5 Ways To Deal With Rashes Due To Periods!

Periods, on their own, can be very uncomfortable but sometimes it can also trigger a rash making it all the more uncomfortable. This is a common problem faced by women who use commercial pads or sanitary napkins during this period. This is because they contain plastics, scents and chemicals that can irritate the sensitive skin in your genital area. Here are a few tips to help you deal with these rashes:

  1. Change Your Pads Regularly: Whether your flow is light or heavy, the same pad should not be worn for more than 4 to 6 hours. Change your pads even if your pad does not look full once this time has passed. Along with menstrual blood, sanitary napkins also soak up sweat and bacteria. The groyne area is naturally moist and warmer than the rest of your body making it the ideal condition for bacteria to grow. Changing your pad regularly keeps these bacteria from multiplying.

  2. Consider Alternatives: One of the main reasons pads cause rashes is because they rub against the skin and this friction irritates the skin. Hence, consider alternatives like tampons and menstrual cups that do not rub against the skin. You could also try cloth pads made using natural unbleached cotton.

  3. Wear Right Underwear: Avoid synthetic underwear and use the only cotton while you are on your periods. This allows the skin to breathe and keeps moisture from building up inside the underwear. Also, ensure that your underwear fits well and can hold your pad in place.

  4. Clean Well: Do not use wipes or tissue to clean your genital area but instead wash gently with water a few times a day. Once washed, dry the skin thoroughly before putting your underwear on. Do not use any type of soap, body wash or scents in the area. Also, avoid bubble baths and saunas.

  5. See a Doctor: In some cases, a rash can also be a symptom of herpes or a vaginal yeast infection. If you alternate between pads and tampons, a rash could also be a sign of toxic shock syndrome. Hence, if the rash persists for a few days, consult a doctor. Your doctor can prescribe a topical cream to be used to relieve the itchiness and inflammation depending on the rash. You could also use an anti-chafing cream on your bikini line. Diaper rash cream is an over the counter cream that usually works well in such cases. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Previously I was very fatty around 90 kgs. Than I went on dieting and reduced 30 kgs in 2 years. Now still I DNT eat much but my lifestyle is sedentary as I am a housewife just the household chores. I have again put on weight and came back to 83 kgs. I am also a heart patient i.e. I have went through ASD closure 7-8 years ago. But still I am not allowed to do vigorous exercise so didn't join any gym. What should I do now to lose weight? Is liposuction a safe way to get rid of these extra kgs?

No it will not help as again you will gain weight as per your life style Get your test done for thyroid and you have to avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

Add lot of ginger and cinnamon in your diet. Your hair loss could be due to thyroid. Avoid cabbage and cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables. Eat small frequent meals. And exercise regularly. Atleast 20-30 mins of cardio and weight training with low weights.

1] avoid fast food, oily food, packaged food, junk food, ice-cream, soft drinks, sweets, bakery items, rice and potato. 2] eat a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. 3] do not drink water immediately after meal. You can take it after an hour. 4] do not lie down soon after meal. Have a walk after it. 5] do not sleep in the after noon. 6] take a glass of lukewarm water with a spoon of old honey and some lemon juice in the morning. 7] consume old grains as new grains tend to increase weight. 8] have brisk walking daily at least once. 9] do not sit long. Take a break and walk for some time in between work. 10] drink plenty of water and eat more salads and green vegetables.

If you want to improve your wrist size, You have to gain your weight. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Smoking limited is 0. Reduce 1 cigarette alternet day last one after few days live for life time you health will improve fastly. Take gingger cut in small piceses add lemon juice dry in room after that keep one pice in mouth when you fill to smok in this way you will live smoking.

Please do treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Sir I would suggest you for customized diet plans for weight loss, for the time being add 1spoon isabgol in your rotis and triphala powder soaked overnight in water have it in morning and night.
