Hi, according to your height your weight is too much high. So you should go for brisk walk an hour, do exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, take salad before meals. Avoid junk foods, drink more water, take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't use rice at night. You can take some furits like watermelon, muskmelon, orange, apples, papaya etc. You can take such drinks buttermilks, curd, lemonwater, coconut whey etc,

Diet:-: single fruit diet for weight loss and detoxification! -- take one fruit diet, only banana, for 10-14 days. You can eat as many ripe bananas as you wish but you don't have to take anything else in diet. (banana is fiber rich & high nutrient fruit with a no. Of health benefits. This would detoxify your body and help loose weight naturally). Surya namaskar in morning and evening. Get your thyroid tests done. The complete treatment differs for every individual.

your are suffering from hypothyroidism you should be low dosage of your medicines..you can take tab. thyronorm 25 mcg 1bbf.also for your gastro problems you can cap. pantop dsr 1bbf with it.. and take green veg.Foods to Eat Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, including: Antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, but ask your doctor beforehand.

Dear user please follow the following dietary instructions avoid fried foods avoid packaged foods colas n bottled beverages to be avoided as they will further weaken your bones go out for sunlight if you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken n fish in your daily diet. Green leafy veggies specially cabbage and other veggies like cauliflower n brocolli should be part of your daily diet include soya, tofu, soyamilk and nutrella in your daily intake caffeine n caffeine containing products like coffee n colas to be avoided take small n frequent meals also include walnuts, flaxseed oil or olive oil in your daily diet.

Hye, Thanks for the query. As a student your energy needs are different due to growth, development needs and also you need the right nutrition to help concentrate in studies. To stay fit and healthy you need to eat as per what your body needs. Try to avoid long gaps in between meals. Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal. Do not skip breakfast. If you want to adopt a healthy diet includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean protein including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats. Include foods you can find in your local grocery store  — rather than specialty non local foods. Local and seasonal foods always give us the right nutrients. Do consider your health risks if you have any when choosing foods. Stay away from calorie-laden, fatty and salty convenience and highly processed and junk foods. These are normally the foods we indulge in when we do not pay attention and are studying especially late at night. Avoid unwanted stress. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week for 20 minutes. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout.in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

As per height you are over weight only 5kg. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, sweets, cold drinks, eggs, nonveg. Take calcium, milk prepretions, simpal veg food with salad, green vegitabales. Do arobic excersices yoga will help you.
