 1.1 bowl dal.+ 1 bowl curd + salad 2.1 bowl veg + 1 bowl curd + salad 8: 30 pm – one fruit of your wish Week 4 8: 00 am – 2 glasses of methi seeds water. 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch. 9: 00 am – 1 glass of cold coffee and a bb toast 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – This week you have a lot of options which you can take alternatively. 1.1 bowl sprouts + fruits 2.2 bowl vegetables + salads 3.1 bowl dalia + 1 bb toast 4.1 bowl vegetables + 1 bb toast 5.1 bowl kadhi + 1 quarter plate rice 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn (not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7: 30 pm – 1 bran chappati and 1 bowl vegetable. 8: 30 pm – one fruit of your wish By the end of the month you will definitely lose 3-6 kgs I lost 4.3 kgs in a month with PCOD. I’m sure you can do better. He also gave me some really good gyan as well. According to him when on a diet your social life won’t stop but you can still manage your weight without locking yourself at home. Some pointers for it.: 1.When you go out with friends try to have your lunch or dinner at subway. The healthiest option out there. Take a veggie delite sub in brown bread and eating out won’t harm your diet and weight at all. Tell them not to put mayo in it though. 2.If you don’t have a say in the place of eating then make your choices sensibly. If you go to eat Chinese have rice rather than noodles. Order stir fried veggies instead of Manchurian. And control your proportions. Don’t take fried starters. Avoid those thick soups they are no good. 3.When going out just pick 2 fruits before sitting in the car and eat it on your way to the venue. When you are already a little filled before going out. Your somewhat filled stomach helps your mind take the right decision. 4.If eating Indian, order tandoori chappati rather than butter naan or parantha. Take less gravy since it is the most fattening.

Dear lybrate-user, you are not overweight, you are normal. Seems like you have abdominal obesity, which means lot of fat depositions around the waist and stomach region. You need to concentrate on the body fat, especially reducing your belly fat. Some most famous fat burners. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases.
