Hi lybrate-user never take supplements, they are slow poison which will harm your body, television ads and gym coaches will never tell you the side effects because they want profits. To gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning, secondly start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes, do this for 20 minutes. Buy shilajit satt from patanjali store put 2 drops in hot milk and eat with 2 bananas everydayin morning. Eat lots of almonds, paneer, 2 figs, green seasonal vegetables and drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water everyday but make sure you drink no water after eating your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes. Hello , if you are unable to walk and run till after noon then you should do exercises in the evening time, because physical activity is must to keep yourself fit and fine. You should take glucose water frequently in the day time to keep yourself hydrated.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Hello, Good nutrition is needed to speed healing and give you needed energy. Eat foods high in protein, vitamin C, and iron. Foods high in protein are meats, fish, chicken, eggs, dairy foods, nuts, dried beans, and peas. Foods high in vitamin C are oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, melons, and papayas. Foods high in iron are red meats, liver, dried beans, dried fruits, and iron enriched cereals. It is important to drink plenty of fluids. Drinking fluids helps prevent dehydration and constipation. Drink 8 to 10 eight glasses of fluids each day, including low-fat milk, fruit juices, and especially water. Include at least 2 glasses of low-fat milk or calcium fortified juice or eat low-fat yogurt to get enough calcium and to increase your milk supply. Also, make an effort to include foods rich in Vitamin A such as greens, cantaloupes, carrots, and sweet potatoes. It can be due to general weakness. Medication: I would advise you to take Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice a day daily for 1 month and revert back to me then.

My new born not gaining much weight, doctor asked to give top feed, after top feed 2 times a day 90 ml, weight gain is around 20 gms per day, now doctor has asked to give 60 ml after each breast feed. She has vomited twice after doing so. She is 3.3 kg after one month, birth weight was 3.125. Baby is active and has no other issues apart from weight gain. Should we give so much top feed? Is it safe for baby?

Hello, Try to enhance the production of mothers milk. Mothers diet should be sufficient entry to facilitate enough milk for the baby. Avoid top feeds if possible, unless mother has a problem and cannot feed her baby.

Hi my name is akki. I'm very concerned about my fitness. I have to ask that my thighs, hips and calf are very bigger than normal. My upper part is ok but my lower body is bigger. I have done a lot of exercises for removing fat from that particular area like jogging skipping rope etc for 2 months but all in vane, these exercises reduced small amount of fat, when I see I worked a lot but not gaining any considerable result I stopped exercises now my lower portion looks as it was before exercises. And when I stopped these exercises my body weight also increased and my lower body getting more fat and also my body weight increased very very fast like last 30 days I am not working out during this period my weight increased from 71 Kg to 79 Kg I wanna to know why am I getting weight in lower body always rather than upper portion? Is it any medical issue? Am I suffering any disease?

Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Eat small frequent meals. Do not keep a gap of more than 3 hours in between meals. Pre and post workout meals are also important. Work out at least 3-4 times a week.

HI lybrate-user, capsules are not healthy for weight gain. There may be side-effects of some of them also. You need to increase your daily food intake. Try to eat every 2 -3 hours. Add 1-2 chapatis more to your lunch & dinner. Have rice, sweetdish like kheer, custard, ice-creams, chocolates. Have fruits like banana, mango, grapes, chickoo or may be milkshakes. In evening you can have bhelpuri, aloo chaat, cheese sandwiches, burgers for your snacks.

There are side effects of laser therapy but whatever it is say bleeding, infection, scarring, discoloration etc all can be prevented and since outcome of treatment outweighs the side effects, lasers are growing rapidly in medical field.
