hello, DIET I. Water, soda water or green coconut water should be sipped to compensate for loss of fluids. Ice may be sucked to reduce temperature and prevent vomiting. Intravenous infusions of saline solution in case of dehydration. II. Green coconut water, barley water and buttermilk may be given after the acute stage. Softened rice mixed with curd may be given after progress towards recovery. More liquid and bland foods may be introduced gradually. III. After complete recovery, gradually embark upon a well balanced diet on the following lines:- 1. Upon arising: A glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly squeezed lime and a teaspoon of honey. 2. Breakfast: Fresh fruits such as apple, orange, grapes, papaya, mangoes, a cup of fresh milk, sweetened with honey or buttermilk. 3. Lunch: A bowl of steamed vegetables, whole wheat wheat tortilla with butter and a glass of buttermilk. 4. Mid-afternoon: A glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice or sugarcane juice. 5. Dinner: A bowl of fresh green vegetable salad, with limejuice dressing, sprouted seeds and fresh homemade cottage cheese or a glass of buttermilk. Especially Beneficial: Lemon (Lemon) juice, Leaves and Flowers of Peach (Flowers of peach), Onion and Root Bark of Guava (Guava).

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Hi. Lybrate user. You can take this diet as a lifestyle. Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. You change your food habit if no any other problems like heredity or health problems. Increase eating frequently. Use high calorie foods like ghee, butter etc. Do not skip meals. Take nuts, seeds. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. avoid day time sleep. avoid tea/coffe/ cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok . 10 pm 6 am is good timing.

Sir I am 42 years old my creatinine is 1.27 I am diabetic and I have hyper tension also both are always in control I use a tablet called foxiga 10 mg I believe this tablet flushes out excess glucose n the body through urine I suffer with frequent urine infection does creatinine also increased if there is any infection in the body pls advice Regards.

its not a must that there should b increase in it..body response varies from person to person,,if urine infection is there will b increase in pus cells,casts cell wbc in urine.. sr creat 1.27 is not high..its normal till 1.30 or 1.32.. so dont worry...
