Take a healthy balanced diet with fresh fruits and green vegetables, milk etc along with vitamin and calcium supplements. Avoid cold and refrigerated​ stuff ,cold drinks, rice etc as baby gets affected by diet of a mother directly if on a breast feed. There may be many reasons for such sports/activity related pain: 1. Extra body weight 2. Running on concrete surface 3. Injury to ligaments. 4. Not following proper warming up and limping down I would suggest to reduce 2 - 3 kgs of body weight. Avoid playing on concrete surface and use good quality shoes. Always do proper warm ups and do limping down after the session. If it is due to any memorable injury I would suggest to use crepe bandage and avoid putting too much strain on that ankle again.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. 7. Alovera juice 4tsp+ 1 tsp honey after dinner 8. Amal juice 4tsp +2 tsp sugar + 2tsp honey empty stomch in the morning.

Do exercise. Eat small frequently. Do not skip meals. Use unrefined foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice. No underground vegetables, banana etc. Use healthy fats small amount. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take stress free rest.

It has to be taken in limited quantities and immediately after doing workout while sweating otherwise it can cause harm to kidney.

Hi ! This is Naushad here. I'm 47 yrs of age. For the last 3to 4 months I've been having this severe pain in my feet at the bottom heel area. The pain is very severe espiacially in the mornings when i get up. I am hardly able to walk. Initially the pain was only in the mornings and night after I used tocome back from work. But of late the pain is there throughout the day. The pain is there in both the legs. I've checked my uric acid twicw and both the reports are normal. Please advice. Thanks

Dear , Kindly think of ruling out the calcaneal spur. This is a bony growth which gives you a pain. It could also be planter fasciitis. Consult local physician and get the right kind of foot ware to suite your feet. Metaphysically one gets heel pain when one has to bear the brunt, responsibilities, pressure or blame from others. If this is the case, learn to address these feelings.

I am 23 years old male, I am very lean and underweight. My height is 167 cm and weight is 52 kg. I wanted to increase weight so am daily eating in morning I eat chick pea, green gram and cow pea (each 20 count) soaked in water and eve I drink one cup milk, then take badam, pista, etc. I am following this diet for last 2 months. I have good sleep of 8 hrs. But still my weight not get increased. I checked my weight it is same 52 kg only. Please suggest me gain weight and good body shape. Give answer as soon as possible.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Do regular knee relaxation and muscle strengthening exercises. It can be due to degenerative changes or ageing process. You can take physiotherapy treatment for pain relief and to reduce joint stiffness.

Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Include protein rich food in your diet.

Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal

Hello lybrate-user. Sorry about your eye trouble. Don't take your eyes for granted! protect your sight with these six tips: 1. Eat for good vision 2. Quit smoking 3. Wear sunglasses / helmets to shield your eyes from dust, sunlight, pollution 4. Wash your eyes 3-4 times a day 5. Look away from the computer screen at regular intervals 6. Avoid rubbing your eyes with fingers/ cloth/ shirt/ dupatta, etc. All these suggestions may take a while to sink in and imbibe in your routine.

Take a well balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetables, omega 3 fats and proteins. Avoid fried and junk foods. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Do yoga and pranayam.
