If hemoglobin level goes down you could feel weakness.Take food rich in iron,folic acid,vit B12,B6.Take foods like liver,meat,shrimp,egg yolk,mint, green leafy vegetables,broccoli,peanuts,banana,rice,sprouts,dried beans,beet roots,lentil,spinach,seafood,shellfish.Apple is also rich source of iron.Take Vit C rich foods as it helps in iron.These will help to increase hemoglobin level.

According to your height you should have 68 kg.Take proper nutrition through balanced diet.Eat extra amount of food frequently.Use bigger plate.Take whole cream milk.Use weight gainer supplement.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,honey.jam,jelly with foods.Eat cake,pastries,chocolate.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Use extra refined fods with unrefined foods.Eat lots of protein to gain weight.Use more healthy fat in cookinh.Take extra nuts,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.avoid fast foods as far as possible.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Do regular exercise like push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise which will help you to gain weight as well as to build muscle.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Hello, as you are a male of 19yrs., so you are left with only 2 yrs. more to increase height. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Height-Aid or Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear lybrate-user your weight is fine according to your height. You might be suffering from a consition called plantar fasiatis. The leg muscles tend to get tight with time as well as get weak with time. You need to start wd excersises soon as well as spme easy precautions. N knee pain might be due to muscle weakness nothing to worry about. You can do well with exercises.
